We love Elkridge Estates in no small measure owing to the staff's unwavering professionalism and dedication to the original altruistic vision of its founders. We came here in 2020 as the COVID epidemic was beginning and as seniors we were so grateful for the staff's sense of mission to be caring towards all. Their attention to detail and efforts to make all feel at home were evident from the seasonal newsletters to the well organized communit cookouts and celebrations.

Quiet, well-maintained community with lots of amenities in a great location. Large apartments with great nature views with easy access to downtown and the suburbs. There is a lot to do on and around the property.

Great place to live with terrific amenities. Staff is friendly and attentive. Lobby is very clean and well maintained. Grounds are lovely and the pool is terrific in the summer. Safe neighborhood and the 24 hour gatehouse monitor makes me feel very safe all the time

Excellent place. Friendly staff, convenient location, safe. There is a nice gym, pool, recreational area, and gardens. Well cared for by everyone who works there. Plenty of parking and friendly and peaceful neighbhors.

I enjoy living here, but with the rent increase and charges for heat, trash and water not sure I can stay. I'm disappointed with the current changes. Other than the price, I don't have anything negative to say.

This is my little oasis, could not have picked a better place to live!!! The management and staff are simply amazing!!!!I recommed this place 1000% It's also a very safe non-smoking community! Very happy to be part of the Eldkridge Estates Family!

I really enjoy living at Elkridge Estates. I feel safe and find the office and maintenance staff responsive and professional to anything I need. The mature landscaping allows for shady walks and the residents are friendly. This is a good place to live!

Wonderful place to live. Safe, secure, very well maintained. Location is perfect--easily accessible to schools shopping and major highways. Apartments are spacious. Management and maintenance are excellent.

Very familiar with the community before moving in. Great location and well managed. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Amenities are a plus and pets are welcome. Rental pricing is competitive with nearby communities.

I've only been here a short time. So far it's been excellent! I am looking forward to meeting neighbors and getting to know the area. It is so beautiful and well maintained. It feels tucked away, but everything needed is near by! Sometimes, I can't believe I live here.

Overall good till a few years ago when rent increased so much. Had smoker below me that was a problem for years. Had flooding in my apartment. Had upgraded kitchen & bathroom & nice neighbors but now only one other couple living in my building everyone moving out. Rent too high!

Elkridge Estates is extremely well managed and maintained apartment complex. The maintenance staff address issues quickly, the grounds are maintained very well, and the neighbors are friendly. I recommend this facility to family and friends regularly

A real community instead of just an apartment complex. Wonderful neighbors, beautiful landscaping, high quality apartments, a maintenance staff that responds immediately, and a respectful and PROFESSIONAL management team. I used to think that living in a gated community was overkill, but with the rise in suburban crime I am delighted that I live in an area that is so safe - and I never have to worry about car thefts or break-ins, and the packages delivered to my front door are never stolen.

We found Elkridge Estates based on a referral from another renter and then many people who were former renters made glowing referrals as well. We really like the quiet community, the older ages of the residents, the safety of the community, the diversity of amenities, and the updated renovations of the apartments. We had to downsize from a 3 bedroom house temporarily and the apartment has plenty of room for 3 people and a medium dog. We are very happy and would recommend EE to anyone.
