I am a new resident and absolutely love our new home. Based on our experience thus far, I do not foresee any issues arising. The community is peaceful, residents are friendly, courteous, thoughtful and respectful. The staff is beyond pleasant, especially Ms. Melvina, who ALWAYS has a warm smile, welcoming spirit and ensures her interactions over the past 4/5 months are nothing but positive! My only regret is not moving in sooner.

I have lived at Elkridge for 16 years, nine in my current apartment. Great service, lovely surroundings. Have enjoyed making new friends in the complex. Good value for great housing. Plan to stay for a long time.

My neighbors are so respectful of their homes, and their neighbors space. The community is peaceful and tucked away as a hidden gem. I love how many stores are in proximity of my home - grocery stores, the mall and restaurants.

We enjoy living here. Very nice neighbors. It's a nice location for our jobs. Don't love the 7 speed bumps on the road here but... haven't used the pool yet but have used the gym. Enjoy walking around the property its safe

The apartment is nice and totally worth the price. Safety is good with a gated entry. Small playground for kids and a big swimming pool. The staff is helpful and competent. No complain so far. We recommend!

Although my experiences at Elkridge Estates are usually positive there are some ares that need improvement such as awnings and landscaping around my building. Also, security at the gate house has improved over this year.

This apartment complex has beautiful surroundings of natural gardens, with flowers, tall trees and birds. The layout makes each section seem intimate, despite the large no. of buildings. Staff are wonderfully helpful.

Elkridge Estates is a superb apartment complex. The grounds are well-kept every season. The maintenance staff is friendly and responsive to requests. The apartments are conveniently located. The residents are friendly and respectful of each other. The security is superb.

Great location and setting! My 2 bedroom unit is quite spacious. Staff is very friendly, concerned for the residents needs and accommodating. The fitness center, pool and club house are well maintained.

Elkridge Estates is well located for shopping of all sorts and for other amenities, while being away from it all. There is ample parking for guests. Maintenance problems are usually dealt with promptly and efficiently.

The staff at Elkridge Estates is always polite, prompt, and professional. The gated community is well maintained, the grounds are meticulously manicured, and the maintenance staff responds timely to all requests. The spacious apartments are nestled in a friendly, safe community.

This is a beautifully situated and maintained community. The proximity to high quality grocery shopping and access to the city are pluses. Landscaping is lovely and impeccably maintained. All staff are absolutely delightful and highly competent.

The complex is happily situated in a lovely part of town. All of the units feature views of nature as they are built into the hills of the area. Most units have been recently renovated and are nicely equipped. It is very quiet and well kept property, with a responsive staff. We could not be happier!

We love Elkridge Estates. Very comfortable, roomy apartments with great decks and views of beautiful trees and nature. The pool and gym are great amenities. Lovely part of town with the plus of it being gated.

Great community. Very private and quiet. The grounds are kept beautifully. Buildings are cleaned daily. Everyone who lives and works here have been extremely nice. I love my home at Elkridge Estates Apartments.

Wonderful place to live. Management and maintenance are great. Pool is wonderful. Community is gated. Grounds are beautiful. Good neighbors. Convenient location. Near shopping center and country club. Probably best apt. in Baltimore. Floor to ceiling windows. Huge balcony.

The leasing staff were very welcoming. Additionally, they were very accommodating as I was trying to move quickly. The residents are all friendly and the area seems safe, especially with the guarded gate.

Our Security is excellent. It appeared to be a little lax during construction using the back entrance, but it is understandable, especially during inclement weather. Staff is always friendly and courteous.

Fantastic quiet community with well maintained grounds, a well equipped fitness center and large pool. My unit has a ground level outdoor patio w direct access from the exterior, so it feels much more like a house than an apartment. Great window wall lets in a ton of light as well.

Elkridge Estates was conceived as an appropriate addition to the upscale Roland Park neighborhood. Unfortunately, deferred maintenance and aging infrastructure has meant a decline in value in these apartments. The excellent siting of the buildings on the terrain and the spring glories of the cherry blossoms remain. But both interior maintenance and grounds keeping have been allowed to deteriorate. Still a good value, but recent rent rises are threatening the sense of communjity.

Great location but questionable value for the money. Apartments are very dated. The community lies in a great location with easy access to both the city and the county. It's also a very " old " community with the average age probably being in the mid 70's.

A very friendly community, In my building all of my neighbors are very thoughtful about the use of storage , laundry and trash. I am also very appreciative of the care neighbors make with their pets and keeping the property clean.

It is a nice and friendly community. However, I think the communication from the leasing office needs to expand to phone call messages, e-mail messages, and text messages if and when there are community challenges related to water line breaks or other types of critical issues.
