I absolutely love it, it's quiet, if I have any question or problem they resolved in a matter of minutes and that's what I love about. The maintenance people they are absolutely polite and professional.

Weymouth Commons is safe place to have everything close .stores pharmacy supermarket place for walk. Gym .close to the hospital park etc etc we have a pool nice for the of the people in my building nice.

The community is awesome. My apartment is on the fourth floor, quiet and has a good view of the trees. Sun only in the morning, the apartment keep fresh even in the summer. My building has just been renovated and is modern and clean.

Wonderful place to live. Peaceful and the staffs are excellent. Maintenance is one of the best things in Wey commons. They are very fast and always available. Staffs at leasing office are friendly and they always address our concern immediately.

This is a very corporate apartment community. I feel for the price there should be more flexibility and less security issues such as stolen packages, damages and vandalism in the fitness center. The apartment is very clean when you move in, but the price for the Sq ft that you get isn't competitive. I would prefer to rent month to month- but the fee to rent month to month is an additional $1000 on top of your rent.

My experience has been really good so far! The staff is really attentive and friendly, and the apartment is quiet and great. My building needs to remodeling a few things and we need better maintenance of the common areas, but in general is good!

Weymouth Commons has an excellent location. The apartment itself is pretty nice besides the carpet in the living room. Walmart, Stop Shop, Gas Station and other store less than 5min away. I honestly like living here and prob will be moving out only when I get my own house.

The application and move-in process was very quick. Maintenance requests are quickly resolved. Great location with everything down the street and Boston being only 20 mins away. Overall this is a great starter apartment to go with if it's your first time moving out.

I have said this before, a great community. Really professional management and maintenance team. Been living here for last 8 years and never thought about leaving. Sure we have had encountered issues over the years like any other community, but those were dealt timely and professionally.This is a peaceful community, with a lots of walking areas. Also not to forget, we also have two swimming pools and a fully equipped gym.

Great community so far, clean , gets back to your requests quickly, ability to pay online, everything in the apartment works. No problem with nasty smells or bugs. Great find, great place to live. Neighbors are also nice

Since moving in (2020), I've observed the community to be mostly clean. I haven't experienced any raucousness nor any moments of extreme disruption. My favorite part is the location of the complex. It's close to the highway as well as other establishments that I frequent to (eg Planet Fitness, Whole Foods...)

My experience at the Weymouth Commons has been nothing but enjoyable. The apartment was in great condition when I moved in and if any issues popped up the maintenance staff was always quick to respond.

Overall the expereince is pretty good. The office staff are nice and the building looks good. One concern I have for my buidling is that the laundry room is sometimes lack of cleaning. The trash box is full and nobody clean it.

This is a very nice community and I really enjoy it. It is very quiet and the management here is very good. I like how they help everyone and do nice things and give out stuff . Maintenance guys are very helpful and always respond quickly

I love my apartment, although living in a large building introduces you to unique people. Some neighbors can be loud but we all have our tendencies. All in all, the area surrounding my building is very nice and Weymouth Commons offers a lot to do both in and out of my apartment.

The location is good close by main highways, stores, hospital, transportation. Leasing office staff always very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always very efficient and professional. The community is beautiful ??

I love this community, everyone is friendly. The landscape always looks great and they keep the hallways and entrances clean. My neighbors are very friendly, and I like that the management does special events for all the tenants.

My experience at this community has been a very good one. I hear my neighbors all the time but I have adapted. They keep the apartment complex very clean. We had some false fire alarms, the elevator was down for 2 weeks, and the automated billing system went down a couple of times but overall it is a great place to live.

People were nice, appliances worked great, I felt safe, the apartment was in clean condition when I moved in and quiet. Just be careful with your mail. I would probably stay if I didn't have that issue.

The location is great and it's a good price for what is included in your rent. The community is kept nice and clean. Inside of apartment could use updating, including carpeting and appliances like the dishwasher and fridge. Elevators in all buildings would be helpful.

Everyone (staff and residents) have been kind, welcoming, friendly with great energy. I am very happy so far. The application process was very reasonable and a better experience than surrounding apartment complexes.

All is well. I only wish the units had their own washer/dryer. Each building should have a mailbox for outgoing mail instead of one at the entrance of the community where you have to stop and get out of the car and go on the street to deposit your mail!
