I like the sense of light in apartment, and the size of the bedroom and living room and am pleased with appliances. I also like the balcony. The cleanliness of common areas including daily lobby cleaning. I like the two day garbage pickups. I like the swimming pool.

The community is kept beautifully. Office staff couldn't be nicer. They are very kind and caring. The maintenance deptartment is very prompt and will take care of any problem you are having. Safe and beautiful place to live.

This community is wonderful. The staff are curteous and knowledgeable. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Service and maintenance calls are handled quickly and with a smile. Amenities are off the charts!

Parking is ample, management is responsive and very involved in the community. The community is mostly older, but there are a few young couples. Apartments have a great amount of space and storage, and are laid out very well. Its quiet at night and has much more of a suburban feel. Im loving it so far.

I have really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the quality of service that they offer and maintain. I enjoy the amenities including the beautiful pool and the gym. The recent upgrades have been tasteful and have been handled without disturbing the residents. Over the years the few concerns that I have had have been addressed immediately.

We just moved in to Elkridge Estates and are very happy we did. The community is very quiet and well maintained. The monitored entrance gate affords an additional level of security. The common rooms are well maintained and clean. Our apartment was clean, freshly painted ready in all respects for move in.

Love living here, great experience, feels like living in the suburbs with great central location. Staff is very nice and friendly. Great service and huge apartments. Clean buildings and common areas. Good neighbors.

Excellent staff convenient to city shopping business arts. Friendly environment but apRtments are noisy. Pool is an asset. Exercise class is great and free and beautiful setting makes for great walking. Animal policy is a plus

Very, very nice community. The pool was wonderful this last summer, the Fitness Center is modern and well equipped, and the car washing station is a very nice additional benefit. All of the residents that we have met have been warm and welcoming. This community is very pet-friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The apartments are roomy, well designed and maintained to a high standard by a maintenance staff of long term professionals, who respond quickly to issues or requests. The office staff is professional; very responsive to questions or issues, while also being warm, friendly, and clearly interested in the safety, and overall satisfaction of the individual residents as well as the community at large. Elkridge Estates is a wonderful community, and we are so grateful to have found it!

Elkridge Estates is the best apartment Community I have ever lived over the years.The management and service teams have responded to all my requests in a prompt and efficient manner.The community always looks great thoughout the year and I have referred my friends on many different occasions.

Good experience. The staff real make you feel at home and the neighbors are very friendly. This is my first experience renting and I couldn't have chosen a better place. I appreciate the added feature of the guardhouse.

I love the complex and location. My experience living here has been wonderful. The is nothing comparable in the area. Staff has been wonderful and helpful. The neighbors have been friendly and helpful.

We are very pleased we moved to this community. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, albeit at the price of environmental noise from the mowers and leaf blowers. Our apartment is quite spacious and has a spectacular view. Staff are attentive and friendly, service requests are dispatched promptly, and security is exceptional. Wonderful amenities (pool, fitness room, park area). Excellent value.

Very nice gated community that is well maintained, service is prompt and friendly, neighbors are respectful and sociable. The units are well designed with good size rooms and wonderful balconies. It's a very nice quiet community with resident's of all ages and their adorable pets.

Very new at the apartment, but have heard about EE over the years, always positive feedback, from all ages. . . Very happy about the guarded entry, the landscaping is kept up and gorgeous! The balconies are a big 'selling' point -- like having an extra room for relaxing or entertaining! The leasing team, especially Sarah Wells, has been very friendly and professional (with one small exception re: another staff member that I expressed disappointment in at the time, but not a big issue!)

The grounds are well-kept, and the exteriors of the buildings always look nice. The decorations for fall and Christmas are a nice touch. Equipment in the fitness center includes treadmills and a good variety of weights.

So far so good at this community. The staff has been excellent, the unit is gorgeous and spacious for the price, it's safe and gated, quiet and the neighbors have been nothing short of kind and welcoming. We are ecstatic to be here.

One of the best apartments I've ever lived at. The staff is super friendly and will replace any of your defective equipment. The utilities work perfectly and the pool/fitness facilities are great.

I moved here Jan. 2016 and I love it, I live on the terrace and it feels as if it's my own home. I forget i live in an apartment.i was born and raised in roland park, I left the area at 20 years old and now l'm 64 years old to return to the area . I feel so much at home as if i never left. To me it is perfect.

I love Elkridge and find it a wonderful place to live. They are extremely attentive to our needs and desires and the place always looks great. People are friendly and the staff is marvelous. Love it here.

I absolutely love living in this community. The location is perfect, the office staff and maintenance are so kind and respond promptly if you contact them, and the grounds and common areas are immaculate. My neighbors have all been kind, as well!

Very nice apartment, friendly staff, efficient maintenance, and you have really good value for the money that you paid. It's like a hidden jewel in the Baltimore area, safe, quiet yet convenient to everything. Highly recommended!

We have enjoyed living here-the location is very convenient although tucked away, the grounds are well cared for, the office staff is very helpful and the service staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We do not use all the amenities, but the pool is great and the fitness center is great. I have particularly enjoyed the aerobics classes, and the instructor is excellent!
