Overall application process was good. Not being able to see the apartment before moving in I didn't like. I am waiting to hear back about some issues with my apartment. Also if there is a noise complaint that I would like to address how would that be handled? Overall I am satisfied

Mostly quiet community. Neighbors leave full trash bags on balcony for weeks. Easy access to route 3, very close to shops and grocery stores. Building are extremely hot all year round, you will need a fan or air conditioning in the winter to cool your apartment down.

The move in process was pretty smooth and straight forward. I like the simplicity of the application itself. I also liked how I was sent accurate photos of the apartment so I knew what to expect. The complex is nice and quiet and clean kept.

I can literally hear everything from apartments above and below me . That's the only part I don't like. The community feels like home. It's beautiful and quiet outside. I feel like when everything opens up it will be better.

Only been about a month of living here so far but the experience has been great. Even in the midst of COVID and the unconventional application processes that followed, I don't think anything has been out of whack and the community has been great.

I have been living for a long time, but the company has never replaced the air conditioner,refrigerator, microwave. Security cars are patrolling after being shot and killed in parking lot a few years ago, and it seems to be safe now.

It's a cool community. If you life nature vibes this will be a good place of you. The experience I had a was really really good. The staff was very helpful. They always got back to my email. I loved it! It's also very pretty

Super friendly staff, always available to answer any questions regarding the apartment and move-in process (Emily, Ben and Tracy). The apartment was super clean and well maintained, You could not tell if someone used to live here before! The neighbors were very polite during moving in, some of them even offered help!

Honestly I feel the office can do better with enforcing the rules within the lease for residents. I live in a smoke free building and I'm constantly smelling cigarette smoke in the hallways. At first it was coming through my apartment and I complained a thousand times until finally maintenance sealed my apartment properly. I still continued to smell it in the hallway and will continue to complain. They could also do a better job with selecting good candidates to move in as I had to move my unit due to a disruptive neighbor. Over all it is a decent place to live for a young professional and they maintain the grounds of the community well. Still peaceful and most of my neighbors and the community are quiet.

It was the best, a really peaceful environment but since this year it's been a real nightmare for me. I can't say it's a quiet community anymore. Some of the new residents are not respectful and seem doing whatever they want.

I've lived here for less than a week and so far I have friendly neighbors and a very helpful and accessible leasing staff. They've helped me so much with all of my new-resident move in questions and made the move in much less stressful

So far it's a nice quiet community. The quality of the apartment is okay for the price so far. I have no complaints at this moment, aside laundry cards should be given with keys upon moving in the apartment

This is my second time renting here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment was ready, clean and in good condition when I moved in. It's minutes to public transportation and shopping. I would recommend this property.

We stayed in weymouth commons from 2015 till 2018. For the rent we paid I rate the appartment 1 star. We could clearly hear toilet flush sounds and even loud mouning sounds, screams from the unit above us. :). Huge community, mostly clean, we liked walking with in community. The staff is the worst. They dont know what they are talking. Ben says something and the other lady says something entirely different. We had to deal with leaking water from unit above 2 times. The 2nd time was terrible, the maintenance has to replace the cup boards in kitchen due to the water damage. We missed lot of packages and our neighbors complained of missing packages too. So, I guess thats common. There were couple of gun firings with in the neighborhood when we stayed there between 2015 and 2018. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Large complex, overall clean premises and easy to navigate parking/trash/laundry services. People smoke in the buildings which make the odor sometimes overwhelming but the staff does seem to keep up with deodorizing the hallways. Mail is a little tricky with packages left all over the place but overall very well maintained apartments inside.

Is a quiet, friendly, safe and clean place to live. Never have a problem in this community. Neighbors are must professional and friendly in this community. I been living here for almost three year and never seen any people hang in around.

this apartment is in a great location, close to grocery stores , schools, transportation. Can't complain. Office and maintenance people are great people to deal with. They will undertake you in case you have a problem with your apartment.

Quiet and well maintained living space, beautiful apartments. Spacious. Leasing staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and always readily available. Amenities are nice, two beautiful pools and a gym full of equipment.

It's been very clean, very respect as well as safe. There have been no hiccups nor issues with the building I live in. Anytime there is a problem the maintenance staff is quick to respond usually next day.

The office staff is the most unprofessional, uncaring group of people I've had to deal with. The washing machines and dryers dont work. I've been continuously HARASSED by a neighbor since ive moved in and the office staff have been absolutely no help whatsoever. Do not, i repeat, DO NOT move here.

The maintenance people were very polite and came within 2 days to assess the situation (our bathroom had a leaking fawcet that kept running but would turn off if played with). We needed a whole new unit which he had with him just in case it wasn't just a washer when he returned the next day. He finished the job fast and clean. On another occasion I had accidentally pulled the towel rack off the wall in the bathroom and they came right away. Even the bottom shelf in the refrigerator broke when a pickle jar fell on it. They came and fixed it NEXT DAY! THANK YOU Weymouth Commons.

The apartment was well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The few maintenance issues I have had were dealt with quickly and professionally. The place was remarkably quiet with very few incidents and the office staff is amazing. I have been pleasantly surprised with the friends I have met since I have lived here.

Quiet place to live. Laundry room is a bit small. Parking is great. Apartment is large enough but wish it had no carpets. I will not be renewing lease due to me wanting more things like updated appliances, hardwood floors and in unit washer dryer.

i have lived here for just over a month and notice that people here don't speak to anyone, and seem somewhat standoff-ish. makes me wonder did i make a bad move? and that is all i have to say about the matter

Lived here a week so far and everything is going great. Staff is super helpful, apartment was nice and clean. My only complaint is the laundry system. It's difficult to get a card to do laundry. I think the system could easily be improved.
