We used to love the community but after not be able to sleep at night due to the mice issues and unhealthy life quality..I don't think this is what planned as a family for a nice comfortable living home our problem is not a mouse coming into the apartment one a month or even once a week it's every single day mice live here more than we do ..

To whom it may concern, i moved in the complex sister is from the southshore and she lives in another community thats owned by corcoran as tried for her spot but there was no openings at that time ,so she found this place up the street from her.i like living office staff is friendly, the maintenance crew is very fast and my neighbors are great.community is place to live at. I hope this helps to anyone who is reading this bless

The place is clean it's a very big community and it's close to the highways and grocery stores it's only a maybe 10-15 minutes away from Quincy and 20 minutes away from Boston the commute to and from work is very convenient

Overall I'm very happy living at Weymouth commons. It is very quiet in management and maintenance are both very responsive. I love having the gym and the pool to use and property is always nicely landscaped. My only suggestion would be to try to keep up better with the interior of the buildings being cleaned/vacuumed and the trash that people throw in the parking lots.

A great place to live I particularly have nothing to complain about very good the service team for the residents are of excellent quality very helpful a nice clean environment the residents neighbors are respectful there are places where children can play and feel free in the end I like it of this house I believe that the other residents thought the same as me

Quiet community, beautiful grounds, convenient location, responsive office team. Communication by paper at the door is a bit antiquated but the information is helpful and I am happy to be notified when utilities are off for construction.

I am unable to hear my neighbors which is a huge plus when living in an apartment. The walls and floors are definitely sound proof. The leasing office and maintenance constantly keep in touch with us through letters and emails and will never show up unannounced.

It's been great so far - the management is quite responsive and helpful. The maintenance always come on time and haven't had any issues since I came. The only issue that sometime the heater in the hallway would be so hot

Well, I just moved here for the location to the t. It is under a fairly big company, Cochran Management so they keep up the grounds and have pools and a fitness center. although just a momentary stop it is ok. They will in the management office help you with issues in the apartment. Rent increases but standard and over the past 2 years not overwhelming. Rental insurance I did get which I need.

Weymouth Commons is a great place to live. It's clean, quiet, and the grounds are well taken care of. Whenever there is a maintenance issue the staff is usually here on thatday. If you work in the city it's about a 20 minute drive to Boston.

Very nice area! This complex is peace and quiet. They maintain buildings clean and safe. But we need cameras as lots of packages are stolen but beside that very nice area to live. Near highway and easy access.

Great place to live. Very Clean apartment buildings. Close to the city so lots to do. Plenty of parking. Love the gym and pool area. Fairly quiet area- can't hear neighbors which is fantastic. Good place!

Communication is fantastic, very prompt to return any questions we had. Listened to all questions we had even when they were repetitive. The apartment is a really nice space. The one bedroom we're in is the perfect size for the two of us. We love having a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air, and we even fit a small table and two chairs out there! The amenities are great at no extra cost.

The apartment is spacious and has been peaceful surrounding and like the ambience considering its all trees surrounding my apartment. I have not had any major complaints and all the maintenance requests were processed quite fast !!

My experience was positive, everyone made me feel welcomed during and after the application process. My only issue is the fact that someone stole one of my packages during my first week of stay but other than that, I love it here!
