Pleasure to stay in this community. It has very good neighborhood. Maintenance and management employee s are friendly. The community is maintained very clean.All the Maintenance requests are resolved with at most care.schools and hospitals are very close.

I have been living here for just about a year. I enjoy living here. Everything I need is less than 5 minutes away. The highway is really close and is easy for me to getc to Boston where I work. I would definitely recommend this living community and the office staff is Awsome.

We'very only been here for a few days but we love it. It's beautiful, clean, and very friendly. Very happy to be here. I would like to see a convenient and efficient replying program implemented for the community as well as in unit laundry provided or at least washer-dryer hookups.

Only lived here for a month but it has been amazing and I am fully enjoying the place. The staff have been extremely helpful and the people in the community have been nothing but nice. I would definitely consider renewing my rent when it is up..

Quiet, Friendly, and very nice setting. Can't say enough about the staff and the grounds crew, nicely landscaped, mature trees with a lot of shade. Units nicely maintained and responsive. Roads are in good condition and nicely wine thru out the complex. Very clean units, hallways, and the condition of the outside of the buildings makes quite a statement on there own. The feeling of privacy is amazing. The roadways nicely wind through the settings and the low rolling hillsides. Great club houses and pools, with a brand new gym. Hard to beat location in the middle of almost everything, and on the highway in minutes, close to Boston it just keeps getting better!

Very good, no issues.All maintenance request are taken care of immediately. The grounds are always taken care of. I had one issue once when I received a notice stating that I had a dish on my patio when in turn it was my neighbor. Staff is great.

I have enjoy it and found that the maintenance staff is most helpful and courteous. I'm disappointed is some tenants, as I'm seeing people leaving things in the main lobby for people consider taking, I've also seen tenants drop things on the elevator and front entrance and never pick them up. They don't treat it like they should, their home.

Amazing, clean, family safe and chikdren friendly neighbor and community. For sure recommend as it also near to all shopping, school and highways. Even all medical facilities all close by as well. Even available for direct travel to train stations

Generally quite good. I work with the boy scouts, the Kiwanis Club and the Weymouth Elks Club that means that I am out late 3 or 4 nights a week. Parking can be a problem, especially near or on the weekends. I am very satisfied with the maintenance crew and the men who do the plowing during the winter snow. At 82 years of age, I really appreciate the extra the extra help they have given me.

I have no complaints really. The office staff is always pleasant and knows me by name. My apartment is spacious for a studio. The kitchen and bath are huge! I love it. The buildings are always clean. The only thing is that the elevator is super slow!

I really like it here. We have great maintainance Department and a great office personal. And the property is really kept up unbeliveable great. We have a gym center and a swimming pool. Nice place for the little people. (children) Thank You.

Every thing moving in was very good. If i had to do it again i would make sure my furniture i was moving in would fit in elevator.Being a senior i like how fast the alarm goes off. You can catch something before any damage. The office staff are very helpful.

Our experience has been pleasant except when it comes to having maintenance issues resolved in the apartment. The area is quiet except for the occasional highway noise but the residents are pleasant and courteous of others. We've lived here for approximately 6 months and went through a treacherous winter and the grounds were kept clean and safe.

It is a good location for the highway,schools, hospital & shopping. The grounds ,pool and fitness center are well kept and I always feel safe no matter what time I get home. The apartments are not as updated as some in the area but if you have a problem someone gets to it within a few minutes

Great experience so far. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean at move in, however blinds were broken. Minor scuffs along baseboards in apartment. Nice community and community features. Looking forward to my stay at Weymouth commons.

So far it has been ok, but i am a bit disappointed since i was not advice the unit was not cable ready. Also when i when to use the washer for the first time it broke. i was also never advice about the $50 deposit fee for the the use of the fitness center.

Getting the lease initially was a bit difficult but since I've moved in I've had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful and the complex is almost always spotless. They do well with communication as well.

I knew just from the descriptions online this would be our new home, when we came for the tour we fell inlove with the apartment and staff were very helpful and explained everything in detail. Awesome place to live outside the Boston area location.

has been excellent property is well maintained and the staff is very helpful. the grounds and kept clean. also the apartment common areas, hallways, laundry rooms are kept clean. when it snows the maintenance is great at shoveling the walkways.

I called office that I got the problem of bathtub,water wasn't drained.I asked first time service but no one take of that.I asked second time, 3days after then they fixed what I asked.Before this happened,I called one time different problem. That time they came right way.

This place is beautiful! The space in the apartment is generous. The appliances are stainless steel. The staff in the complex are welcoming and kind. Its a quiet place to live and close to everything. For me i'm a few steps away from everything that matters!
