I had an excellent experience at the beginning of our time in this community. Now after more than three years, we will be leaving, mostly because management has become so difficult to work with, and has made some pretty big missteps in recent months. They've had sloppy contractors come into the community and haven't cleaned up after them (roofers who threw debris everywhere, including onto our balcony), an inability to notify us properly when the apartment would become unlivable for the night, and an unwillingness to work with us to draw up a partial-year lease. They're more willing to allow the apartment to sit vacant (like the unit next to ours did for over a year) than to help a three-year tenant rent for 6-9 months at a reasonable price. I'm willing to pay extra per month for a shorter lease, but not willing to pay $600/month extra on a one bedroom apartment. All in all, this community clearly isn't for us anymore, and I get the feeling they don't care if they lose us as customers.

I really like the staffs here: everyone is treated very friendly and respectful; they are very friendly and helpful. Also I really enjoy the friendly community atmosphere: everyone stopped to say hello and greet our moving as we moving. On top of that, the room is spacious with French windows providing plenty of lights. Last but not least, the community provides very secure environment with guides at the gate of community. All in all, I love this community and really enjoy living here!

I'm so glad I had the opportunity to talk about my positive experience at Elkridge Estates, a hidden gem in such a great location. Sarah was my contact when looking for apartment. She was very knowledgeable in showing me the apartment choices. The online application was easy to fill out and her great care of clent follow up and customer service continued through my whole move in process. Since I have moved in, Any time I had an issue in my apartment, a maintenance person would be over in a matter of minutes to fix the issue. Elkridge Estates takes pride in keeping the place in great condition with beautiful landscaping and grounds. You can' find better amenities at the affordable price point ( pool, parking, fitness center and community center). I even had my family over one day and rented out the community center for a Father's Day celebration.

Great location, great amenities with heat included. Gated community with pool, fitness center and party room. Apartments are spacious with large balconies and laundry facilities in apartment or free of charge. Staff is welcoming and service oriented.

I've lived in several different apartment situations. Elkridge Estates is unique in that it has been owned and operated by the same company since it's inception. It's more like living in a townhouse than an apartment. Maintenance of the property is exceptional. I've had maintenance done that I never expected, like smoke detectors being checked, filters changed every three months, outside windows cleaned, etc. They common hallways are cleaned every day. I almost feel spoiled! The landscaping staff keep the property looking beautiful.

Excellent value recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet and superior service. Though public transport not available pretty close to Bus lines. Maryland in general Is week on public transit so nearly everyone has a car. This place is no exception.

The management team is excellent. There is no fire wall or sound insulation in the ceiling so you can hear every word that is said by the neighbors in the apt above you and you can hear everything that goes on like tv, walking, whisking the scrambled eggs, smelling the food that is being cooked, etc by the neighbors in the apt above you.

Carla and Vonneta are professional and concerned managers. They are excellent at resolving all types of issues. All the office staff is pleasant and helpful. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, well prepared and always smiling. Though it is unfortunate that the walls are not well insulated most tenants are considerate of one another. The monthly gatherings the staff arranges give us a great opportunity to meet our neighbors. This is a very pleasant place to live. place to live. I am very happy here!

My experience at Elkridge Estates has been positive. The apartment is comfortable and the rooms fairly large. The location is convenient to amenities and necessities yet enough off the beaten path to convey an almost park like atmosphere with the wonderful landscaping and maintenance. Residents and staff are friendly and the latter is most helpful and thorough when asked for any help or service. Parking is plentiful for residents and guests.

Elkridge Estates has offered us more peace and privacy than we thought possible in any apartment situation. We spent 30 years in two different homes. We came to Elkridge Estates as empty nesters with a goal to purchase another home in a year or so. Not so sure now. We're quite satisfied.
