Generally great place to live. Well-maintained, excellent maintenance staff who usually respond right away. The biggest complaint I have is that I specifically chose this place because it's gated and, lately, the gate is open nearly all the time. Even when it's manned, the guards aren't screening vehicles the way they are supposed to. I was in a rental car for an entire week and wasn't stopped a single time, even when coming in late at night. Management has had complaints and they aren't doing anything about it. Maddening.

I'm very pleased with my living experience at Elkridge Estates. The community is clean, nicely landscaped, and tucked away so there isn't much noise. The apartment is spacious and clean with no bugs or mice. The apartment and community have plenty of amenities. Management and maintenance are always fast to respond to any questions and service requests.

Leasing office staff as well as maintenance staff and staff in the guard house are all the best I've ever experienced. Fantastic community to live in. I don't ever want to move out. Anyone reading this should put any doubts away and make this your new home.

I love Elkridge! From the very beginning the Office staff was so friendly and helpful to get me in the perfect apartment. I have a two bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a large porch. The view is so beautifu! It's so quiet and peaceful here and everyone is really friendly! 5 stars for Elkridge:)

The entrance of my building (6110 Bellinham) looks terrible. Needs better landscaping. And removal of rat trap and debris. Have asked for this multiple times. The inside of ours apartment is fine. The increase in monthly charges is terrible. We are only here 5 months. Not fair.

I have lived at EE since 1999. It is generally a very pleasant and beautiful and convenient place to live. Lately we having some serious problems at 36 Over Ridge. I am grateful that we can contact management and that management has replied and acknowledged these problems and has kept us informed as to their efforts to fix these problems.

The grounds are wonderdul, as is the maintenance. Office staff are kind and helpful. I love being able to go out for walk where cherry blossoms surround us in the spring, and other colors come out seasonallly.

I love living here. It's such a safe, quiet, and beautiful place to live! I moved in only planning on staying for a couple of years, but am currently on my 8th year. This is the best apartment that I've ever lived in- awesome all around!

Community is quiet and calming . Majority are family and elderly members making the environment safe. The access to swimming pool and gym is appreciated. The view from some of the apartments is beautiful. Extra storage space is especially useful.
