Elkridge Estates is a nice, quiet community. It has an ideal location, convenient to the city, Towson, and Timonium. The staff is top notch and the grounds are kept up well. There is variety in the apartment views. I love living here!

Elkridge Estates is the best apartment/rental situation I've ever been in. I have a reasonably priced, spacious, clean, and modern one-bedroom apartment with floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining rooms. They usually take care of service requests right away. Everyone--from staff, to maintenance, to other residents--is very friendly. The property is well kept and aesthetically pleasing with many mature trees. There is sometimes noise from the adjacent high school playing field. And there isn't too much within walking distance, although by car you are close to a lot of things (downtown is about 20 minutes away). Still, these issues are minor compared with all of the positives. Many residents stay for years. I hope to stay here myself until I buy a house of my own. I definitely recommend it!

After 10 yrs in 6113, I downsized. I love the wooded area. Somehow, the grounds seem to be forgotten. People with dogs seem to think this is the dogy play area . Drainage pipes have come unearthed and broken causing who knows what inhabitants there are.

i never expected moving into an apartment to a wonderful experience. I've been a homeowner for 25 years and the staff at this location made me feel so comfortable about my decision to move to this location . the staff has been beyond amazing and id recommend this place to anyone .. i love it here!!

I wish we were allowed to get puppies but they refused even when we promised to take responsibility for it. They also got rid of the tennis court to put in a little area that nobody even uses. His place needs to find ways to make better investments. Something like a pool table or ping pong table would also really add to the area.

very pleasant,despite the noise level from apartment above me which has been a huge adjustment but it better at present Very disappomted that the tree which I had requested years ago was planted smack against the wall where it doesn't receive any rain or much light and can't be seen from my apartment windows

Beautiful apartments, very responsive staff, lovely neighborhood! Our apartment was spotless when we moved in. We love being close to Hampden and downtown but also tucked away from the city noise. The rent and two-bedroom space is perfect for young professionals.

a few things that make elkridge estates a desirable are: no thru car traffic, well maintained and landscaped(seasonal), efficient staff,excellent snow and ice removal wide parking spaces,good pest control,and regulated pet waste removal. we are very pleased to have lived in this community and regret that age forces us to retire to a home.

Overall, I am very pleased with the community. It feels secluded and peaceful -- even though there is a bustling world right outside of the property. Neighbors are friendly and the staff always waves when they pass by. Management also seems to place high value on the appearance of the community and landscapers make regular visits. I also like that I never even give safety a second thought; on sleepless nights I've taken long walks around the property and never worried.

This is without a doubt one of the best places to live in. Great apartments, good sense of security, green environment. It is not cheap but I think it's worth it. Good access to main roads and highways.

I have lived here for several years now, and can't find a better spot! I am a full time Realtor and the location is key for me! Elkridge is a friendly, well-maintained community with great value for money. Our time in Baltimore was limited to ten months, but we feel lucky to have found such a good place for our brief stay. Also, I do not have a dog but I enjoyed seeing them around!

decent community , quiet , not many children mostly elderly. Ok for retired people but young couples needing some activity might not be a great idea. Outdoors parking high hilly area some times if it snows more hard to get up and down. Will have to drive every where no walkable places.

Elkridge Estates is a great place to live, like its own little landscaped village. There are a variety of people of all ages, elders and kids, and a diversity or races. The community is very pet-friendly, and there are even dog-waste bags and disposal areas. The staff is extremely professional and responsive. And it's convenient to the best of Baltimore!

A very good community, diverse, pet friendly and neighbors that will lend a hand if needed. Office staff, maintenance staff and security staff are very professional and friendly. Clean and well maintained areas and landscaping. Park is good for younger kids, but older kids might need to find something more for the age/weight/size. Activities for all ages organized by the staff, helps to meet your neighbors. Only downside are the walls too thin and you might hear partial conversations, or they might hear you snoring.

Just a beautiful community in a very safe neighborhood. Love the fact it is gated and has the gym and pool. Everyone is very friendly and ALL of the staff is professional & friendly . I looked and other communities and for what you get this is the best deal.. Just love my apartment . VERY HAPPY!!!

My husband and I love it here at Elkridge Estates! Sarah Wells in the leasing office is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance providers and landscapers are also always very polite. We are expecting our first child so a safe community in a convenient location was a high priority for us. Parking is never an issue and we are just a short drive to suburban amenities in Towson as well as city night life downtown. We also have a medium-sized dog and appreciate that the community is so dog-friendly. I have never felt unsafe or uncomfortable when walking my dog early in the morning or late at night. The monitored gate at the front of the community adds an additional level of security/comfort. The pool, gym, and clubhouse are impressive and the staff holds regular events for residents (holiday parties, movie nights). The price is more than reasonable. I'd say the only downside is that you can hear your neighbors sometimes, but I wouldn't say that this has been a big disruption in my life. All in all, I can't recommend Elkridge Estates enough.
