I've had wonderful time and I've enjoyed my stay except the appliance need to be upgraded. For instance I have major problem with the air conditioning system. In my unit only the living room has AC the bedrooms don't have any. When I moved in I brought it up with the leasing staff but was told the AC in the living room has the capacity to cool the rooms once the doors are open well during summer months it wasn't so. On mild temp days it's not cool not to talk of the very hot days.

A great place to live. Quiet. Clean. Maintenance always fix's any issues submitted in a timely manner. Management tries their best to satify residents reasonable ammodations. Best part about this friendly community is that it's close by to everything; highway, restaurants, super markets, gas stations, etc.

It is a nice apartment but is smells like cigarettes, there is trash on the ground and office staff is horrible. I need more space for my next apartment but for now it is worth the money. The door slams loudly

Weymouth Commons has a lovely landscape which is well maintained, the apartments are well-maintained and the community is generally quiet with occasional happy chirping of children and birds. Common areas are kept neat and attractive. A nice place to live.

Weymouth Commons: the 2nd commmons community I lived. The price here is usually right, very well kept spaces is i guess their biggest strength. Maintenance is super quick for most minor things and the staff is friendly. I've lived in Corcoran properties for about 5 years. That would be a testimony itself.

So Far, the community is Good. But the amenities are not so Good. The apartment we were offered was infested with Bedbugs. I had bites on my hand and took around 2 weeks to get rid of the rashes. response of the Office staff is not so impressive.

I've enjoyed my experience. The apartment is wonderful and the staff was amazing. The move in process was a breeze and we enjoy living here. The space meets our family's needs and is very affordable without sacrificing quality.

Very quiet family friendly community about 12 miles from Boston. However driving, that can be closer to 1 1/2 hour drive. My apartment is beautiful and very spacious, but the walls are super thin. I can easily hear my neighbors word for word conversations as well as their new born child crying all hours of the day. It is also not pet friendly.

Everyone in this community keeps to themselves but are in general friendly. It has very basic amenities for the price. The buildings are out of date and a little dingy. You can hear everything around you. But the staff is so amazing here! They really care and are willing to help with anything you need. If you prefer the basic living requirements, this place is for you.

Over the last 3 years experience has been great. Diversity is expanded and more families with children are moving in which is really nice. I onky wish they haf a designated area for kids to play verses having a tennis court. That's the only downfall.

I have lived at many residences and have only written positive reviews so it disturbs me to have to warn others of their potential future experience at Aura apartments. I have no complaints of the actual living conditions and the apartments are quite nice. What makes the experience terrible is the property manager, Colleen Honan. I have never experienced before consistent, threataning manifestos taped to the elevators and front doors to have residents leases terminated. During walkthroughs of the apartment she will actually go through your personal belongings opening bathroom cabinets and drawers. I have witnessed other residents leaving her office in a fit of rage professing obsenities after having yet another negative experience with her. It is a shame because all the tenants are friendly and the only unwelcoming feeling received is from the property manager herself. If you do not feel like living in a dormitory and wish to have your privacy respected for the amount of money you will be spending to live here then please take this into consideration.

Maintenance has been good. Walls are very thin, can hear the neighbors upstairs conversation as clear as day. The leasing center office is the nicest around, as well the maintenance they were exceptional when it came to me needing help.

Overall, our experience has been ok. Our first year here was great; no issues with neighbors and maintenance did an amazing job with snow removal and lot clean up. Last year, we had a terrible neighbor across the hall who would smoke so much weed that it seeped through the vents into our apartment. We filed multiple complaints including that the smell would jeopardize both mine and my husband's employment and it took forever for the office to kick the person out. This year, in that same apartment, we have had squatters in the hallway outside our apartment and we complained to no avail. The office manager, Erin, took no action until the person renting that apartment OD'd. We are also having issues with our upstairs neighbor who has 2 "emotional support" huskies that she leaves home 12 hours a day and they whine, howl and cry loudly. We have filed multiple noise complaints as well as neglect complaints because she never takes them out and they're stuck in an apartment all day while she's at work. All in all, this will be our last year. We are ready for a house away from close quarters with neighbors.

Weymouth Commons is a great apartment complex! It's in a convenient location, and the apartments are very affordable, yet in excellent condition. I'd most definitely recommend Weymouth Commons to anyone apartment hunting in the area.

It is well maintained, maintenance came less than one hour after I request 3 different service. It is affordable and safe to live there. Neighbors are very respectful and I don't regret choosing Weymouth commons as a place to live until I buy my house

I've been living here since Dec 2017 and it has been a good experience. Snow removal is always on point, and the 1 service request I have opened has been resolved within the same day. The only con, and it isn't a big deal, is that walls are pretty thin, because I can hear my neighbor and i'm pretty sure they can hear me when you we both have toddlers in the apartment, but it's muffled so it's not a big problem for me.

Very nice and quiet, always someone in the office also that's it I have nothing else to say I'm trying to get rid of the red remarks that's all I can say. But thanks for getting back to me in a reasonable time.

The leasing office is difficult to get a hold of but the place itself is really nice. Only been here for a week or so but I enjoy it so far. If you like absolute silence, this may not be the place for you: a lot of noise comes through the walls but it's not disruptive just present. Otherwise I'm pretty content with my lease

It has been very easy living here, the community is great. The only down side is the rent price is to high! But the amenities are good and the fact that we have a gym is nice! The washing machines are a little too small and there's not many for the whole building, it's hard doing laundry!

I have been here for 6 months and very happy. Quiet, clean and well maintained. Great job cleaning up after winter storm. The only issues I have is lack of parking compliance and no enforcement by management and laundry here is ridiculous expensive for such tiny machines.

Its nice staying at Weymouth commons. Good amenities like swimming pool, fitness center etc. Appartments are good looking with large halls and kitchen. Always respond to service tickets quicker and on time.
