We had to call the police 3 times in one week over 3 different loud aggressive disputes in front of the building in June. Police did respond timely and defused the situations. No other such issues before or since after a year here. Landscaping and building maintence was extremely loud and started at 7:30 am. Hammering and banging within building and landscaping equipment running outside at that hour is too early for residential area. the grounds do look very nice but at the cost of annoying and waking up residents? The AC positioned at floor level in living room does nothing to cool the bedroom, even with our 2 fans trying to circulate throughout apartment. Recurring Elevator issues appear to be resolved.

WEYMOUTH Commons has been my home for the past seven years. I have always found the environment to be warm and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful, the maintenance team proactive and the office/mgmt team receptive, friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Nice place to live.

Tenants should be aware of the rent increase of >9% per year or when contract expires. The management company does not consider if the tenant has a good record regarding payments and/or compliant with rules/guidelines listed in the contract.

Moving to Weymouth Commons has made my transition from Florida to Massachusetts easy and enjoyable. Anything that I have requested to be fixed or done was taken care almost immediately. The office staff is amazing. The grounds are beautiful

I love this community. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was referred by a friend and I will recommend it to everyone. I wish I the rent was not going that high so that I could stay until I can buy my own property. Other than that great job .

Good: Walls are thick so you can barely hear your neighbors, halls and grounds are kept clean, no vandalism to cars, great parking, maintenance is excellent and respond promptly. Bad: smoke free buildings aren't smoke free, rent goes up:(

We have been extremely satisfied with our experience at Weymouth Commons. When searching for an apartment it was important to me to be a convenient area for my commute but also feel like I had a community and was outside of the city noise. Weymouth Commons has provided this for me. The amenities are far beyond what I found at other complexes and for a reasonable price.

Everything has been great so far. Looking forward to the summer, so I can take advantage of the pools. The basketball court behind my building isn't very kid friendly, being so close to the woods as it is. Balls seem to have to be hunted down frequently.

it's ok. some maintenance work wasn't satisfactory. frequent water cuts were experienced that caused some inconvenience. biggest issue though is the noise from the highway which makes it difficult to sleep at night. I recommend a sound barrier be put up asap.

If i knew everything about Weymouth Commons before we moved, I would have made an alternate choice. Roads, hallways, and common areas are always a mess. Trash everywhere. Cannot get maintenance to come when we are there, as they only work 10-5 (I do not feel comfortable with strangers in my home when we are not there). Extremely overpriced rent for what you are getting. You are also smelling everyone's smells 24/7. I would say do not move here unless you are very wealthy and do not care about the condition of your complex.

It was a great and easy experience moving in. My girlfriend and I absolutely love our new home and couldn't be happier with our decision. The cleanliness and new updated look drew us in, but now we love the quiet family friendly community as well. The location is amazing as well, so close to the highway and public transportation.

When I moved in the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The community is very quiet place to live. I enjoy coming home to Weymouth Commons. I love that we have community parking and do not have to rely on street parking. I can't wait to experience the pool in the summer.

Office staff is pleasant, maintenance crew is fast and attentive, grounds crew keep property in great shape. Storage space in apartment is adequate, and extra storage next to laundry room is very small.

The community grounds are well groomed. The community has an abundance of sports activities including outdoor tennis, a small outdoor basketball court, two swimming pools and an indoor exercise gym. Maintenance is very good. I have lived here twice and will always consider this community as my first choice to live.

Weymouth Commons has been a pleasant and quiet place to live. The grounds are kept beautifully and the place has the feel of being further out into the woods than one would suspect from its exurban location. It is also conveniently located for anyone needing access to Route 3.

It's been a good experience since I've moved in and I'm looking forward for it to remain the same way till the day I move out. So far so good down to the community to the staff and service and I hope for it not to change. I am completely satisfied. Thank you for the opportunity to be considered a resident in this community.

I enjoyed living here at one point but I am now paying too much for an apartment that includes a matted carpet, broken blinds and appliances from the 1980s (no exaggeration on the date). I would likely stay if these things were updated. I requested new carpet 3 times with no avail, maintenance and the office kept saying they would follow up with me about it but never did. That was the final straw. Also, the laundry facilities beyond suck.

I struggle with my noisy neighbors and the time and distances it takes to get to the T system to get to work. The amount that is paid for a small apartment is to high for what it is. Have observed same places for going for less in the area that is much closer to public transportation.

Just moved in, love it so far. Staff was great with helping along the process of moving in. Love the proximity to shopping areas and to the highway. It's winter now, so I can't say much about the outdoor amenities, but I'm sure that with warmer weather it'll be even nicer. Sure, heat is included, but it would be nice if they had more efficient windows.

Great place to live, safe and very comfortable. The property is well maintained. Friendly staff and they provide quite a few amenities. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. They maybe on the high side but it is totally worth it. I would definitely recommend Weymouth Commons to friends and family.

This is my eighth year here. Good community to live in. Safe for children to walk, play around. Enough handicap parkings. Good place for senior members too. I like this as my own home and will always recommend my friends to consider this community in case they are planning to rent an apartment.
