Wonderful leasing office and maintenance staff. Apartments are well insulated and the parking fee is competitive. Located in a pretty nice neighborhood and devoid of major traffic. Kitchen is small though, and rent is only getting higher.

excellent place to rent, you live very quiet, ecological and spectacularly clean, its administrators are of very high quality, the concierges are very kind and friendly people, excellent home, I highly recommend this condominium

The management tries to create a community but fails at accomplishing that. they are over priced and the common ?reas are disgusting. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Dogs poop all over the carpet and they dont do anything about it.

Great location! very convenient to the highway, public transportation and stores. Overall the building is very nice. include a lot of amenities. The apartment is very nice and they are pet friendly. The staff was helpful and so far the residents are very respectful.

I like how secure the building is. The concierge staff do a great job managing the front desk at night. It's convenient to have a parking garage as well. Overall, we have been satisfied with our stay.

I have been living here less than one week, but for now all that I saw was good. The managers are always ready to help, friendly neighbors, clean spaces. I am really happy for choosing this community to live.

The apartment complex is clean and very well maintained. The people are friendly. The maintenance is quick to answer and fix things even on weekends. The only problem was appliance list provided before signing the lease. We realized there is no microwave after moving in even though it was mentioned in the apartment information.

I would not recommend Parkside to family or friends through out my experience living here in the begging things were good. But after extending my lease the level of service has gone down. The hallways have not look good. Alot of the amenities such as the clubhouse have been resticted

Living at parkside has been a highlight in my life. I have only encountered friendly neighbors from all different floors. I also love how parkside maintains its cleanliness at all times. There's alway workers everyday making sure they bring out the best of this building and they certainly do a great Job at it. Another reason why I love living here is because everything anyone ever needs is so close by! I don't have a complain what so ever!

I am so fortunate to call Parkside Commons my home. A place where I feel safe, a place where I feel heard a place where I feel seen. Perfectly situated in a plaza, everything is at your fingertips. Live here for the convenience, stay because of our wonderful management team.

So far it's okay, I hate how the carpet hasnt been changed yet in the hallways. In the summer time the hallways can always have a bad odor. I like my unit and how much space I have and everyone is pretty nice.

Everyone in the leasing office was very kind and knowledgeable about the apartments. They made the process simple and easy which helps a lot when you are already stressed with moving! Overall, very happy with my move to Parkside Commons!

great condo, I have lived here for 2 years and I recommend it, whenever I need repairs in the apartment they are always done as soon as possible, very quiet, without noise.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parkside Commons provides a friendly and safe community! The staff are friendly and have a quick response time. The apartments are spacious and the complex has great amenities! What drew me to the apartments was the in-unit laundry and the fitness center. The center has the necessary equipment for beginners and there is a planet fitness right around the corner. The complex is also very quiet ? almost too quiet, but it's great for getting work done and getting rest. Overall great community!

Management is great! They keep the grounds well maintained. Tye management office and maintenance are helpful and respectful of residents. I also appreciate that there is covered parking for safety and inclement weather. The amenities are great too.

I love the community, there many great stores around. Easy to to go to different places from where the building is. Very nice parking lot. I enjoy living here. All the friends I have invited home liked the building and the apartment as well

Nice and clean apartment. Was able to signup and move in quickly as well as the value of the apartment and the special inclusions pool, and gym. The community rocks and the staff were amazing. Really looking forward to a great year.

It has been okay. We just moved in so we do not have a lot of experience. But we were not really happy when we got to see the apartment on the day of move-in. It wasn't as we expected. What we saw as sample apartments were very different and size was much bigger

It's been exceptional. I love living in an are where I have almost everything accessible to me. I love the apartment I live in. The maintenance team is great. Always on time to fix anything that needs to be fixed. The people in the community respect each other and are friendly

Good quality and fair price. There are just some small issues like the backdoor looks not that safe preventing intrusion, and meanwhile, it's also not convenient for residents here. Also, the fitness center need more maintenance.

Clean building. Washer and dryer in unit. central air. Need parking tags. Guests aren't allowed to stay for more than a week or will be towed from visitor lot. Pool is clean and levels tested daily. Package pick is 6p-12am.

Lived in apartment 363: The HVAC system is very loud at night. We just moved in to 428. The apartment was not as clean as one would reasonably expect. For example, the kitchen island and counter tops were greasy. There were urine stains on the toilet rim.
