I find the staff rude and incompetent. They lie constantly. maintenance is over whelmed with work and has difficulty maintaining high standards due to under staffing despite their best efforts.It's a Sisphyean task.

Weymouth Commons is an interesting place to live. The quality of the apartment themselves is great. They're relatively modern and their management staff is nice. I wish it was more organized and my problems actually were being solved

So far my experience has been good. I was able to look at several units and move into one fairly quickly. The leasing staff were very helpful and accommodating and made the process very easy. The unit is spacious and I could tell it was cleaned as soon as I walked in on move in day which was nice. The exterior is clean and presentable.

I have really enjoyed living at Weymouth commons - the unit was clean and ready for me when I moved it. It's just a little too far from the city for me and the traffic too bad. My only complaints are the quality of the laundry room and how hot the hallways remain year round especially on the upper levels. Also, there is a big washout issue under the bridge behind 79 from heavy rains- erosion and might be a potential hazard for supporting the stairs/ bridge!!

Whenever I have an issue with my apartment, the maintenance workers are always so pleasant and so nice. I also like the location I live in, it is near everywhere. My school and work are about 15 minutes away from where I live.

There is a nice feeling of community here. . . Neighbors are quiet and friendly and the staff is helpful. Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Close to stores and beaches as well. It's so easy to go anywhere from this location.

Place is over priced for size and condition. Also maintenance needs to be more responsive and actually repair issues to common areas before tentants make complaints. Also layout of apartment is not ideal and could be fixed if more care went into providing a quality unit.

Quite community, away from the city but close enough to easily drive or walk to access basic necessities. This community has all the basic amenities all close by to your location. The only thing and that's just my personal issue is not a lot of dumpster spot for this big of a community size

Weymouth Commons is much larger then I first thought, but staff are always available and very helpful. Grounds are very well maintained, and the pool and gym are great to have. Easy access to major routes is a plus.

It is really nice here. No issues with neighbors the staff is always helpful. Plenty of parking tbh I park in the same spot. The pool is also a great benefit. I haven't used the gym yet but we have it all

I had a great experience moving in and finding an apartment. Michelle Sell assisted in the process. Great to work with and very professional. My kitchen outlet was not working, and a few days later maintenance come in and completed the work.

Excellent. Except for being denied for ok/bad credit. People pay rent, utilities,and food. Possible credit card come last. There are still a lot of people still recovering from 2020,2021. Especially if their rent history is perfect and can put a full month rent as deposit. And a voucher basically is a guarantee of payment each month

The apartments are very well upkept as are the common areas and outdoors. The pools and gym are great amenities that really add to the community. The office staff and maintenance have always been extremely helpful and prompt.

Weymouth Commons is an excellent Comdominio close to markets, gas stations, school and much more. It has excellent maintenance by its employees. We have a tennis court, swimming pools, lots of greenery and security.

Overall quiet and when there are issues they try and resolve as soon as possible.grounds are nice but maintenence don't clean like they used to.Rugs are very dirty and lobby and hallways new to be repainted, walls in common areas are drab and dull...off white is now brown.
