This is a beautiful living environment surrounded by nature. The community is safe, nice, and quiet. I love seeing four seasons on my balcony!!! The landscape is wonderful, and the crew always works hard to keep the community well. I like the maintenance team, which is promptly responsive and professional. It takes a concise time (e.g., a couple of hours) for non-emergent repairment/replacement.

It has been an OK experience so far in the apartment is relevantly clean. The space is great. Just wishing the hallway would smell a little better. The outside surrounding is nice also. The utilities is good.

It's okay it's small and quiet the bedroom could be bigger and there could be more parking , not much community involvement going on . The amenities should be in the same building as where you live including the trash that's an inconvenience

Overall very positive. Issues are resolved in timely manner, the buildings are kept clean, and the community is overall very friendly. The only cretinism I'd have is the quality/appearance of the rooms do not reflect the steep rent prices.

I found it extremely sad that people are stilling our packages. And that there's no way to enforce a way for people to stop. Inside the washing machine smells awful becasue it never get clean by the cleaning crew.i bunch of other stuffs I don't appreciate here in this community. I rather keeps my opinion to myself.

I love it here at Weymouth Commons. I was a tenant at Quincy Commons (2015-2017) which is also managed by the same Corcoran Management Company. When I wanted to rent an apartment in 2020, I could not think of any other Apartment Complex than the ones managed by Corcoran and it has been a pleasant experience for me so far. I am glad i made the right decision again.

The maintenance has been amazing. I also like the events that are held for the community (I scream truck). However I have had a hard time with my neighbors and many members of the community. My upstairs neighbors are extremely loud (as a college student who has lived in campus prior to living at Weymouth commons I feel like I am less sensitive to noise). They're kids scream constantly, and the parents are either constantly fighting, or playing loud music. My next door neighbors are even worse. They constantly smoke marijuana, which makes my apartment smell like marijuana. And on top of that, they constantly play music extremely loud. I have made multiple complaints and nothing seems to improve. Because of this reason living at Weymouth commons has not been enjoyable and I am looking forward to the end of my lease.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating, the community grounds are well kept and the units are worth their value , The pool is very nice and great access to the outdoor grills , good parking in the lots

I choose this appartement because I'm a person that looks for a place very quiet and where people are respectful. This area is a very calm, a lot of green around, supermarket and highways less than 3 min away and a lot more around. Quality price are the best that I could find in Boston area.

Weymouth common apartments was clean and family oriented. Parking space also clean and spaces. The laundry machine need to be updated also the hall carpet should be more inviting the bin more frequently.

I love it here. Its quiet and my neighbors are great. We all look out for each other. The property is kept up nice and the staff are very helpful when needed. Children are safe here and for the most part everyone respects each other

The community is well kept throughout the year. Maintenance has a response time of same day for most issues. And the amenities are good however no playground for kids. That's disappointing for the families that leave here.

This community provides good basic accommodations. The neighbors are good people and not disruptive or loud. The staff is friendly and helpful. Groundskeeping (Snow plowing included) is well done. Needed repairs have been handled promptly.

I have too much to think about please do not ask for comment. I am tired to work for rent only, a studio apt for $1200 and they told you new apt just to get you in. But, for old tenant pay more than new tenant it's on fair.

At first, I was excited to move here, pool, gym, and a good price. Quickly realized this was not the place for us. People are rude here there's no sense of community. We live in the woods and the amount of bugs that come into your apartment is disgusting. We have constant mold forming on the ceiling and drainage problems. Sometimes cheaper isn't better.

For the most part it has been satisfactory. I really like living here, it feels safe and is safe. I like that the staff here are always ready to answer the phone or call you back quickly. The office staff is excellent.

I moved in from out of state, never having seen the apartments. All i had were internet pictures and my correspondence with a leasing agent. He was very professional and helpful. So were the other office staff i dealt with. The apartment looked good and was in good shape when i arrived. The finalization of the process was smooth and easy. Overall it was a positive experience that I do not regret.

It is fine so far i just moved in. People and staff are friendly. The outside door next to my apartment doesn't close by itself so I don't feel extremely safe especially with no peephole and only one locl on my door

It's a nice area, close to public transit and major roadways. You can hear noise from the highway but otherwise is mostly quiet. It's convenient to shopping and other goods and services. It could be improved with a bike rack or locker area.

Weymouth Commons is a nice, quiet community for people to live in. It is close enough to the city, but far enough to be quiet. There are many shops nearby as well. Management and maintenance are both very helpful.

Good place to live. Only issues I have are that they show you a model apartment and give you something less. I was not allowed to veiw unit until after I signed. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done but maintenance was phenomenal. They handle all issues on the spot and when the complete them they'll ask you if there is anything else

Has its ups and downs sometimes noisy. tough parking sometimes and people using the laundry room one 2 in the morning people knocking at my door from the laundry room some people arguing in the hallway also

This is a great place to live, their staff is great and readily available to help with any issues. They have a swinging pool which is so cool for summertime. The maintenance staff is on site 24/7 for any emergencies related to your home.
