The staff was very helpful throughout the move-in process. Olivia was always very quick to respond to any question I had whilst moving in (and believe me, I had a lot of questions). Everyone at the office was very informative and helpful.

Weymouth's commons has been nothing short of amazing for the year my fianc? and I have been here. Not only does it feel like a home the community is amazing. The landscape has been kept up with, and any problem we may have faced it is always solved with a smile. Maintenance works quick and does a good job. It is extremely quiet, you never hear neighbors or are bothered by anyone. Weymouth commons is an AMAZING choice.

The Weymouth commons community was always friendly. The grounds are so beautifully maintained!!!!! Thank you for all the flowers ...it makes a difference!!!! I will be sure to recommend Weymouth Commons in the near future topossible eligible families. It's a terrific community.

It is a building with a great location, close to all kinds of necessary services. Robust security, you can count on more security and support for different issues, we have complete leisure areas close to home, practicality for maintenance and use of common areas. A very well equipped gym that meets the needs of those looking to exercise. Infrastructure defined by the builder. Quality of life and unique experiences. Practicality and tranquility in everyday life

The move in process was extremely quick and went smoothly which we really liked. We have been here for about 10 months and have had a great experience all around. It's very clean and if if any problems occur maintence is extremely fast.

It's generally very safe. There is parking but there needs to be more or better monitored parking sometimes it is difficult to find parking late at night. Some people park at random spaces not even for parking. The laundry room need maintenance badly they machines are dirty and not very efficient. The carpets in the rooms should be gone it's feels dirty. And difficult to clean. The kitchen needs updating. The apartment looks better outside in the hallways than on the inside. It needs updating

Community is fine. Neighbors are nice. I will say I do not like smelling cigarette and seeing people illegally parked in handicapped parking everyday. They should be towed every time and nothing is done

It was a quick and easy process to move in! Darci was our point of contact and she was super helpful in getting us in relatively fast. Very quiet and clean building! Plenty of parking and very friendly neighbors!

Please review my previous notes on the community and the building. Lots of issues but I'm happy that it will be a non-smoking complex soon. I hope that since they rebranded the company too that there will be new changes, especially with office staff.

I've been lived there almost a year very nice place to live safe please quiet nice neighbor I love the service I wish that place has more parking space I wish people be more clean especially in the hallways and elevator team members nice very nice service to the community I'm looking for to leave there may be another year or two

It's been good so far I just moved in so it seems like a nice place to live seems friendly and close to the stores and close to the highway so I am happy with the choice that I have made moving to Weymouth commons

It had been awesome since I lived here. Nothing but great things. Very nice community to live in. The atmosphere is very nice. I like living in this community. My kids also like living here. It's a very nice community.

It's great to live here very peaceful and quiet laundry in the building, tennis courts, gym, 2 pools!! One near office which is way nicer and one near the gym that's just a rectangle . And more in the shade. overall I love it here it's so nice and I will be staying again next year !

I've lived at Weymouth Commons for over 16 years. My experience is/has been very pleasant. The maintenance staff as well as the leasing office staff are very professional and knowledgable. It's been a pleasure being a part of this community.

I have not had any issues except for visitors parking in residence parking. The trash falling off tenants vehicles and not being picked up. I been very satisfied with my stay at this community. I would like to renew my lease.

whatever events held at the clubhouse is at inconvenient time for me as i work in Boston and i don't get home till late. i think maybe a next level of entertainment would be nice start on a Saturday.

Weymouth Commons is a genuinely nice community. While they don't have every amenity, the buildings and apartments themselves are nicely kept. The office staff are quick to respond to email inquiries and the grounds are well maintained

It's very good. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. It's a nice area for walks and nightly strolls. I love the bird sanctuary and the convenience of being so close to several stores and the highway.

Great community. Management responds to any calls promptly. They will fix anything that breaks in time. Always ready to address your concerns. The apartments are clean and the neighbors are friendly. It's a comfortable home environment all the way to the end. I love the place
