I really enjoy living at Elkridge Estates. It is conveniently located and the staff is top notch! There is plenty of parking and I never feel unsafe because everything is well lit. The grounds are always maintained and the variety of trees and flowers really make for a park like setting near the city!

I really enjoy living in my apartment. The staff are always warm and friendly. Whenever we request maintenance service, they handle their work very seriously and professionally. That's why I can't imagine moving to another apartment. I've been living here since 2021, and I am very satisfied.

Nice community. I enjoy the ability to walk around without a lot of traffic. Lots of nature including wildlife and landscaping. Having a pool in the summer is definitely a plus for me. Service calls addressed quickly.

Apartment management responsive to tenants concerns; the floor plans are spacious and the units bright, with either wonderful balconies or terraces. The fitness center is well equipped and maintained. The swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained.

Maintenance service was phenomenal. I had a water pipe leak and they came super quickly to fix my problem. They work very efficiently and were friendly. The office management is good too. The managers are all very helpful.

I love the location of Elkridge Estates - easy to get downtown as well as the suburbs. The grounds are beautiful. The staff are friendly and approachable. The pool is large, well maintained and usually not too crowded. The pool is a very nice amenity and one of the reasons I chose Elkridge Estates. The club house is also a a very nice amenity if you want to rent the space for an event such as a birthday, wedding/baby shower etc. I also use the gym which is well equiped and always clean. I love walking the grounds (lots of trees, shrubs and flowers) and surrounding neighborhood.

It's a well maintained community. And pet friendly, which is a real plus. Apartments are spacious with nice views, and the large patiosand terraces are great for socializing and relaxing. It's pretty quiet too.
