I enjoy living here! The commute to Boston can be swift at the right times. I also, enjoy walking around the grounds. So pretty and well kept. My grandson loves the pool and I love the free gym. I'm also very fond of the mail room. No lost packages here. Welcome!!!

Best community to live In Weymouth area with first class maintenance and friendly staff at leasing office. It's best choice for quieter living for the families. We have lived in 4 states so far before joining this community and its one of the best communities we have seen. Overall 5 stars.

I think the staff at Weymouth Commons are great ! I can call for any reason, and they are very good accommodating me. The maintenance men are absolutely great. They have helped me so many times and they are very respectable to me, which I think is a wonderful thing !!!!!

Very clean, well maintained and beautiful property. So many trees. The property is located in such a perfect location. A couple of minutes to Rt 3 and all kinds of shopping needs. Plenty of restaurants and 5 minutes from the South Shore Hospital.

The staff here at Weymouth Commons is very friendly, and they were very helpful and responsive during my initial inquiries during my apartment search. This apartment complex provided all I was looking for and was my top choice.

Apartment is good and Maintenance service is quick. Staff should be available over the phone and email to listen to any concerns or issues. It would be more appreciable if they allow us to change the apartment in their other buildings if they have the availability.

I enjoy its peaceful atmosphere and the trees and scenery. I like that Walmart, Stop and Shop and other stories are very close and that there are a few gyms within a short walk away. Very easy to jump onto Route 3 North and South is also a huge benefit.

Awsome! It is a great experience and a beautiful society to stay in. Good management people and very good service. There is plenty of parking available including the visitors parking area for guests. will love to refer to my friends

Community is good in terms of reacheabilty, maintenance and regular checks on keeping the apartment clean. And tidy, replacing the old stuff with new ones Rents are reasonable during winter Gym and play area is nice. Pool is good to use in summer Overall a good satisfaction feel

Office staff very helpful. Maintence staff excellent responding to any problem. Grounds well kept, someone is always cleaning up and landscapers do a great job. For a 1 bedroom mine is bright and sunny and roomy. Biggest drawback is no washer dryer in unit, not enough cabinets in kitchen.

Overall it is a great place to live, very convinient with gym, grocery stores, pharmacy nearby. The staff is very helpful and maintenance is very responsive. I have been staying here for last 2 years without any issues or hassels

Weymouth comments is very good. It is near all we need. We have Walmart, stop and shop, BJs, and the bus pass near the appts. The entrance' s appt always clean, there is enough parking for all the residents and the environment is very nice with the flowers. I love the Weymouth comments apartment and if I have to recommend it to my friends I will do it one hundred time.

Its a great community to live in. The management is very supportive. The cleanliness is always maintained and the maintenance staff is very prompt and helpful. The rent is very reasonable. No issues wrt noise level and the the exteriors are well maintained. Frequency of public transport is limited which is the only drawback.

this community for the area is not bad it is just the lease is kind of tricky and they should advise once you give a deposit it is either you use or loose it even if the apartment is no longer available. Read and understand your lease because you may think you are in it for 12 months while in reality you might of signed on to 15 months without a notice. Garbage is a real distance away mot of the time there is line to of cars to throw away. one good thing is maintenance during the week is great some leasing staff do not have welcoming attitudes but besides that I leave in a so far quiet building with no major issues as of yet

The apartment complex is nice. I'm. It really sure where the dumpsters are, but everything else is nice. I went to check for mail and my mailbox key hole is broken. As I went to open the box it broke from the inside and there was metal pieces in the inside. With that being said my lock to my mail box is broken along with a few others mail boxes.

My move in was quick and effective the staff specially Erica helped me a lot with transitioning into my new home. I love the commute it's easier to get to work I will be recommending the apartment to my friends

The apartment community and staffs are very good and the maintenance staffs are awesome in this community. They are very quick in resounding to your issues. Only thing to consider is the rent increase while renewing the lease. I renewed at the last min and increase was really high which I was not than that everything cool in this community

The Commons apartments are very nice to live in. The maintenance service is wonderful.Te office stuff very well attend you.The outside area is always cleaned. Excellent gym and pool area and very quiet place. I recommend the Weymouth Commons to live in.

Excellent community. Hall and bedroom sizes are pretty good. Size of bathrooms is slightly small but other than that I feel comfortable staying here. Walmart, Stop & Shop, Shaws are all close by. Access to Public transportation is also good.

I have lived here for a considerable time.Overall the Weymouth common's is a very nice place to Live! It is very safe and overall a quiet place. A plus is that we are close to the water and the highway's takes you right into Boston.

Nice grounds, quiet neighborhood. Good sound insulation as the buildings are very old. Need some work with the interior. Ugly walls and outdated appliances. Apartment was not clean upon move in. The balcony is quiet dangerous. Trash is far away.

Beautiful landerscaping and nice staff. The apartment is spacious, clear with huge closet spaces. The apartment and common areas are well maintained and in good condition. The community is quiet and is access to shopping center.

Nice apartment but the price is high for a one bedroom. Extremely small elevators, good luck with that couch. No trash chute, instead take a ride down the road to the dumpster. If those things don't bother you then you'll like it.

neighbors are so nice and the property is very well maintained and is safe here and my children are very happy as 've had no maintenance issues to speak feels like it's a town of it's own....
