Weymouth commons is a very nice place and has a bunch of very positive things. The staff here is wonderful , you can really talk to them and they show a really positive attitude when they help. The neighbors are really nice and it's super quiet here so it's really like you have an actual home separated and independ. Also talking about staff the buildings are really clean and smell great. I have a son and always we had to walk far to the school bus stop but here the bus stop is amazingly close and I don't have to worry about my son. There is also a pool and great indoor place at the office it makes it feel like you have a place to go if you don't have plans. The gym is pretty close and I walk there for a great exercise , Walmart and stop in shop are 3 min away by car so the commons are like a city. And the parking space is great there's lots of room. In total my experience at the commons were very enjoyable and I'll never forget it.

Best value you can find at South Shore. Very close to the T and a bus stop right in front of the communiy. The apartment is kind of small but the staff have done a good job to keep it in the good ahape.

Comfortable apartments with a few quirks. Homey feeling. A little expensive but convenient. Wish the laundry room was open 24/7. More parking spaces are required. Quick in mitigating maintenance issues.

good one. depends on how much you will increase the rent upon my next renewal. If it is in my budget will think of. over all, this apt is good. communication could have been improved. Also, the apt staff response was good.

I love the maintenance crew they are great they are on top of things parking is a problem I wish it was assign parking I have a baby and alot of times when I come home I have to park at another building and half to walk with a baby and groceries to my place I should be able to park close to my building not far away

So far so good. Elevator is slow, hallway carpeting needs cleaning, the laundry machines are in a few cases been broken or do not dry clothes and outer doors are always left open outside of these issues it's been a good day experience.

Overall a great place to live. Well appointed, quiet, with a fair amount of amenities. The gym and pool are great. Always well maintained grounds and roadways, especially in winter. Close to the highway. Office staff are great.

Great place to live ! Quite clean The maintenance are great . I recommend it to everyone and I will rate it as five stars in everything plenty of parking spots clean always no smell Close to the highway Close all shopping in stores .

Quite place with easy acess to highway and nearby shopping areas. Convenient location for high schoolers. Would be even better if there was a playground and a walking paths/trails for everyone to enjoy the outdoors.

The apartment is very nice and the facilities and services provided by the community were great. I felt that there was a lack of community amongst the residents. I never saw my neighbors and people often kept to themselves.

It has been good so far. Wish to spend few more years at this place. It is very convenient to stores that we most commonly visit, ample parking space, good maintenance staff who are quick in responding to our requests. Has been a good experience overall except that the corridors in our building are not that well maintained i.e. they are smelly sometimes.

I moved to Weymouth commons sometime in October 2016 , and I have never regret it. Well maintained community and kudos to the maintenance team , they have been very attentive to all the maintenance requests

The apartments are okay. though they could use renovation. Kitchen appliances are old. The halls smell and carpeting looks old and disgusting. No issues with the heat and water. you are stuck with comcast as your cable and internet supplier.

I was taking pictures of the old AC once they removed they didn't let me take a picture of that and they were trying to move the AC out of the home in a hurry and then I insisted that I need to take picture and finally they stopped and gave me sometime. Without even completing the work they were behind me to see whether I'm taking pictures of the condition of the AC. He kept on saying that the AC is working fine and I made them change the AC intensely that's why I took pictures of the condition of old AC to show how bad it is and I told them that we are also getting annoying noise from AC and showed them what I recorded he asked me "why should believe that the noise comes from the AC??? " . The maintenance staff are very rude.

Nice size apartment but increases in rent all but one renewal. Staff was initially challenging in office, but they have recently changed ownership. Interactions with new staff seem friendlier and more responsive to requests. Still not always warned in advance someone would be entering apt.

The condo is an awsome place to live. The service is great, the staff is great also and always clean. Summer is beautifull with the gardens and winter they plow pretty quick so everyone can have access to their apt. Your not going to regret renting here.

I am moving out after just 1 year living here. The unit itself is nice. The amount of noise (music, screaming and yelling) I get from both my neighbors on either side of me is intolerable and has a negative impact on my quality of life. Construction of walls between apartments is so thin and not in any way sound proof.

The apartment looks clean and well maintained, the premises are also well maintained. The leasing staff were helpful in clearing all doubts. I would recommend this apartment to my colleagues also .

Nothing I can say , because of incident happened in recent time I am worried about security and safety .still Weymouth commons will increase the apartment rent . If you stay for years and years, they will not consider it they will simply increase rent this should not be the case

Weymouth Commons is very affordable and well-kept apartment complex. It is close to shopping, grocery, and utility locations and offers a reasonable commute into and out of the Boston. Office staff are friendly and helpful.

I've enjoyed my time here. The staff and maintenance are more than adequate when they're needed. The grounds in the development are kept clean and well landscaped. During the winter months, the maintenence crew are very attentive to snow and ice. All in all I would and have referred friends to the Commons.
