We've been leaving g in this complex for 1,5 years and so far everything is great! Stuff and maintenance are prompt and responsive. It's clean and nice place to live in. Has pool, grill and gym. Also, nice thing is that there is a concierge that maintains all your incoming packages.

overall good. but the staff leasing office is terrible. they don't care about the residences. They could be friendly, they can touch base with you. but it's the opposite. all by email, all by letters, no phones, nothing. I tried to ask for a 1on1 conversation to explain what I'm looking for, and had no attention.

Haven't really experienced much. Yay coronavirus! It's clean, mostly quiet, and what little interaction I've had with the staff has been pleasant. Yay minimum character requirements. More blah blah blah.

We find Parkside Commons at 100 Stockton street to be a quiet , comfortable place to live. We find the entire complex to be self contained. Even with the "pandemic" we feel safe and secure. Front office personnel, maintenance, and house keeping are excellent

It's very quiet, l am very excited to be able to live here so far the neighbors are pleasant and the workers too. I wish things were have been different, due to the virus, didn't geta chance to enjoy the swimming pool.

This community here is amazing, it has everything you need and the homes are beautiful inside. However, the staff could have been friendlier during the process of touring the community while deciding. Finally, I wished that when moving in someone could have explained some basics of the community (such as grill reservations, package retrieving, access or allowance to some areas, etc.).

Not good dealing with -------- everyday treadmill& young -------- running & making noise over my head every day every morning. Whether you want to get up or not the walls are thin& the stomping above my head at 6am everyday is the worst. I infirm the office& personallt myself spoke with the lady& i still have to deal with this every morning.

It's a nice place to live. It's mostly quiet and well kept. The residents tend to keep to themselves. Great for working professionals and families. They are very responsive to any issues or complaints within the apartment complex

Parkside is a great complex to leave in. They management and the staff community are all helpful. It's a quiet siren and safe building to leave in. Maintenance are responded to very promptly and done right without any second work to be done.

So far it is clean and there is ample parking I moved in 2 days ago and the office staff were nice. The residents so far are also nice and the areas are clean. I just wish they gave us a little guide on where to put trash.

I'm back for the second time! I previously lived here a few years back. The appliances have been updated along with the flooring and countertops in almost every unit. Both units we considered were a reasonable price! The staff was awesome when we ran into a few hiccups and I'm thrilled to be back.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. They made the whole process so easy especially during the pandemic. I've never felt more comfortable renting virtually. My husband and I love the community. We are excited to continue living here.

We have had a great experience at Parkside Commons. The management is very responsive and helpful. Any maintenance issues we have had have been fixed in a timely and professional manner. I think Parkside commons is a great place to live.

Very clean environment, staff are very friendly and quick to address any concerns. Would recommend living here to anyone looking for a quiet residence. A great plus to living here is having CVS right next door and a couple restaurants, great location.

I feel parkside commons a beautiful place that I feel like my home. You feel secure and in good hands. Since I moved here I don't want to go anywhere else. The office is excellent. I highly recommend this place to live in.

The apartment is nice. The gym offers what I need and doesn't get crowded. Indoor garage is awesome. The CVS and McDonalds right next door are very convinient. The sound proof level I would say is average standard, but then it all depends on your neighbours. I myself only experienced a small sound proof issue once since I moved in.

It's such a beautiful and well organized community, but the only turndown for me is the cold and unfriendly behavior of staff at leasing office. The have no sense of humor and very unapproachable. Everything else has be amazing after i moved here.

The location of the apartment is good that is near downtown Boston. The neighborhood it's self is a little high in crime. I still feel safe in my apartment itself. The apartments are updated with washers/dryers/stainless steel appliance and wood floors in the common areas. The gym is small, but there is a Planet Fitness nearby.

It was a very quiet community it was at first very hard to adjust but honestly it was the best decision I ever made. Everybody was so helpful in the process they made sure everything moved swiftly and we had a very easy time going into a new apartment
