My overall experience was above average. It would be very good but this place is a little too expensive for being so far out of the city. It's a huge community with many apartments, and not all are accessible by public transport. I have to walk almost a mile to get to the nearest bus stop.

As a new resident, my first month has been excellent. Your community is beautiful inside and out with the lovely trees everywhere and colorful landscaping. The residents are friendly and very nice too. Thanks

It's a very nice apartment and community...lots of extras and great staff. Maintenance is very good...shoveling, clean up, upkeep, etc. are all very good! The location is also convenient to a number of stores, SS hosp., and the highway. I recommend Weymouth Commons.

Not a bad experience here at Weymouth Commons. Maintenance great and responsive. Office staff can be dismissive and rude. Nice community and amenities. Good location. A shocking act of violence occurred also during our residency

My experience was thorough and stress free, management took time to answer my questions and show me the grounds, I'd recommend Weymouth Commons to friends and family. The amenities are a bonus and the rent is very fair

I love living here. It is quiet, people are friendly, maintenance staff are professional, and the office staff are very kind and willing to help. I hope to stay here as long as I can. I feel safe here and would like to love in this community longer.

The office and staff are very helpful and it's nice environment with lots of trees and birds. It's very close to several shopping areas, which is important to me. The neighbors can be very noisy and inconsiderate. Overall a decent place to live.

Thieves everywhere...every package that you order online, you only have 50-50 chance that you get it. Almost every package is being stolen in this community. You cannot order anything online as you'll miss that package in 90% of the cases, people who are stealing these packages know carrier delivery timings and steal the package as soon as it is dropped. No security cameras anywhere.

Packages are being stolen, there are many instances the packages being stolen as soon as they are delivered. Like the thieves are waiting at the door for the delivery trucks. full of thieves, no security cameras anywhere in the property.

Apartment is very good. Bright, with a lot of closet space. Laundry is an issue. Neighborhood is not very nice. Overall experience is ok. Traffic during office hours is horrible on route 3 towards Braintree.

It's very quiet and a lovely place to live and raise kids. There is a lot of different cultures in the neighborhood and that's the best thing and everybody is so nice...................................

Apartment was very clean when moving in. Staff was excellent and everything went smooth. Some minor issues here and there (refrigerator loud, package being stolen) but regardless it's been a very pleasant experience.

Having a great experience being here I'm close to everything location is key and the amenities is lockdown perfect I thinking about renewing my lease I like to area and I like the community I tell my friend they need to move out here

Family friendly place, clean, well maintained. Easy to get to by public or private transportation, swimming pools and gym well maintained. Friendly staff especially Ericka. Upkeep of all parking lot very great!!!

Walls are pretty thin so you can hear EVERYTHING and there is constantly trash outside of our unit. Inside unit/layout is nice and spacious. Security mainly just sits around in one spot and does nothing.

Overall, I have not had a bad experience. My neighbors fight a lot but that is out of your control. I think this was a great complex for what I needed when I first moved in. Now that I'd be renewing my lease for a second time it's going to increase even more which is just not feasible to me and the quality of the apartment is not worth the increase. The free gym is great and very clean! Although I have never used either pool they seem very nice and it's nice there are grills there as well. I think the elevators could use an update (they make me nervous when I'm on it). I'd also like an apartment with wood floors not carpet. I think if you made that adjustment then the price increase would be worth it. I have had multiple packages stolen from the mailroom which is frustrating but I know it's not the staffs fault. I think putting in cameras in the lobby and hallways to try and catch those thief's would make A LOT of residents happy. Overall, I'm happy with my experience at Weymouth Commons.

It was a good experience. The support from the rental office also helped me to have a peaceful moving. The apartment was clean to get a good feeling during the overall experience has been good so far.

The experience hasn't been great. The walls are thin here so you can hear all the neighbors. The rent is overpriced for the space that you get. The elevators are slow and the building itself is very okay at best.

I prefer thus community to stay for long time, I feel like home. But every time I renew the lease is increased by 200$. I am not sure people like me want to stay here due to the increase in renewal I have to find for new apartment.

Was better two years ago, no you see people walking the dogs inside the building, you see people smoking inside , they start stilling the delivery packages , the laundry is all the time a messy , but the maintenance people keep working hard and they have a lot of patience. Good job to them

Overall very good. The office and maintenance staff are always helpful. I only wish that the staff would check to make sure the cars in the parking lot were had their stickers and we're allowed to be there.

The community is peaceful place to live, people are very nice in the apartments,and the staff are right on time and always get the job done. Well kept property,and when you move in apprentice looks amazing. I would suggest anyone to live here

I am in love with my home and community. Having a son with special needs, it is unfortunately difficult to find a place to live that is safe and feels like home. Weymouth Commons has provided both of these things.
