Pleasant, the office staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is quick. Great amenities like the pools, clubhouse, and fitness center. Apartment is spacious and well-maintained. The property is quiet.

It's a beautiful quiet place to live I recommend it if you are looking for a clean community close to shopping and major highways The only thing I don't like is the highway noise especially when windows are open

A not-so-bad community. The staff are very helpful. Maintenance requests are attended promptly. Renovation work take a long time and cause inconvenience, emails are at times not responded or acknowledged.

We moved into Weymouth Commons in November and it was a good decision. The management people in the office haave been very helpful. The maintenance staff has been exceptional when there has been an issue.

I love it I will recommend this place to all my friends staff is very welcoming and cordial I love how I can access all my shopping needs without too much hassle the neighborhood is quite and beautiful

This place sucks! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Worst place ever, would never reccomend. Rude, lazy, unprofessional, inconsiderate, all of the above. Find a new place fast apt 59 will have mold soon due to poor plumbing

It has been a wonderful experience living in Weymouth Commons community. It's a great place to raise your family outside the urban setting and the facilities are upkeep with a professional maintenance team.

I haven't had any complaints so far. The only thing is that when moving in the elevators are pretty small. It's quiet and the outside is very nice to look at with all the foliage and the apartment was very clean when moving in.

Weymouth Common has one the best apartment deals with the best apartment environment. My family and I feel safe to be here. The staff are awesome since they always there to serve the attendants. I would definitely recommend Weymouth Commons to friends and families

Apartment is sweet, love the space, however, was not informed about no elevator until the day I moved in and after I'd signed everything and had given them their money. I ended up paying my movers extra because there was no elevator and apartment was on the 3rd floor.

Great place! Excellent services. Rent is fair pricing. Staff are amazing and very friendly. My apartment building is very quiet my neighbors are great. No issues ever here. Parking is really easy. they're really making sure that the building is more updated and safe! Overall excellent apartment!

I am very satisfy with Weymouth Commons been living in here for 5 years and never had a sour experience with the maintenance guys or management. I recommend this community for anyone looking for your best value for your dollar.

Amazing community, staffs, maintenance staffs, and location. Absolutely loving my first ever apartment. I couldn't have asked for more. It is very quiet, and the outdoor is well kept and have a beautiful view. Only complain are the carpet on the corridor. They smell, and should be replaced with wooden floor or be replaced every 2 years.

Close to highway and a great, short, commute to Boston. Great location with ample grocery stores and shopping centers nearby. Nice and clean apartment with just enough space, new hardwood floors and up to date kitchen appliances. Modern bathroom and plenty of storage. A value for your money!

Have lived here before i like this complex and that was 2009 to 2015 i really loved the environment only that the rent is skyrocketing but overall, the quietness, security, parking, lighting system at night, and quick and well response to emergencies and natural disasters like snow plowing is extremely marvelous. Good hob!

Community is good but there is no park for the children to play. There is lots of space available they can easily build a good park inside the community and second community structure is too old, they need to reconstruct the design.

I have enjoyed this apartment and the community itself. Its beautiful, its private. And very quiet. They're are many things to do around here. The apartments are all updated. Great square footage space. Closet space is pretty awesome too.. I havent had any bad experiences yet.. The only thing i can say i dont really like. Is there are only 2 dumpsters to throw your trash in. And for some who do not have vehicles have to walk the trash all the way to the dumpsters. I do wish there was other dumpsters closing to me..
