So far so good, no issues. Nice and quiet complex, clean and friendly. Residents of the complex that I have met are very friendly. The maintenance staff is professional and the leasing office staff is great.

It's fine. But sometimes It's too loud on the music at night. must be changed Air conditioning unit. It's too old and too much noise and not working properly. That is only I want to do. however, It's very clean and good evironment.

Weymouth Commons is a beautiful development in a wooded area. Parking is plentiful, Staff was very helpful. Good value for the price. Not knowing the area it seems close to everything I need and far enough from Boston traffic.

The best place to live and everything is close by making life so much easier. The staff is amazing the maintenance team is fast and quick. I recommend this place to everyone. The only down fall is no animals are allowed.

I appreciate the kindness of the Community and employees at Weymouth Commons. The location is nice, and the overall condition of my apartment is good. There are minor things that need to be fixed such as lights and other minor fixtures but I am overall content with what I received.

I have liked my experience at this community overall. Staff are really nice and maintenance comes within 24hrs to fix anything. I feel very safe in this community, most people are pretty quiet and keep to themselves

Almost 7 months living in current apartment. Have had several maintenance requests. Not always very timely in getting back to me. Notes from neighbors posted in entrance area about packages being stolen

Community cleanliness is deteriorating day by, few pet owners do not pick dog poop, the smell of the substance in the passage alley, broken and unavailable of laundry machines most of the time. Play area for kids.

Great place to live. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Property and well-maintained. Would recommend to a friends and family. Very much looking forward to a non-Covid somewhere where I will be able to use the pool and outdoor amenities freely and safely in the meantime all proper precautions have been maintained during this pandemic

When i first moved to this complex i didn't think i was going to like due to my first experience with an employee who was very rude but after he apologized it was nice of him to realize he was wrong . Another is my neighbor who lives above me to much domestic violence going on doesn't seem like the office does anything about it because it has been reported many times . Besides that everything else is awesome about this complex i would not mind living here but in a different building !

I really do enjoy living at Weymouth Commons, the price is not too bad as far as rent goes, the only part that I am scared about is of the stories that the complex raises rent When the tenant is renewing their lease. The maintenance staff is impeccable, fixing anything I should need in a very fast time. The office staff is very polite, and assists in any matter you should need help with.

So far, everything seems to be working well inside the apartment. It is nice to have a balcony and a dishwasher! My only concern is that it smells too much like cigarettes and pot in the halls at times, and the smell comes into the apartment. There's plenty of closet space for my needs, and many electrical outlets, which is convenient. Bathroom has a good size in relation to the apartment's size. There's also plenty of parking space. I have yet to use the laundry room. Moving is a bit harder without any trolleys around. Overall, I am enjoying it so far.

I got one of the most renovated apartment in the community. I was so excited and happy. Two bed with two full bath resolved the problem for me and the balcony open towards the interstate so I can see the traffic pattern every morning.

Weymouth Commons is a great place to live if you don’t mind your packages being stolen from the lobby I’ve been talking to management for over a year about my packages being stolen and all the packages being open but they refused to put cameras in the lobby every place I go to to do deliveries always has cameras but Weymouth Commons Refuses to do anything about the problem which I’ve been complaining about for over a year so as long as you don’t have any packages being delivered to you and you don’t mind your neighbors screaming at all hours of the night fighting it’s a great place to live

A: The walls are paper thin. I spent the first four months listening to my upstairs neighbor clean their throat every couple of minutes. I believe that neighbor finally moved out and then immediately after they were replaced by a family with a newborn baby, so now I have a new born baby that keeps me up at all hours of the night.
