Overall my experience at Elkridge Estates has been very good. The staff is pleasant and responsive to my needs. The grounds and buildings are well kept. The community is peaceful and enjoyable. I feel safe walking throughout the complex.

This is a lovely, quiet community. The apartments are spacious and full of light. And it's a great place to have a dog. The grounds are full of mature trees and bushes which adds to the beauty of the community.

Nice 2 BR / 2 bath apartment in a lovely, leafy community on the edge of the Roland Park area. Elkridge Estates features fine amenities -- pool, fitness room, bocce / corn hole / putting green -- and helpful staff in the office. A did pricey related to other options but seems worth the extra cost.

Service used to be much better! Everything was much cleaner with previous management. Things were taken care of much more thoroughly. Still waiting for our new washing machine and our new dryer after we have been complaining for a long time!

Elkridge Estates is a wonderful apartment community in a quiet location. The units have a spacious balcony and lots of storage space. Maintenance staff is quick to respond to problems as they arise. The amenities are great for the price!

Elkridge Estates is a well-maintained, really lovely community. I have very nice neighbors. The biggest problem is noise within the building--one can hear everything - plumbing, talking, music, laundry, etc. The second problem which is actually now extremely significant is the rise in yearly rent. I've never experienced such a drastic increase; there are no laws that prohibit a landlord from increasing rent to any degree. Because of the noise and the possibility of huge annual rent increases, I unfortunately cannot recommend living here.

Our experience has been smooth and stress free, from the initial visit and showing to a very good experience with a maintenance request. The on-site management is excellent and very responsive to calls. The security is also a real plus, and provides real peace of mind.

It has been a great experience. The staff is friendly, the apartment is updated beautiful, with lots of daylight and a huge balcony. The community is quiet, clean and safe. Parking is easy. The amenities (pool, put-put golf, bocce, etc) are wonderful assets.

Elkridge Estates is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff is very efficient and responsive to the resident's needs. The neighbors are very friendly. I have enjoyed living here and feel very safe in this community.

Rates are going up and amenities are down. A comprehensive plan of action needs to be conducted to improve the ability to use public spaces as advertised. Large looming dead trees close to our buildings need to be removed as expensive as it is after years of no maintenance at all.

I love the apartment I live in. I live the Garden atmosphere of the grounds. There are some trees that need trimming and there is a need for some areas to be reseeded. The beauty of the grounds is extremely important.

This community is very friendly and quiet, it has beautiful landscapes and the staff is very helpful and friendly, there is plenty of parking and the apartment is spacious and comfortable with a big balcony, love this place.

This is a quiet and well maintained community with great landscaping and remarkable privacy for an apartment complex. It's tucked out of the way yet pretty convenient. The maintenance staff is pleasant and very responsive. This doesn't come cheap but it's a reasonable value.

Response to problems has been excellent. They come right away and take care of problems immediately now matter what time of day you need help. When we first moved in, they came and took care of a water and disposal problem on a Saturday night at 8 o'clock. That was so nice!

I have lived here for 5 years. The apartments, grounds, and amenities are impeccable. I have never seen a more beautifully landscaped and cared for commercial property. The office staff are always welcoming and helpful--and flexible in trying to accommodate resident needs, which I greatly appreciate because I'm one who always forgets to renew my renter's insurance or something like that, The maintenance crew are skilled, quick, and efficient and so friendly--they will help you with almost anything--you feel like you are truly part of a community. The neighbors in my building are wonderful and we go out of our way to be considerate and tolerant of each other. And you can't beat the location. Living here has been a truly wonderful experience. I'm including a pic of the view from my living room. They painted a complimentary red wall in my dining room, which I love.

I didn't get to see the community before I moved in because I was out of the state. I read all the online reviews and took a chance. I'm very delighted that I chose EE as my new home. The community is well maintained, secure, and beautiful. Going for a walk in the morning or in the evening is like meditation. The maintainence crews are responsive and friendly. The neighbors are quiet. Highly recommended!

There's a sense of community at Elkridge Estates. The grounds are very attractive, the amenities are very nice, and things are well managed and handled. There's a guard at the gatehouse 24-7 and the management and staff are helpful and engaging.

This apartment is very very good. There are beautiful area and kind neighbor. Great central location. Staffs are very. Good service. The huge apartments and balconies don't bother either. However, it is a pity that the cleaning, maintenance and repair of the apartment was not done perfectly at the time of move-in.

All has been exceptional. From communications with staff and management to maitenance. Pool and gym and other facilities are excellent and fully maintained a high standard, love the koi pond too. I would recommend others to join us here at Elkridge Estates.

Great place to live- is in a nice part of Baltimore. - easy ride to downtown and surrounding areas. Staff are very responsive. Love the balcony. The rooms in the standard two bedroom two bath units are generously sized, unlike other apartments I looked at. The pool and gym are very nice ; hope they will be open soon.

The staff is great. Very responsive. The grounds and outside environment are well kept and beautiful. Elkridge Estates is located in a very walkable area. Near banking, grocery shopping and easy access to I-83 and 695.
