The apartment is clean and spacious. The community is wonderful and in a great location. The staff here is extremely professional and kind and made my move in as quick and stressless as possible! I definitely recommend Weymouth commons.

Lovely place, clean and calm! Never had any kind of problems with anyone, from the neighbors to the stuff members. The maintenance are a call away, super fast, effective and friendly. They resolve any issue right away. Over all, we love it in here!

I've only been in my apartment for a few weeks. Very quiet and clean community. Friendly leasing staff and helpful. Very convenient to MBTA if you take public transportation or driving to work. The highway is close by as well.

Olivia was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Olivia made it a point to contact me as soon as she had answers for me. Olivia communicated with me in a timely manner. Really appreciated how thorough she was in explains the process.

Weymouth Commons is conveniently located just off of Route 3, which is the gateway to the South Shore and Cape Cod. This is a great place to live if you want to get to Boston or the Cape with relative ease.

It is a nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to trains and buses. Friendly community and overall I really like it here thank. My experience has been very comforting and the efficiency of staff and maintenance is spot on.

This is a great community. It's clean, quiet. I really like it. To get my apartment, it was an easy process, especially with Emily. She walked me out on the cold to see different unit. She was so nice and very helful. The staff is very responsive to our need.

Great place to live. Close to Walmart, Stop and Shop, Shaw's BJ's Wholesale club, Ocean State Job lot. All the medical facilities are available nearby. Quiet, serene place to dwell. Clubhouse and Gymnasium is always maintained.

What I like about the community is, It's close to everything, Within half a mile I can be at any one of my doctors, We are close to schools, Walmart, Stop and Shop, Shaws, Plus dozens of places to eat, And to get on the highway, It's just down the street. it's a great place to live if you're young,

My experience was alright, I was having some issue where I previously was residing at. I informed the leasing officer I was working with I was interesting g in the apartment I was quoted for two different amounts. Then I had declined the apartment bc I felt like I was being sold when really need something that was going to accommodate what I was going through. But I am great ---- my information was on File and I was able to reassume with reapplying.

Didn't have to much of a problem moving in at all . The staff were very nice and friendly and helpful . The process was smooth. Did notice a leaking pipe in my building and a bucket that should be repaired.

Been here 3 days and so far I love it. Neighbors seem cool. I feel at home and comfortable. The leasing staff did there job and then let me be. Guest parking is easy and convenient. Apartment size is very nice

The only issue that I have is that the rent increases too much all the time and it is not acceptable. I have no problems with my neighbors. This place has an easy parking space. They keep the building clean. I'm happy leaving in here but the rent increases too much all the time and it is not acceptable.

The neighbors are friendly and the staff is responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. There is easy local shopping, local entertainment and nature preserves. The grounds are great with wonderful glacier rock and trees.

Friendly People, very quiet environment. Maintenance stays on top of issues when they arise. Overall I have no complaints since I've moved in. One thing I did wish was they moved to fobs instead of keys.

Quiet neighborhood. Near highways, schools, hospital, and shopping malls. Also, several local restaurants, great for ordering out and deliveries. Near 2 supermarkets. Minutes from highway to Boston or the Cape.

Location wise it's good but rent is little too buildings interiors and exteriors need to be modified.Most of the apartments have molds and bugs. The gym is no longer well maintained currently.

Good location - close to the highway, commuter rail, and bus. The landscaping is mature - big trees and nice bushes around the buildings. Maintenance staff is great and the snow removal is prompt and good. Pools are small and not great for adults, laundry facilities are inadequate - I've gone to a laundromat the entire time I have lived here. Security is an issue - lots of packages stolen from buildings, etc.

Everyone from staff in the office to maintenance to tenants they are all polite and friendly and respectful . Maintenance responds in a timely manner. I could not have found a better place to call home.

It's a very nice and quiet place to live. The staff are very courteous. The property is taken well care of. Maintenance does a great job on responding to work orders. They are very prompt and take their jobs seriously

The maintenance team is really on the ball. The staff in general is good in that they are always prompt and courteous. If something needs done on my part there is always ample notice given which I really appreciate. Overall a nice place to live.
