The community has been nice, and the management has been too. The price of the apartments is high, but I think for all the amenities it has - it's own washer and dryer, vinyl floors and lots of space. I haven't lived here long but so far so good.

The staff is friendly, professional, proactive and responsive. The community is quiet, facilities are well maintained, management keeps up with activities to bring the community together, which is great.

We have spent one year at Parkside Commons and it has been a positive experience so far. I wish they had the shuttle to the blue line stations. They also recently changed their concierge service which was excellent, but now needs much improvement.

I have had a very positive experience. Perfect spot for me. It is convenient for work. Extremely accessible to shopping, dining, transportation etc. Staff very professional and friendly. I have recommended to friends looking to rent.

The experience that me and my fianc? and our child had been pretty good recently I feel pretty safe and comfortable and feel like I can be able to speak my full mind on things in my home if things need to be addressed about like if things are broken or replaced and so forth.

I've been living at Parkside Commons for 2 years, I was very satisfied, but for the past 6 months I've been having a lot of problems. Noisy neighbors with children playing ball, running day and night, there seems to be a playground in the apartment above mine. I've made several complaints at the office and they don't help me resolve the situation with the neighbors, they always say they're going to talk to the neighbors, but so far they haven't resolved anything, I've even proposed to move my apartment so I can sleep in peace. also many mice have appeared in the last few months. Well, if you want a nice night's sleep without being woken up by the neighbors, an apartment without a mouse, I don't recommend Parkside Commons.

I have no complaints at all about living at Parkside. I have built a home here with my girlfriend over the past year and we could not be more comfortable in our space. We are not the types to complain very often and we are not hard to please by any means, so with the Maintenance Team always being so prompt and attentive toward any issues we have encountered, it's been a great living experience overall.

Great quiet place... Neighbors respect quiet time in building. Maintenance ream quick to respond when needed and extrememly efficient. Building is always clean, even where trash is disposed. Gym, Pool, and lounge area always neat. My family and I are happy to be living here :)

I've been living in here since March 2020 and it has been a nice experience. The amenities are really nice including all the parks/yards they have in the building. They keep the halls clean and the elevators too. I highly recommend moving in here.

We are new residents to this community, but so far we have had nothing but positive experiences with both the staff and other residents who live in our building. My partner and I are new to the area but we have discovered that we're centrally located for a lot of things and it's been great getting to know our new neighborhood.

OK, Let's be clear in something, don't ever trust what the web says. I was skeptical moving to Parkside Commons due to the comments, and there is not something more far than those to the reality. This apartments are really comfortable, clean, no undesired sound that could destroy your peace, sometimes you fill that you are leaving by yourself in the hole building. if you want to live in a relaxing state of mine, don't hesitate and come to Parkside Commons.

Just moved in, great so far. Loving the facilities so far and the finishes in the apartments are great. The garage is amazing and having elevators makes life so easy. The closet space is amazing and the view of the pool is so nice to wake up to.

No major issues with the complex. Convenient to the highway and Route one and the airport and train system. Complex is clean and well-kept. My only complaint would be visitor parking is limited for the size of the complex.

Great apartment complex. easy move in as well, carts are provided and the elevator helps a lot. leasing officer had everything available and with a quick email they are ready to answer any questions you may have or you can simply go to the offices and ask! apartments are in great condition in move in

Everyone is so kind. The apartment is extremely clean with all new appliances. It is pretty quiet. The staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. So far, the whole experience has been awesome!

Let me save you the pain and the PTSD. I have lived here for almost a year and the entire building FIRE ALARMS go off every 48 hours. Sometimes at 2 or 3 in the morning, sometimes at 8 am or at anytime during the day. This alarms have gone off with NO notice at all times (I can recall at least 11 occasions of this occurring), the fire department comes and we are evacuated. We never know if they are faulty alarms, a false alarm, or if there is an actual fire. I can’t imagine how hard it must be for people with kids or babies (the alarms are deafening). Look somewhere else, your mental health is not worth it. I work from home and they have messed up so many meetings.

Very clean and quiet, I love it here. The parking is so convenient and the 3 elevators make it so easy to access the apartment especially after grocery shopping. I feel so safe here and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Affordable, clean and spacious. Paud parking is affordable and nice. We are in the first floor and it's cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Neighborhood is okay but likely must have a car. One of the few downside would be that the walls are thin.

Very nice community so far. We like the cleanliness of the buildings. We have had only 2 maintenance issues so far and they were handled swiftly and efficiently. We love the location, CVS, home depot, planet fitness and chillis right around the block, which is perfect for us.
