Overall good, I have had a good experience so far but lately I disagree with the way the handle maintenance requests. There has been a delay of more than two weeks to handle my request and makes me extremely dissatisfied, I have had a problem with a leak twice since I live there and the rent only goes up.

The kitchen cabinets were not as I were told they would be as I was not aware that there were 2 different finishes with the stainless steel. But regardless, everything is good and in working order and people are efficient and friendly. Thanks

I have lived at Weymouth Commons for over 20 years. Overall, it has been a good experience. The location is about a mile from Stop & Shop, Plaza Cleaners, Walmart, and restaurants that provide delivery services. Also important, Weymouth Commons is convenient to Routes 3, Interstates 93 and 95; very easy to get to Boston and the Cape.

A very friendly staff as well as friendly neighbors. Rooms are clean and look brand new on arrival. The location is great right off of Hwy 3 and down the street from a Stop and Shop, Shaws, and Walmart. If ever there is a problem with your apartment service requests are responded to promptly and any problem will be fixed.

Overall.. what I've seen it's a safe, clean & well landscaped community. The only thing missing is a play ground for kids to run around. Other than that and our neighbors we can hear it's a nice place to live. Close to shopping and restaurants. I guess it's what comes with apartment living though.

THE COMMONS AT SOUTHFIELD HIGHLAND IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN THE SOUTH SHORE AREA. NOT ONLY ARE THE STAFF INCREDIBLE BUT ALSO THE COMMUNITY ITSELF. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE BEING ABLE TO INTERACT WITH OTHERS WHEN MY DOG GOES OUTSIDE TO PLAY. TRULY A PLACE TO CALL HOME

This place is very well landscaped, but of course, this adds to your rent while providing little value. Everyone gets a parking space and the lots are plowed! I've put in a couple maintenance requests, and they are always fixed within a couple days. The maintenance and rental staff are very pleasant. This place is very convenient to many businesses including Wal-mart, Stop & Shop, and many doctors because of its proximity to South Shore Hospital. One issue I have problems with is the walls are not good enough at blocking sound. I have often heard my neighbor's TV in my bedroom, and while he does turn it down, it doesn't alleviate the noise. I'm also far enough from the highway that I can't hear it above a murmur, but closer buildings might have issues.

Very nice, well maintained community, good staff, if you have a maintenance all they will fix anything same day or at least give you a time frame. First we moved to a 1 bedroom and when we needed to expand to a 2 bedroom we decided to stay, we love it!!!

From my experience, if you are looking for a great place to live I strongly Recommended Weymouth common apartment . Great staff, nice environment , clean , pool, tennis court , 20 minutes away from boston , there is a Walmart close by , I mean walking distance. it 's an amazing place .

Weymouth Commons is a great place to live! Very spacious and clean apartments with brand new appliances. Wonderful ammenities including the gym and pool. Very professional staff. Easy access to the highway, local reataurants, and shopping.

wonderful so far, I can wait to see what the summer will be like living there. I hear that the swimming pool is excellent and I am looking forward to enjoy it. there are other interesting things about this place, the fitness center is outstanding the only problem is the distance if you just want to do a quick workout and jump in the shower. something that at times one must do

Athena made my rental process a breeze, she is very much appreciated. My move-in process was not ideal but the office went above and beyond to address and correct my concerns. The unit I was shown didn't match what I was given BUT all was taken care of.

Very nice area, convient location. Apartments are nice fairly new appliances. Staff can be impatient and difficult at times but overall they help you with what you need. Right by the highway and plenty of awesome restaurants right in the area.

Very good community are reasonable rates. Convenient access to shopping, entertainment,restaurants, schools etc. Has a very well maintained landscaping and other amenities like Gymnasium, swimming pool and tennis court. Overall experience is very good.

We are really unhappy with the whole move-in experience. We were shown an unit with a balcony and upgraded kitchen appliances and we were told that the actual unit that we were going to get was an exact replica of the one shown (including balcony and upgraded appliances). We asked if it was possible for us to see the actual unit before moving in to the unit and were told that it was not ready for us to see but that it was "exactly" the same unit that we previously saw at the beginning, including the balcony and the upgraded appliances. Now we feel that we are paying for something that we did not agreed to. We also had to get rid of our patio furniture and plants that we had in our previous home because now we don't have a place to put them. We also were told that the property manager was going to reach out to us to find a solution to the problems by last week when she came back from vacation and she still has not reach out to us.

The office staff are always so friendly and helpful, I've been here almost a year and have zero complaints. I've filed a maintenance request once for an issue with my shower head and it was taken care of in less than an hour - love the location and sense of community in the area as well.

I have been staying here for more than 3 years now, nice apartments, safe and peaceful neighborhood, reasonable rent and very accessible and close shopping, Braintree mall, T station, S. Shore hospital, route 3 etc, except MBTA bus is not frequent and doesn't run on weekend. Maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful, they come quick to fix any maintenance issue. Office staff are generally OK but sometimes not prompt to reply to you and not very welcoming.

The model unit that they show you is very different then the actual apartment that you will move into. The refrigerator is not even a full size. They are very reluctant to show you the actual apartment that you would move into. The bathroom is tiny. You can barely fit a trash can in there.

I like the office staff they are very friendly and very helpful. I like my neighbors everyone is about their own. Our parking spaces are plentiful and always clean every season. love the ammenities and love the way we get to put out our trash in the dumpsters at any given time.

I have lived at Weymouth Commons for almost three years. People are friendly and the staff is nice & helpful. Conveinient to the highway and train systems.The only downfall is rent increases yearly, other than that I have enjoyed my time there.

SO far, my experience hasn't bee so well. In the first year I had a great time with this community, but now all of it seems to be just a distant past since the office does not seem to care about the tenants, the maintenance crew are great, only the office is the problem.

Overall it has been a positive experience living here for the past nine years . The community is peaceful and quiet and the staff has been helpful anytime I went to them for any issue over the years . They have been friendly and quick to respond.
