Have loved living here...never any problems....so very comfortable in my apartment...which I look at this as my HOME...has always felt this is my HOME....never any problems...so thankful for everyone..

Overall its a good community. Leasing staff is friendly and approachable. Maintenance staff is well trained and equipped, most maintenance issues are solved within hours of reporting. Payments etc are easy to make. The community has all basic amenities and near to public transportation, schools, grocery stores.

The move in process was an easy process. The only problem I really had was that the office staff didn't warned the residents who lived in the basement apt when maintenance where doing work on Lawn.. my windows were open and ruined a lot of things because window was open while work was done

It is awesome . I would like to recommend it to my friends. I like their services and maintenance staff is very good. Swimming pool and Gym is accessible and also lease office staff is very friendly. I love staying in this community

Great experience, quiet environment, and nice neighbor, plenty parking available, only sometimes the dump is full and people put trash on the floor, laundy is another issue, some people left clothes in the machine, for extended time, if someone else wants to use it tou cannot.

The community itself is ok,....the staff in the office has gotten a lot less friendlier in three years,....like someone needs to remind them the people who pay their salaries are the ones with questions/concerns....but the "rules", be that as it may, are not enforced whatsoever. From people leaving crap on their porch, to dumping furniture in the building lobby, to kids who aren't even close to 14 being in the fitness center,....and just in my building,....garbage is spilled both inside and outside - and just left there for days - like mommy is going to clean it up. Personally I think the place needs more supervision. "Memos" don't change behavior. You should hold people who rent from you to a certain standard - otherwise it just seems like all you care about is whether they pay you every month.

Very nice place the grounds are kept clean.The building for the most part is clean. I think the laundry room and elevators could use some cleaning.I feel safe coming in at night. The parking could be a little better. I also feel when your leaving the building the street that comes from the left coming on be the dumpster people need to use the stop sign

Weymouth Commons is great! Nice clean property and buildings. My apartment is a decent size with brand new kitchen, bathrooms and carpet upon move in. My first apartment for me and my son and I couldn't be happier.

Great amenities, quiet buildings. Maintenance quick to respond to any issues. Some of the office staff was more knowledgeable than others regarding rental process, but easy to access through email or in office

my life turned after arriving at the weymouth commons apartments (wca). I really feel at home, where I can relax and get back to work renovated. I have everything I need very near. supermarkets, gas station, restaurants, there is no better location. thank you wca !!

Very quiet. Spacious apartments with a ton of closet space. I enjoy sitting out on the balcony. I also really enjoy the breakfast bar, great open concept. Attentive maintenance and leasing staff. Clean, well kept facilities and grounds.

I love to live in this place, is a quiet place and have a lot space for childrens, I like the size of the town house so I wish there were more closets, in 3 month i don't have any problems, i very satisfect here.

Rent is not uniform for everyone I am paying higher rent for 1 bedroom and my friend is paying more for 2 bedroom. Other than than all good. ****************************************************************

at the time i needed a place to stay so bad this is the only reason that made me sign a lease with that lady called Kim, bugs are everywhere, rent is too high for a studio that was listed for $ 950 online and I had to sign it up for $1354 just because I told Kim I was in need, this is not a joke

Overall good. Only problem is I was told by the leasing office that I was going into a non-smoking building only to find after moving in that was not the case. The property manager did address the issue with me.

Its a wonderful community. I have yet to have a problem in the last 6 years i lived here. Very close to schools, stores and gas stations. The community is always picked them up as good as they can get it.

Great staff Corrin is amazing! The pool and facilities are great. The location is perfect for shopping and work. It's quite beautiful here as well. I love hearing the many types of birds in the morning!!!

It has been an excellent experience thus far. When calling the office i get help. The grounds are always clean. The access to highways and different places is convenient. The building is kept clean. Overall a great place to live.

Its a good community with active hard working support staffs. Upgraded apartments are really well maintained and you will love the interior especially kitchen. Rent prices are little high and due to less public transportation near by its difficult without your own car.

Since we have moved it, the experience has been awesome. The company and management people are very good, maintenance staff is very good and spot on. The view during fall is fabulous. The service of road cleaning during snow is amazing. The heating is very efficient and the electricity consumed by the appliances is minimal. Very impressive. Only issue is elevator is slow and cooking smell from other apartment is not confined to the chimney, they spread out in all kitchen of floors.

I like living here. It is a good first apartment right out of college. It is a little noisy at time but people are generally respectful when in the hallways. I like that it is no smoking and that the building doesn't smell like smoke

Friendly community. Extremely clean units, move in condition. Prompt, helpful and courteous service. Location is perfect. One minute to route 3. Everything else is close by also. Hospital, markets, grocery stores, gas, convenient stores etc.

My experience has been good. The amenities are good 2 pools , gym, tennis court, and business center. The grounds are kept well. The laundry room could be maintained better. Dont like the fact i have to drive to throw my trash away.Overall havent had any major issues

My experience at this community have been very pleasant. My needs are usually met pretty quickly and often satisfying. I don't have any complaints beside laundry card reloading should be easier and placed inside of the laundry room to make it easier for residents.
