I love this community. My apt is breand new and the gym is super. I had some problems to move in. But I finally got it since I really love this place. The staff is really nice. Julie was my contact and she did awesome job. The only thing is the online rent payment is kinda of confuseing. I set it up but I do not konw if it works. I think I am supposed to get an email for info.

Its a good place to live , good landscaping and also amneeties.Maintaines good serivice , quality as well. Have extreemly good helath club and tennis court and pool .A good amount of parking space also provided for the residents and also for the visitors.

The fitness center is the best I have seen so far among the appartments in Weymouth, the services are good and the community is good. Maintenance notices are given well in advance, and staff is professional and complete the work in them, I will surely recommend this appartment to my friends

Good place to live , i love my apartment ?????????????? and love the nature around , easy acces to shopping , gas , restautants , transportation., the neighborhood is tranquil and be quite, I like the peopke work in the office , always friendly

Nice community with all amenities, but little costly, not suitable for someone, if he is not having his own vehicle, as public transport is not available frequently. otherwise good maintenance , one thing that i notices is elevator in my building really needs replacement.

Weymouth Commons has been very accommodating in finding a new home and helping with the move in process! I would recommend Weymouth Commons to anyone who wants 100% satisfaction and wants to be treated the way they should when moving into a new home!

My wife and I are happy with our choice of Weymouth Commons. The only two items that could use some attention are: 1. the constant hum of the bathroom vent fans in adjacent units during the middle of the night. 2. send a memo out to all tenants, that if smoking on their balcony they refrain from disposing the butts over the railings, thereby maintaining the natural surroundings.

I love Weymouth Commons. I have been living in my current apartment since December 2008. The management team is very helpful and they respond quickly concerning any issues / requests. The building is very safe. The community has a nice gym and a nice pool. The community location is very convenient: access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, schools, public transportation, major highways, etc...

Overall it is a good place to live. It is convenient to the highways and the grounds are kept looking nice. Sidewalks and walkways are shoveled soon after snow arrives and the parking lots are cleared. Maintenance staff is attentive. Neighbors are nice and it is a safe community.

It has been good for the most part. My only issue is no compensation for constant maintenance issues. I pay my rent on time and believe I am a good tenant and despite the fact there have been many issues and I have never complained once it seems that there is no incentive to keep me as a tenant given the issues. No way of saying "I'm sorry ..... Let us help you", which is a shame.

It has been nice staying here. Maintenance has been excellent. Gym is wonderful and nicely maintained. Roads and Parking have been kept clean and worked on whenever required. I requested for a move to a different apartment and that was denied after a 12 month stay. Would like that to be granted

Love Weymouth Commons! Great amenities and very well-kept units and grounds. It has the hustle and bustle of the city, with the peace and quiet of the 'burbs.We moved here in 2013 and just re-signed our lease for another year (1 bed/2 bath) and a very happy to be staying.

Great location, everything you need is a mile away. Grounds are always well kept, maintenance is superb. During the winter they shovel and remove snow at full force and the walkways are always salted. The staff is very professional and courteous

We have been living at Weymouth Commons just over a year now and have been happy with our experience here. We truly feel at home here!The grounds and buildings are kept clean and maintained. Also the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to give a smile!

The woman who leased me the property, Julie, was very warm and professional and I appreciated that immensely. I was very glad that I was able to move into my apartment in such a short amount of time (one week from visiting to moving into the apartment).

Never had any issue with any service. Excellent and clean community. Pool is very nice and clean. Very Continent for shopping. Walmart, stop and shop and malls is very close to apartment. MBTA bus is going to quincy center right outside apartment.

The complex is old, outdated, and an eye sore. Contrary to all advertisment, there's absolutely nothing luxurious about this complex. The landscaping is as minimal as possible and not beautiful. Every balcony is torn up & has an uneven surface while the surface outside the bedroom window is rusted over and awash with stains. The laundry is unclean with frequently broken appliances. There's no proper ventilation between units and cooking smells migrate easily between units. When I asked a woman from the leasing office about upcoming fixes, they said the work would be done soon which was 2 years ago, so she knowingly lied.

I moved in February 2013,everyone was nice,the grounds are always kept up with each season.The hallways were redone once I moved in and my porch was also fixed for the winter which was nice.I love having laundry downstairs and a pool /gym right across from me.Everything is always kept nice and clean and the staff is always so nice!

I CAME HERE FROM BOSTON IN WHICH I LIVED IN A SINGLE FAMILY HOME. FOR ME MAINTENANCE WAS AN ISSUE T THE SINGLE FAMILY HOME. SINCE MOVING TO WEYMOUTH COMMONS ANY ISSUE I HAVE HAD HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITH IN RESONALBE TIME. MY KIDS ALSO LOVE THE FACT THAT THERE ARE KIDS TO PLAY WITH. I DO HOWEVER WISH THERE WERE MORE ACTIVITIES TO KEEP THEM BUSY IN THE COMPLEX.
