I am very happy that Elkridge Estates is where I decided to settle after downsizing from a large, single family home! The community is quiet, clean, and friendly, and there are many amenities that I enjoy throughout the year.

It's a wonderful place to call home! The community is filled with wonderful people and nice pets. The office staff and maintenance employees are top notch! It's also a very peaceful safe place to live. I love living here at Elkridge ??

Responsive Management
I love Elkridge Estates apartment living. The rooms are generously sized and proportioned. The number and size of windows maximizes views and natural lighting. Management is very responsive to requests for maintenance or repairs, even to include replacing ceiling light bulbs in the dining room and bedrooms.

I am new. Less than a month!! Requested steps be swept. They said they completed. They were not swept! I swept steps myself today, Dec. 10 since icy conditions may occur overnight? I will hope that this was an "oversight" and hopefully any experience going forward will be better than my first!

I've loved living in Elkridge Estates so far. It's quiet and a good community. My apartment is beautiful. I was looking for a place with great cross ventilation and lighting and these apartments have windows galore and a huge balcony which I love to spend time on. They are very responsive to needs or requests and I have had no concerns for the 3 months I've been living here.

Requests for service are handled quickly, and repairs are done in a timely way. Maintenance employees are always polite and also friendly when interacting with residents. They are also willing and able to explain what caused the problem, and how to avoid its happening again.

Move to Elkridge to be closer to my wife in an assisted care facility and my daughter. Have enjoyed my neighbors and reconnecting with several friends. Staff is efficient and maintenance personnel knowledgeable and responsive. Although I don't use some of the amenities they are there for those who do.

My experience has been great!! The community is everything I was looking for and expected. Clean, secured, friendly, beautiful, quiet.The office staff will keep the community aware of happenings on and off grounds. Maintenance can be seen working on grounds making sure all request and jobs are completed. Neighbors can walk the area alone, in groups or with their pets. Best 100%.

In the two weeks that we have lived here, we have observed that this place is an oasis of serenity in the midst of a bustling city. Both the leasing office and maintenance staff are wonderful. And you feel so safe due to the security in place. The grounds and the apts are beautiful and the residents are kind and considerate. This is truly, a Great place to live.

I love the size, care, location of my apartment, and the pool, gym and clubhouse. Also, that there are windows that open on both sides of the apartment for cross breezes. Additionally I appreciate heat and water being included as well as terrific responsive maintenance people!

The complex is well located, has many wonderful residents, and has some nice amenities . The apartments are well laid out. I have enjoyed living here, but there is not enough maintenance staff and while the landscaping is abundant, it is not always maintained properly.

A breautiful place to live. Elkridge estates takes care of its residents every request immediately and thoroughly. We're even having a Halloween get together! Great walking is available very close by and having the secured 24-hour gate hoist makes a person feel safe. My apartment is spacious with lots of natural light

Elkridge Estates has meticulously and regularly groomed grounds. Trash is collected by maintenance staff twice a week. The driving habits of residents going up and down the uphill curving main road is cause for concern as many are elderly and they cross the middle line and speed. Most neighbors are polite and cooperative; however, the occupants of the ground-level apartments along Hunt Ridge Road can often be loud and boisterous,with their dogs, at night and during the day. Perhaps a dog park could be implemented. Some elderly residents (80+ -- 90+) clearly need social services assistance.

I love the friendliness and the fine landscaping here as well as a comfortable and quiet home. Gatehouse a plus too. I like the accessibility of the office staff. I enjoy the swimming pool. I appreciate the party perks offered from time to time. I'm happy with the amenities in the condo such as AC, laundry, balcony.

I've had an awesome experience living at Elkridge Estates. The community is clean, quiet, safe and welcoming. The staff all work diligently to ensure each resident has a superior experience. My home is large and spacious with a grand balcony. It is a ensure to live here.

Apartment is very nice and well maintained. The service I have had to receive was prompt and the service team is very friendly and good. Only problem has been in our backyard where we have had problems with dead trees and poison oak I try to maintain everything but those 2 problems I can't..
