So far it's been great here! Very nice and helpful staff. Happy with the size and appearance of my apartment. Love having laundry in my apartment. Lots of natural light. Indoor parking is very convenient especially in the inclement weather.

I visited a friend of mine living at Parkside Commons about 2-3 Years ago, and the place immediately caught my attention. Now in 2016 that I needed a place, although my friend relocated back in North Korea, I had to reach out to him, about reminding me of this place. I moved-in on October 2016, and I couldn't be any happier. Their staff was very courteous and very professional throughout a really smooth moving process. I now enjoy an even better balcony view than the one my friend had back then. CVS, Home Depot, Save a lot, Chili's Grill & Bar, between others are all stacked at this Plaza; literally 3 minutes walking. Without even including the community perks the place is exactly what I was looking for.

Parkside Commons is a nice community. So far we have had little trouble and maintenance is very helpful and efficient when problems arise. You can hear people in other apartments but people in my part of the building are fairly quiet.

My family's experience here at Parkside has been great. Our proximity to Boston makes Parkside a great location. The grounds are very well maintained. My son especially loves the pool. My wife enjoys the resident shuttle to the MBTA Blue line and I love how secure the building is.

I moved here from Texas and was completely overwhelmed with the differences in finding apartments. Luckily I found Parkside Commons. Everyone was very helpful with answering any questions I may have had and they made the application and move in process super easy.

The office people are Very friendly, the maintenance peoples are very nice too! Only thing is the dog garden is very dirty, and sometimes some people smoking at the stairs outside the garden door. Other than that, it's a nice place to live.

Have been living here for over a year. This apartment has the best management and most friendly employee I've ever seen. Special thanks to Gabe, who is alway ready to help when you need. Beside all these, it's very affordable, easy to commute and clean. Maintenance ticket got taken care of within a day. Concierge desk open till midnight, again, with very helpful employee. Compared to the apartments I've lived before, this apartment convinced me how good management can impress residents overall, and make a difference.

Mostly good. The rent has gone up a lot and I wish that the pet policy was different. But it's a safe building and very well maintained. The maintenance staff is the best. Overall I have very few complaints with the apartment itself and the building

Overall this community is a very nice place to live. Staff is very timely on fixing things and do a great job. Common areas are always clean, not oncce I have seen it messy. I am happy we chose Parkside commons and have no regrets. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I love the courteousness of the staff and how well maintained the overall premises are. Some areas, like mine are better in appearance and cleanliness than others though...probably because they have a lot more traffic as well; such as the main elevator areas, they often look a bit rough.

We moved to Parkside Commons as newlyweds. We found it to be a clean and well-managed apartment complex. The staff are friendly and helpful. Neighbors are generally quiet. They upgraded the treadmills in their small gym that has everything you need. Ideal for us as newlyweds.

The aesthetics of the building are unparalleled by area competitors. The amenities and utilities are up-to-date. My only complaint is the fact that no utilities, other than trash service, are included in monthly costs for residents. Otherwise I've had a great experience. Some common areas, such hallway walls need cleaning.

I guess I will start with the positive. This place used to be very nice/clean, however it has become crowded with extremely loud kids and their disrespectful parents. Yes, there is a pool and it gets SO loud with kids just yelling and screaming all day long. Unless you are planning on getting a constant migraine, I don't recommend living in this place. Also not to mention that people smoke downstairs in the hallways, even though this is supposed to be a non smoking community. Bicycles also get stolen from the storage area and the management/front desk refuses to do anything about it when showing them the broken locks on the floor. Never experienced so much disrespect in my entire life....

I just moved in a week ago, so far the experience has been very good. The apartment was clean and ready for move in and the complex is clean and bright. There is still lots to explore in the area and the complex. The fitness center is very nice, multiple options.

This community is very quiet, clean and convenient, the people & staff are friendly and the overall experience is great. I haven't encountered anything bad and I can say I really appreciate the comfort I feel being in the apartment feels just like home.

The only convenience to living in this community is the proximity to highways (route 1 & 93 & 16). My unit was not clean at the time of move in. Major repairs need to be made to this unit. We have spent several hours of cleaning to be able to move in.

Constant noise, dirty premises (elevators and trash room). Rude and disrespectful tenants, common areas became a playground for noisy and unruly children who horseplay at anytime day or night. Gym is used being utilized after midnight with blaring music and obvious disregard for other tenants.

Everything is Ok, the apartment, the rooms, Except one person that calls herself the " manager " she is RUDE, unhelping, unprofessional person, and she did this awful discriminating gesture every time when I go there. I would not recommend any of my friends to live there as long as she still works there ,,, I don't understand why she is still there, and why the administration office left her in the greeting lobby,,,

Noise level has consistently increased since moving in, especially in the past two years. Many perks for a nice price compared to Boston, but no longer a great value like it used to be. Staff does a nice job, maintenance is efficient and reliable.

I am a student living on my own in a studio at Parkside Commons. Overall it is a very nice place, with exception of a few factors. While here, a million fire alarms happened. I had to wake up during nights, and I had to get outside during winter and a terrible cold. And these are not really FIRE alarms; they're mostly caused by residents (while cooking carelessly). Also, besides the fire alarms, it is sometimes too noisy. However, when looking for a place, this one was the best choice I could find in Chelsea and I believe it's a pretty good place to live in.
