I would highly recommend this community for future tenants the grounds are kept clean as well as the building. I like my apartment it's pretty up to date. And my building is very quiet the neighbors I know in my building are very nice

Very old elevator and it looks like it will break in between . And the leasing office does not offer flexibility for move ins which is very disgusting. House is not renovated , and there are some issues with hot water as well .

Overall I'm really happy with my experience so far. I moved in about 10 months ago and I think the apartment is great value for the cost of rent, especially as the only out of pocket utilities are electricity, internet/cable/home phone, and cell phone. Snow removal was prompt in the winter. These are older buildings so noise does carry. I wish it had been made clearer before I signed my lease that the apartment I moved into did not have an elevator in the building and the kitchen is about a third of the size of the one in the apartment I viewed. Other than the kitchen I really like my apartment.

Everything here is beautiful. From winter to summer from the houses to the people everyone here is friendly and nice. This community has a lot to offer for jobs to nice pools it is everything you want from a community

My dog was attacked and mauled. Pitbull 100+ pounds my dog 10 pounds. Broken leg, ripped out tooth, major wounds to the hind side roughly 25/35 stitches. Experience? Ha ha. I was informed that the dog would be evicted but still see it around

It has been a good experience so far after 7 years. I just needs to move closer to the mbta, keep up the good work. You have a pool and health club along with a good staff and maintenance. They are Also owned by a good company

Been here a long time. It's quiet and no problems It's close to the expressway and schools. Walmart is right up the street if there are any problems, the staff here resolve it quickly. Snow removal is great

Overall great place to live. Set apart from the main roads. Grounds are exceptional. Maintenance responds immediately when there is an issue as does the office staff. On holidays the office staff have a grab and go (bag of goodies) which is really fun. I use the gym a lot and it is always spotless.

Terrible moldy ------ apartment for 3k

These landlords are a bunch of slumlord scumbags who charge $3000 a month for apartments loaded with cockroaches and mold, foreign invaders who live for free smoking weed in their apartments and driving like savages in the parking lot. Literally one washing machine works and all the utilities are old and broken. Save your money and don’t give it to these clowns. I will be contacting ICE later this month

Great place. Surrounding traffic is a lot at times but the apartment grounds are peaceful and apartment is super quiet. The maintenance staff is always out and about taking care of things and the office has always responded quickly.

The complex is Clean, close to the highway. Lots of parking. Maintenance and leasing office is nice and friendly. The pool in the summer is clean and fun to grill and relax on days off or after a long day.

When we moved in at Apt third floor. We weren't happy because our neighbors were making noises crazy and we couldn't sleep. After that, we moved at first floor ( thanks to Stephanie and Andrew). We are happy and really enjoy ground floor. The maintenance Dept is the best.
