Honestly there was a lot a space in the apartment plus it had a lot of good amenities like a fitness center, pool, it is close to work and parking, I used to live somewhere where there was no parking and I would spend at least 30-40 min looking for it.

Good apartment, good secure underground parking. Nice lift, visitor parking and overall good location. Without doubt the best parking in nearby vicinity and area. very close to #116 and #117 bus stop which can bring to Box Station (SL3) or Wonderland (Blue Line subway) or Maverick (Blue line subway) for easy access. in summer, you can directly walk to Box District SL3 bus station which can bring you to either airport and downtown in less than 30 minutes.

Hi, so me and my fianc? were very interested in the apartment. We saw that it was beautiful priced well the leasing officer, Jeffrey Gannon was very polite very respectful very punctual on getting back to us unfortunately we found out that our credit score together combined with a 286 which makes absolutely no sense when mine is a 654 Fianc? due to a divorce with a 580 or a 550 and were they combined equal to 286 so I'm trying to understand how this could possibly be Time I kind of feel like it was a waste and we are very excited very very excited until we found out this information then very discouraged and I hope somebody can get back to us soon. Explain this could be a 286 credit score combined for me and my fianc? it's just not, understandable logical

Apartments are ok, but completely overpiriced. You can find better deal for a similar price un the ?rea. Or similar apartments for a lower rent. The gym is small and old. Fire alarm goes off like twice a month, many times in the middle of the night.

I was violently assaulted and they didn't even care. No office staff EVER asked me if I needed help, or let me view the video of the assault. I have to go to court in order file discovery motions in order to see the video and bring charges against my assailant.

We vistied around 8 different places to rent in Chelsea, parkside commons had everything we need with our budget, Jeff is a great guy, very helpful with the process of leasing the apartment, he show us 3 different units on the floor that we want, he explain everything in the building, we fill out the application and 3 days we were signing the lease.

The management has been subpar, particularly in addressing concerns such as the persistent fire alarms triggered by smoking within the apartments and the prolonged eight-month delay in resolving flooding damage. The community's atmosphere is affected by loud neighbors, dog waste in common areas, and thin walls, which contribute to an unpleasant living environment. Additionally, the recent removal of amenities and the lack of clear parking rules are disappointing changes. Moreover, the unfriendliness of the management and the consistent and unreasonable annual rent increases have made the overall living experience less enjoyable and sustainable. I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the quality of life for residents.

Fire alarm needs to fixed, gym needs to be upgraded and cleaned, elevators needs to be updated , need better uptake in people smoking in the apartment , need better way of informing them to stop because I hate that I can't open my window and I smell smoke all the time
