My move in experience was smooth and leasing agents were very friendly. So far people I have interacted with are very nice and helpful. The life guard on duty was very friendly and engaging. Shout out to Kamali!

A wonderful place to live. Great location, friendly staff, and reliable maintenance staff makes it a great community. I have loved living here for over a decade, and will continue to make it my home for the foreseeable future.

As a single "eldery" person living alone I feel totally safe. As an example I walked into my appartment 11.30pm Satrday night and had no fears. This is a very comfortable place to live. Well cared for grounds, fun activities for the tenants as example the Pickle Ball games last week. The pools are great fun in summer with very polite life guards. In winter the grounds are cleared of snow as well as the walkways into the building. I lost my mail box key and with 30 minutes of my call I had a new key. I would very much recommend this complex to anybody.

So far, I really enjoy the community. My apartment is perfect and has everything that I need. The people in the atmosphere in this complex is super nice. I look forward to spending the next couple months here and enjoying my living experience.

So far so good, my building has a few odd characters in it and people always leave there garbage in the lobby but other than that I love my apartment and the location is pretty good. The community itself too is well kept which I like.

Acceptable apartment - rent has gone up and up the past few years. It is very noisy here, always some work going on outside, always noise in the hallways and constantly hear the people living above. Overall, could be worse.

In almost 2 years I could not tell you one thing about my neighbors other than the fact that they are very loud. Its nearly impossible to keep windows open the whole property reeks of weed. Not happy!

Not sure so far privacy can be better respected especially with small children maintenance should knock ring bell and wait for the person in the home to open the door my car is parked right outside..

Weymouth Commons has definitely met my expectations! From the office staff to the maintenance staff to the maintenance of the grounds- all are delightful. The grounds are kept very well and the community is incredibly safe.

I love this quiet community; I love the diversity of families and people who live here; Weymouth Commons is the ideal place to live for people from all backgrounds and cultures; during the pandemic and post pandemic, this is an amazing experience and place for me to live

It is a fairly disconnected community and the buildings are old and not awesomely maintained. The grounds are taken care of minimally. The management beyond the rental office have no sense of compassion or wanting to help

It was good I filled out an application once I finished I was able to look at the townhouse it was a beautiful place I loved it right away the people were friendly and made me feel comfortable I just hope that I will be able to make this my home for a long time I like staying in the Same place for years my grandkids will have a better education starting over in a new environment my grandkids are my everything and I want them to be raised in a new city they are young so I know it will be easy for them to learn etc

There is a lot of greenery in the community, it is a good place to take walks. Very close to the highway, grocery stores and restaurants. Service requests are answered very quickly and resolved the very next day.

I do live in Weymouth comments around three years I had a great experience with the maintenance guys also with management they take care about the mailbox also for paper works and payment I am hardly recommended.

The staff were always professional and helpful. It's just unfortunate that the walls are so thin that you can hear every little thing the neighbors are doing. The carpets get dirty easily, and I didn't get the apartment as advertised so that was a disappointment. I had a good experience at Weymouth Commons though.

It's been good. I enjoy the quiet environment and the spread out community. I like that I don't have to see people all the time and I can have my privacy as a resident in this community. I also like the location of my building.

The leasing office at Weymouth commons was very good at communicating all aspects of my move. Everything was done in a smooth and timely manner. I would highly recommend family and friends to rent a unit with them.

It's been very good. It's great the staff is honest. It's a very great apartment. I would recommend this Apartment to anyone. Maintenance works pretty fast. I love this apartment it's beautiful. I love the view of the balcony. There's no bugs here it's a very clean apartment.

Has been a great experience. Very few issues over the years. When one does come up it was addressed within 24 hours or sooner. The complex is kept clean and very well maintained. With the common areas recently updated.

Not bad everything is all right and good atmosphere and entertainment and I really enjoy the place really quiet and professional. But the only thing Ithat is bothering is the music playing because sometimes too loud. Thank you

I've been having a good time in my place my only concern is that I do not have a balcony like everyone else. I pay a good amount so I think the balcony should be included like everyone else. Other than that I like my apartment, my kitchen tile could fit a little better instead of rolling up at the end. But it is pretty roomy for a studio so I cannot complain.

This complex is clean outside, the staff and other residents are great! We have enjoyed living in our apartment here and we look forward to renewing our lease because of our great rent price since it is the cheapest we can find in the area
