I like living here, although I don't know if I'll be able to afford to renew my lease when it is time because the rent keeps increasing. The grounds are always in very good shape, building I'm in is nice and having Swimming pools and a workout center are a plus if you have the time to utilize them. Location is perfect for highway access. I just wish the cost to live here was lower.

The view is nice and the up keep of the complex grounds is continuous and the flowers when in full bloom is beautiful and which makes coming home after long hours something to look forward to. Having a pool with the beautiful floral scenery is a very nice touch. A nice community for families and the convenience of hospitals, grocery stores, retail stores and some great places to eat and fine dinning.

The friendly staff and community feeling here makes Weymouth Commons a comfortable living choice. Minutes away from the highway makes for an easy commute and the grounds are particularly lovely, filled with flowers and trees. It's a peaceful spot to return to in the evening!

Always a positive experience - with leasing office, maintenance, and our apartment in general. I love that we are set back from the main road and it feels like a very private community. Parking and other amenities are convenient and well maintained.

The management is lousy. Laundry machines of the building out for months. I keep calling maintaince, no one cares saying the contractor is responsible for the maintance issue. I end up have to wash my clothes outside. I can't wait to get out once the lease is ending. Be very careful with the lease, they automatically renew your lease!

The good thing about this apartment is free maintainance and good service. They respond right away. Free pool open for summer only and business center with two desktop, printer and free wifi. The bad thing is you can hear your neighbors talking so loud every night.

Overall a good place to rent but a little expensive for what you are getting. Location is good and it's quiet for an apartment. The space is small and the common areas like the laundry room not very clean. The staff is nice and maintenance is responsive.

The staff is friendly, accessible and always ready to help. I find my neighbors friendly and always willing to lend a hand, if needed. The grounds are very well maintained. I also appreciate the sense of community fostered by the events held at the facility .

Living arrangement was fine but too expensive for long-term. The bus service styopped too soon for my particular job so I needed to take a cab ($20-25) from Weymouth Landing when I closed at work. This is crazy. I take the time to answer the extra questionnaire and you don't recognize the date I moved in, June 17, 2015. Then you require characters within a five-point spread. I hope I get the discount on whatever money I owe for this imposition iwhile trying to help you.

The apartment is great. My only complaint is the amount of work always being done at the complex. It's great you keep up on all the work needing to be done however some times it feels like we live in a construction zone. There are also several cig butts outside on hill that seem to never get cleaned and only worse.

Great area to live and raise children, one thing that my wife and I would like to see is more accountability. As I stated earlier that this is a great place to live but at the same time it would be even more awesome if folks stop using drugs and littering on the property.

This is my second year to stay here, the first year is ok, but I lost two packages since 2015 July, some strange people moved in, they had a big mess in my apartment building,I don't feel very safe here. Somebody stole my package and signed for me, I feel very bad for them.

Weymouth Commons Staff Maintainence works in coordance with the Management and Leasing Office Staff and they are attentive to the needs of the occupants also the Brass of the Upper Management Layer are available to speak with often at the clubhouse this provides a fluid movement of information which is essential to things staying up to date in the buildings as well as they getting feedback as to how things are going in the buildings the Weymouth Commons has the uktimate gym in the area of any complex and is a quiet property that is right next to the highwY making travel easy the clubhouse is a great extension of the Property and inside there is a WiFi Center! This is a meetingplace and everyone is welcome there the Leasing Staff can assist kids with paper or questions adults also The Weymouth Commons is safe friendly quiet accassible the gym and the newly remodeled units are easily the highlights you can feel nature all over the property as well the recently they have upgraded the paved parkinglots which are newly paved also they added lighting and also they do tons and tons of landscaping around the entire property they have outdoor grills at the pools that you can use from Memorial Day through Labor Day

This place raised the rent on me a lot every year, even while I was a good tenant. It definitely has the feel of a corporate-owned place: office workers are these kids that cannot really do anything - all rules are made by others.

Weymouth Commons has been great. Peaceful, hassle-free environment. The landlord lets you have quiet enjoyment and is quick with maintenance requests. I would have liked to have longer fitness center hours but that is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

My family and I enjoyed the time we lived here so far, dispite the high price rent, our time here a Weymouth commons was pretty smooth and we wish we could stay here longer. We moved here when my son was only a few months old, and now he is almost 6 years old. The only resident he knows so far in his life it's here and he really enjoyed living here because he has made so many friends here. Thank you Weymouth Commons.
