We were offered a very nice apartment which we enjoyed. We also loved the location of the community. It is great for walking, shopping, parks, and cultural facilities. As we lived at Elkridge Estates during Covid, we couldn't enjoy meeting neighbors because of social distancing. Nor could we use the exercise and swimming facilities, with the exception of our very numerous walks in the community and many surrounding neighborhoods.

The employees are wonderful. The grounds are immaculate. The response to any maintenance issue is immediate. The grounds have many flowering trees and bushes making it a.very attractive complex. I would recommend it to anyone,

This is a great location. I love the surroundings. The apartment was renovated before I moved in and looks wonderful. The maintenance crew responds quickly to service needs, the grounds crew keeps the campus looking great. There doesn't seem to be great insulation between floors, as I can hear my neighbor's tv and music often, as well as when she is walking around her apartment. That has been the only drawback

Many apartment complexes claim this, but Elkridge Estates really is an apartment community. The management is professional and is extremely responsive to residents' concerns. Emergency crews are available 24/7 and easy to reach. Maintenance is attended to quickly by people who know what they are doing, and if a job is beyond their capability they call in experts - immediately. The residents themselves are friendly, and in general, really nice people. Management plans activities that are designed to get people together - like parties and dinners and movie night, sometimes at their own expense. The landscaping is beautiful, and the environs are very safe due to the 24/7 presence of a gatekeeper who checks everyone going in. I feel safe walking my dog at midnight. The apartments themselves are the nicest I've seen - with amenities that resemble those used in houses. And while they are more expensive than other area complexes, all utilities are included except electricity - and the appliances and heat are gas, so my utility bills average about $30/month. The apartments are well-insulated, so even in the summer the electric is not very high. All in all, this is Baltimore's best kept secret in apartment living, and I am glad I found them.

We think the service is excellent and always very prompt. The maintenance group are all so very nice and anxious to help in any way. The office group is equally helpful and pleasant. We appreciate the bench that Dan made in front of the building. More of those would be nice for walkers. Steve is a very valuable member of your group !!!

My experience here has been great. The location is great for me. Great walking areas for dogs. 98% of the neighbors are wonderful. There are always those few! This is really a wonderful place and I would recommend it. I actually did to my parents!!

My family & I (and cat) love Elkridge Estates. Very well maintained grounds & buildings; it is very quiet & peaceful. There is plenty of convenient parking. Our unit (on the 3rd floor) has a lovely view.

Wonderful and quiet place to live. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant surroundings. Well maintained landscaping. Prompt trash service. Close to a number of restaurants and grocery stores. Also very close to a number of private schools.

The staff at the front desk were so helpful with helping us get ready for move in day. They were extremely nice and even let us see our place the days before move in so we could plan our decor or decide how we wanted to place our furniture

Quiet, friendly and safe community. Beatiful landscape. Staffs are very helpful. Sarah is a superstar, making the moving-in experience very smooth. Maintenance also responses quickly and effectively. Overall highly recommended.

The whole complex is quiet and peaceful. We have nothing but praise for the staff -the front office, the maintenance staff. ground keepers and the security staff. We have met some wonderful neighbors, We have alway revived prompt attention to requests. Most importantly, Elkridge is conveniently located and very reasonably priced.

Whenever I talk to my friends where I live, I always say basically I live in paradise. The apartment and amenities is everything I need for me and my kids, and of course including my little dogs. The view is simply breathtaking from my balcony, and reminds me of resort!

Best neighborhood in Baltimore area. Close to everything, the city, Towson, Pikesville, 83. Community is safe and hidden. Worth every penny of the price and the people at the office are extremely nice and accommodating

It's a quiet, safe, friendly community and we've really enjoyed being here so far. The staff has been helpful and the amenities has been as advertised. We're close to major shopping areas and relatively close drive to downtown.

Apts too old for a trend mill over me. You have a gym of which tenants should use a treadmill in your gym. Apts are not up to date on sound proofing. Treadmill has to go. I have said my feelings about the noise over me which I will not renew my lease

Great location/place in general. Office has ignored requests and failed to act on neighbor's noisy dog for months. Will not be renewing lease because of it. If they dealt with the neighbor/noise, I would not be writing a negative review and probably renewing the lease. Its been months since initial contact with the office about this issue and nothing has been done.

Elkridge Estates is a quite, clean and friendly community to live in. We have been here 5 years and plan on renewing our lease. The apartments are large and comfortable. We have a view of the golf course from our balcony.

I have loved that there a dog stations here, such a treat! Every staff member has been kind and helpful! Location is amazing & im particularly fond of my location! I have met some very nice people here too...which is just a bonus!!!

I amEnjoying my apartment, which has a lot of space and closets. The kitchen is well equipped with ample cabinets .The maintenance of the apartment and grounds is excellent. Great location, easy to get to Towson and the beltway. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Good experience. Friendly people and lovely trees and gardens. Nice pool. Exercise gym needs new, more female friendly equipment. Halls and kitchens a bit drab but large spacious rooms make up for failings.

The move-in experience has been pleasant given how stressful a move can be. What we really enjoy about the community is the peace, calm, and quietness of the complex. I like the initiative of the management to reward tenants for completing social media posts.

My apartment is very nice and I have nice neighbors. The grounds are spotless. I enjoy the activities they plan. I feel very safe and secure. When I have an issue the maintenance men fix it quickly. thank you

This is a lovely community with tall trees, flowers, and nice landscaping. It's very noisy within the apartments however. I can hear conversations, TVs and more. Outside it is very peaceful and quiet, and the residents are friendly. There are lots of dogs and dog walkers, but no dog park.

Wonderful staff. They are attentive and genuinely care about your experience with community. Service and maintenance have also been a great experience; they are timely and responsive. Overall the management is great at communication with the residents and what is going on in the community. It is a beautiful area with plenty of greenery. I'm so happy that I found this gem tucked away in north Roland Park.
