It seems like a very safe and clean and friendly community in a great location. I am near the red line to go into Boston, South Shore Beaches and nature walks. It's amazing that there is a fitness centre, office, and laundry on site.

Very affordable and quiet area. The size for what you pay is pretty good. The kitchen size needs some work. The renovated apartments cost 300 more but give you the same size but I newer feel. All in all a good place to live

as far as the work done buy the contractors it was a had 3 to 4 different companies working on all floors, taking all the parking in front of the building, and half not wearing also caused the fire alarm to go off a couple of times.

I moved into Weymouth Commons amid a pandemic, and could not have asked for a smoother transition. My "tour" was virtual, my contact with the leasing office was via phone and email, and my move-in was contactless. I have loved living at Weymouth Commons so far (about six months). I appreciate the location of the community, less than five minutes from a major highway, less than thirty minutes from Boston, and walking distance (a little less than one mile) from a big-box store, several grocery stores, several convenience stores, several drug stores, etc. I really appreciate that parking is available at no additional cost, and that storage space is available within the unit and in the basement. I feel very safe at Weymouth Commons and look forward to getting to know the community more once COVID restrictions are lessened.

I just moved in december 11 and it's to early for me to comment about this community but so far i like what seen except for that bad experience in the elevator that i mention on a previous comments, but my daughter loves it when she come and visit.

I have been a resident since 2013.. I enjoy living in the complex. This is the first apartment I have lived in since 1967. I was not sure what to expect, but I thoroughly enjoy the section that I live in. The setting in set back in a wooded area. I am directly accross from the pool. The flowers that are planted in the spring and fall are magnificent and the grounds are well kept. I hope to reside indefinitely.

I've not had any issues until now. Been with Luke warm water for over 24hrs: overall it's been nice otherwise. Quick replies and rapid service. Will work with you on any issue that you are having. Would move here again

Weymouth commons is an ideal place to live . With close access to the highway and all the stores in the area. Heat and hot water included along with pools, fitness center and tennis courts it has so much to offer Great place to raise a family

The people who work in the leasing office are very kind and helpful. Everything had a quick turn around such as paperwork or emails being answered in a timely manner. Move in went smoothly and the buildings are very clean and presentable. Love all the amenities!

Absolutely horrible. I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here. I'd rather live in a box. The noise level is insane, I can hear my neighbor having a normal conversation on the phone even with my TV and Fan on. The apartment has very poor craftsmanship inside, the paint started to chip after about a week, things were installed incorrectly, horrible. Amongst other major issues, the buildingS have no ventilation, so be Prepared to smell your neighbor... and YES I can literally hear my upstairs neighbor taking poops.. noise from the highway is equally as horrid especially when people race ever night at 3AM .. I am a very heavy sleeper and this wakes me up frequently,,

Great community to live! Very quiet and clean, staff are very responsive. I love the Gym, it has a lot more than most apartments that l lived in before. The maintenance team are very responsive, regardless of the time you need them they'll show up to help.

It's disgusting! The apartment hallways are really stink and the people there are ------. They scratch your car and get the security to cover. I advise you look other places. I got myself in a mess for sure.

Nice place to live & great residents I just moved in and so far I haven't had any problems no one bothers you and everything is so close and I would recommend anyone to live here it's spacious and very quiet.

A Quiet place to raise kids.We need to have a secure environment to raise and educate our kids.We find it by residing at Weymouth Commons.Without doubt I will recommend that premise at my friend.I spent more than 3 years living here with my kids not encounter any problems at all

Weymouth commons is a very nice place. The staff members are awesome and super helpful. The only problem is me living at the 81 building that is so close the Highway which give me tension from the sppeed and the high movement coming from the highway all day long.

Last year was great. I remember going to the fitness center every morning and working out before winter came. This complex is close to where I work, so I don't have to drive far. Also, it's fairly quiet around here. Not much complaints about noisy neighbors or anything. I kind of miss last year; those were simpler times.

Amazing move in experience! From the office staff to the maintenance team, everyone has been great. When I noticed there were some issues in the apartment, the office team had maintenance up to my apartment within the hour. The maintenance was amazing and helped answer any questions that I had.

This is a great community to love. The apartments are well kept and nice and the amenities are great as well. The office staff is absolutely wonderful and so is maintenance. If you need anything, they are both very attentive.

This year will be my third year here in this community, and it's also the worst. I was thinking about leaving this place because they raise the rent each year, but when I think about how peaceful this place was, it made me stay a third year. The maintenance people are very professional. Unfortunately, it was a wrong decision; since march, I via a nightmare because of a neighbor. He takes pleasure in boring me all night so that I can't fall asleep. I don't know how many times I called the office to let them know about the situation, but to my amazement, it seemed like it didn't ring a bell. Worst of all, I'm not the only one complaining about these people. This problem has caused a lot of stress, adverse effects in my life. Due to lack of sleep, I can't do anything that deserves attention. This is my situation, in an apartment that I am paying. The tranquility that was synonymous with this place has become my worst nightmare because of a new neighbor

The best decision I had was to rent this apt. Apt space, everything clean, well lit and air conditioned, I don't hear any external noise, locator in an excellent condominium with gym, swimming pool in a large green area. An excellent place to live

So far everything is going well. Community seems nice! I just wish they would open the gym as phase 3 already started but they still don't have a plan yet. Hopefully before summer is over they open it back up.
