So far it's been great! Great location. Close to a lot of stores and highway. The grounds are kept up nicely and maintenance has responded very quickly to any request I've had. The only issue is no kids play area.

The building does not have firewall protection, so if you have loud neighbors, that is a major problem because the walls and ceilings are so thin. So far, I only had this problem once, but the office got rid of the loud trouble makers. lol Now it is quiet and the other neighbors are very kind and respectful in my building. I like that quiet sound.

good. Excellent service, prompt response to questions and maintenance requests and great location. Various amenities within the facility including swimming pool, tennis courts and gym. Got plenty of parking space and a clean apartment community.

Nice and quiet with no problem as far as parking there always been a spot! The maintenance staff do a good job with snow removal! And the grounds are always in great shape! I would recommend the place to anyone who would be interested!

The apartment and amenities provided are good. But the yearly increase in the rent is at higher side compared to the location and the nearby facilities like transportation, stores etc. Also, in comparison to the other apartment in Quincy under the same management.

Wonderful place to stay. Nice fitness center in place. Ample space for parking. Not sure how it is going to shape up during winter, but expect the management to handle it good. Nice place to stay with family and friends. I would recommend this apartment.

Weymouth Commons is a great community that my girlfriend and I have been at coming on three years. The complex always looks beautiful and maintained and our apartment has always been in top condition. Any repairs needed have been serviced right away and have had no stresses since moving here!

I am happy at the community. One thing which is very bad is the sharp increase in rent at the end of the lease. It's a big turn off. 1 bed room apartment here is not worth paying like 1700$/month. It's like robbing the people. Maintenance staff is very prompt and responsive.

Quiet, relatively close to Boston, pleasant staff, and the apartments are in excellent conditions. I was surprised at the availability of the apartments as well. Everything was pretty much done last minuet and the staff was willing to work with me!

The apartment itself is nice but slightly on the expensive side. The neighbors we had for almost a year were very loud when they fought and the walls seem paper thin at those times. The hallways often have a strange odor about them...not a pleasant strange but a "i kind of want to throw up" odor. I will say that the maintenance staff that cleans the hallways seem to be combating the issue daily with aerosol cans of air freshener. To those employees I give a big THANK YOU. My BIGGEST complaint is when you WANT to renew your lease its at a hefty increase of almost $200. We love it here now that the noisy neighbors moved....thanks for pushing us out due to a ridiculous rent hike! The staff at the leasing office is only interested in taking your money but when you actually NEED something they act like you are bothering them with a request of any sort. I will say however that Athena(who was who we signed our lease with) is AWESOME! Shes always been helpful. I cannot say that however, for the remaining staff Ive been in contact with. All in all, we have enjoyed our stay here and planned on staying for a few more years until we got the renewal letter. We're really disappointed because we really dont want to move, but almost $1800 a month for a 1 bedroom is ridiculousness. We pay our rent in full EVERY month without fail on the 1st. We've never been late with rent, we've never had a complaint against us but for some reason when I asked if there was any way we could negotiate the renewal price I was told "sorry, not negotiable"....its really disgusting that a management company really only cares about the money and not the tenant or at the very least a good tenant. So, thanks but no thanks Weymouth Commons...good luck with your next tenants.

Weymouth Commons is located in quite interesting area which has all sort of facilities nearby. This apartment is quiet with full of trees and tennis court. The staff is amazing and can get good rates. I would recommend.

good resendential property. pest control though needs to be more effective. Parking areas need to be increased including the visitor parking space which is very less . Overall good apartment with nice landscape and quiet space for families

Area is calm n serene. Management is cooperative with regards to complaint. There house is spacious n will maintained the management. But we can hear the noise of the neighbor apt as if it's in our house itself. The toilet flush sound of the apt above our house can be heard in our room. This is disgusting. There are no benches outside the apartment.

Convenient to highways and shopping. Buildings are older and need regular maintenance. While public transprotation is available on weekdays, it is hourly most of the day. Very limited mbta service on saturday and no service on sunday.

It was nice staying in this apartment, but rent is too much expensive. I can continue staying after my lease expire, else I need to move other apartment. They need to consider for the existing tenant to reduce the price, i see people are leaving in 2BHK with $1200 and $1300, but for me for one BHK only you are charging $1370. Hope you will make the correction, so that I can stay here only, instead of moving out of this apartment.

Hi, APR 23, 2016. I was instructed to keep my car at designated spots for parking lot cleaning. I followed instructions, kept my car away from parking lot within the apartment complex. Come back today Apr 23 2016, my car rear view mirror is broken. I am not complaining but listing down the issue I faced amongst other as listed below: - smoke smell in apartment building corridor - defective and dirty laundry machines - cigarette stubs near building entrance These are serious issue if you are living with family. If you are college grad, this is the place to live cheap. As far as the broken rear view mirror, Weymouth Commons office response - "we are not responsible". Make a wise decision before thinking about this apartment complex. Pro.

This community has great luxuries, two pools, gym, tennis courts, office center. The leasing office staff are always willing and ready to answer any questions or concerns. It's been great living here. I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend.

It's quiet, and the location is near the stores. Very clean and I've always felt safe Quick commute into Boston. Also it's close to South Shore Hospital. The grounds are well kept, it's beautiful here.
