I love it here...great people and the complex is well managed and kept very clean. Everything that I want and need from an apartment is here. I've been here for 5 years now...rent has increased but so has everything else since 2020...still love it!

Very nice, well kept and maintained community. Neighbors are nice and welcoming. Unfortunately I was receiving assistance and it just seemed like attitudes changed once leasing office found out. I feel like they are expecting things maybe from previous experiences but I try not to be a problem. Monitoring what goes on in my apartment and it has been a little overwhelming and a bit nerve wrecking. I just stay in my apartment and don't bother anyone. But beautiful apartment complex and maintenance is very helpful and responsive.

Appliances are not stainless steel in normal apartments. Community is not actually smoke free. Decent apartment, just wish I knew this before. The community amenities seem very good. The team is very friendly.

Great atmosphere! They definitely stay on top of things and respect your space as far as work orders. It will be my 3rd year coming up, and majority of the time has been quite a pleasure living here! I would definitely recommend them.

The community is nice and quiet 10/10. This is literally the most peaceful community I have ever lived in. My youngest children's school is in walking distance. We have a pool for summertime enjoyment There is a gym here and my neighbors are awesome 10/10

Our experience was overall great, not a big fan of carpet due to my asthma. The hallways always smell like cigarettes, assuming everyone smoked in their apartments and the smell was attached to carpet

This condo community is centrally located to highways, shopping and public transportation. The ground are kept up extremely well for the fact that the building were probably built in the 70's. The trash is kept away from the buildings to avoid rodents and the hallways and elevators are bright and welcoming. Our unit was a studio and having a small balcony facing east is a nice treat. Great living for the price.

The community is very beautiful and the people are very nice. The landscaping of he community is very great and has a huge effect on appearance when being outside in the community. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Very great place to live. Very quit and the people are vert respectful. I appreciate Weymouth commons!

Less than a month but everything seems to be kept up to date. Outside painting done, grass cut, etc. Liked having internet availability at the leasing office lounge prior to getting it set up in my apartment.

It is clean and quiet here . There are a lot of beautiful trees and flowers . The pool is nice and the gym is clean . Maintenance is done in a timely manner . Convenient school bus and public transportation.

Apartment units are a bit bare bones. There is no central air or in unit washer/dryer. But it's manageable. For the area it's decently priced and maintenance and fixes happen very promptly. Staff and service are very good.

To pr?sent I am very satisfied. Except the laundry service, I am under pression to looking to going to the office to refill my card because your schedule is not mine. I worked when the office open. Usually I come back at home after 7 h pm. Please think on it. I need to feel free to refill my card anytime.

Community is great. People are nice. It's a very friendly atmosphere. Maintenance crew works quickly to get any requests done. However there are some areas of the complex where people just throw their trash outside in the lawn area. And I've have a few issues of people stealing packages. Your going to get that at many different complexes so just have everything sent to the office.

A: The walls are paper thin. I spent the first four months listening to my upstairs neighbor clean their throat every couple of minutes. I believe that neighbor finally moved out and then immediately after they were replaced by a family with a newborn baby, so now I have a new born baby that keeps me up at all hours of the night.
