I've had a great experience so far. The community is quiet and not too noisy. The maintenance team is fantastic, they fix any issues right away. The leasing office is excellent. I recently moved in and it seems like I'll love to extend my lease.

We have been quite happy here since moving in. Whenever we had a problem it was promptly handled and everyone who works at the complex has been very polite and friendly. We are very much enjoying our time here.

Apartment has plenty of light and the staffs are helpful. Maintenance usually responses fast. Nice space for walk in the community. usually very quiet. No loud noises. Plenty of parking spot. Never lost my mail!

So far we are pleased, it's hard with so many tenants, but knock on wood no problems. Hoping things continue with a professional, and friendly relationshipMaintenance has always responded quickly and efficiently. Workers are knowledgeable and personable.

Very quiet residents friendly. Process of improvements hallway and mailboxes. The grounds look good.Trash has easy access. It would be nice to see signs saying welcome home and signs say have a good day when leaving the complex

Great! No problems with the community or staff it's just been a little slow repairing some items I reported to the office. As a new resident I just don't want to be blamed for things that are not repaired properly.

I have found the location to be very convenient. And since I don't. drive due to my disability most services are close by and easily.acessable. Maintenance requests and always handled promptly and the work done professionally.

First apartment experience and I'm really enjoying it. Glad i close this complex. The transition was easy even though I was going through a tough time in my life. The people and staff here seem to care witch makes me feel like i made the right choice.

Good so far only been here a month the view from the balcony all the trees it just gorgeous. Some neighbors are quiet but there are a few that think it's normal to blast music on their balcony. But other than that no issues

My experience at Weymouth Commons was good. Since the years passed there has been issues with 2 tenants with the banging and stomping and making noise all hours of the night. When I am working from home I cannot concentrate on my work because of the noise upstairs. It is constantly happening everyday it is annoying.

The apartment is beautiful, with updating appliances and cabinets in the kitchen. The bathroom color scheme of gray and white marble is amazing. Balcony is a very good size as well. Only downside is the apartment itself stays very warm even with the heat off, temp stays around 70-75 continuously.

There is no problem to live with family Quiet, friendly, and most of all other services. I have been live this apartment over 10 years and will be stay this apartment more longer if possible. Also I will tell my friend how good this apartment

It was a wonderful experience visiting the Commons. The apartments were clean modern and spacious. The agent was very informative and friendly. I was very excited about all the amenities and the opportunity being a resident. The initial move in cost is not outrageous which is a plus along with everything that they offer.

It's amazing so clean and quiet and pretty, they always keep up with maintenance . I would definitely refer friends and family to this place . Whatever you ask for the make sure it gets done. Awesome place

It's going great. My neighbors are nice and the staff are very friendly and honest. This is my first time renting an apartment and I am already considering renewing my lease another years. Would recommend.

So far so good everyone is nice prob understaffed which we totally understand it's tough to fill positions but the promptness of fixing issues has to be resolved . I was on time with my rent and money and deposits the same needs to be sad

Apartment location is extremely convenient to any commuter, less than 5 minutes from route 3. My apartment building is clean, and neighbors are quiet. Landscaping around the community is well done and visually pleasing.

Just moved in this property and so far its been great. The apartment is in very good condition, very clean and all the appliances and fixtures are working fine. Weymouth commons is a very convenience place to live for many reasons. The commute it's very good, all the super markets and all other stores and schools are very close by and that's one of the main reasons i decided to move here.

I'm still new and getting to know the community so I wouldn't say much about it. However, I will say it's a great place to live, the rooms are sizable enough, neat and well maintained. There are lots of parking spaces for cars which is one reason I moved from my previous apartment.

Very good community and safe also. We never had issues with maintenance, they are quick. Apartment common space is well li and clean and tidy. I would recommend this apartment for family with kids for sure.

Nice community but why they keep stealing ppl mail. Maintenance needs to do follow up calls. Noisy neighbor above needs to be addressed. Community is accessible to everything. I wished the trash bin wasnt so far away. I wish they had shuttles for the ederly
