Great Apartment complex quiet neighborhood staff is efficient and gets your questions/ request answered in a timely fashion. Maintenance is very friendly when doing work in your home. I was very surprised to see a resident services associate come to my apartment while maintenance was in my home to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the work being done. She also gave me an estimated time of when the work would be completed. Thank you for all you do !

    I love it here. My one bedroom is the perfect size for me. The community is very quiet. Sometimes packages have to be left outside and I've never had any issues with someone bothering them. Maintenance requests are answered right away. Office staff is very nice. I renewed my lease!

      Overall it's a peaceful place and the sight is clean. Maintenance team are nice and friendly. They always response on time to any issues which is a plus. I have recommended this property to 2 different people who now live on the property. It's a nice place to stay asides the space been small.

        The Renaissance Club has been home for me, for several years. My husband and I love the community. We moved here after college and started our lives together in our cozy home. The staff is so compassionate and caring of their residents. That is what's kept us here! Simply put...the staff gets the job done. If any issues arise, they're addressed immediately and with efficiency. We would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to reside in a friendly, peaceful, clean and safe environment. We couldn't have made a better choice in selecting this community and we'll certainly miss it when we purchase our home and move on.

          So far I have no reservations. Very clean and serene atmosphere. Management is very thoughtful. They dropped a welcome package of toiletries in my apartment. They are extremely responsive and professional.

            I absolutely love The Renaissance Club. The Office Staff is amazing and the Maintenance Staff is impeccable. I really have no complaints. I've been living here for only a year now and until I one day purchase my own home, I have no desire of going anywhere. What I appreciate the most is the "check in call" and prompt emails/blasts to residents during this horrible pandemic right now. During this crisis, it means a lot to have someone call you just to see how you're doing.

              I have been a resident since 2010. I absolutely love it here! The entire staff are always so pleasant and willing to help with literally everything. The landscaping are always up to par and neat which is a big deal to me. Being in Baltimore City there's the impression that there's trash everywhere and it's dirty, not here at the Renaissance. Living here for 10 years speaks for itself.

                My experience here has me jumping at the chance to be a home owner. The staff has been my biggest issue. Since moving in I have had a bad experience with the office staff. Things seem to always fall through the cracks with them.

                    My experience since i have moved to this community has been A+ from the beautifully kept grounds, the quick response and repairs from the Awesome Maintenance staff, to the friendly office staff. They have the best Community Affairs, like the Crab feast with Live DJ, to the Movie Night, to the Brick Oven Pizza Parties, the list goes on, and I make sure I attend all the free events!! The Security patrolling the grounds during the night gives me a great sense of Security, when i come home late at night. For the bargain rent that I pay here, my whole living experience, has been outstanding.

                      I love the community .i recommend the Rinasannce Club Apartments and Townhouses to all of my friends and family because this is a great place to live.It is quiet and it comes with all the newest amenities. It clean and it has 24hr maintenance. If your moving please check into these apartments.

                        Great community nice and quiet. Leasing office was very nice they walk you through and help you till you understand. Maintenance responded same day within hours to fix my thermostat. Move in was nice and smooth except for a small hick-up but was corrected. Overall no complaints did my walk-thru with one of the leasing staff members didn't find any issues.

                          They randomly enter your home without 24 hour notice. Leasing office closes randomly with little to no notice. The security offered is kind and does help a little bit with feeling safe. Although, ensure your neighbors won't be annoying. Lots of loud music and fights.

                            The community is often quiet and friendly. Staff is always friendly and responsive pertaining to issues and concerns I may be having. I've lived in the community for several years and have discovered that it's easy to access places to shop within 5-10 minute drive.

                              I visited several apartment complex prior to me moving in The Renaissance Club. When I visited the The Renaissance Club apartment, I was certain that was home. I looked no further. It's very quiet. The neighborhood is kept clean and the landscape is attractive looking which is a plus for me. Maintenance is awesome!!! The office staff are very professional. Almost 1 year in and I'm very pleased.

                                The little things take away, the fridge didn't work, countertops need to be order, it's been a week in apt and i don't have filters for my oven still. The place is great but everything is small. The laundry unit is amazing but the piece for fabric softener is broken and won't screwed on so i had to remove it . And the dryer is leaving some clothes dry but my towels are damp.

                                    I like the community.. for the most part very quiet and peaceful. Conveniently located along the bus route that's accessible to several schools and stores. I love all of the amenities that I get especially the in-unit washer and dryer. I also like the in unit dishwasher.

                                      Very nice apartment and community! I have enjoyed my living here so far. The fitting center is very convenient and there is a lot of parking space. Washer and dryer in apartment is a plus. Trash pickup is great, but it would be better to have a dumpster around.

                                        I move to the community after a fire in 2014. It was great, then small occurrance make life difficult, food and cigarette odors, loud music. I have asthma and ventilation is very important to me. And the ventilation is very poor.

                                          Renaissance Club has been a great community-- the staff and maintenance go above and beyond to meet your needs. Apts are clean and well-kept. Quiet area with mainly young professionals and families. With that being said, the community surrounding the apartments have been going down. People loitering in the parking lots and on the street during the evening, drug addicts seen walking in the area and breaking into cars. My car was broken into and neighbors' tires stolen. Courtesy Patrol serves a 2 mile radius so they aren't on the complex grounds to catch many of these crimes. Only leaving the community due to lack of security and crimes associated.

                                            I love my apartment! The community is safe and my neighbors are quiet. Sometimes I forget I have neighbors! I especially love the valet trash pick up. Having a washer and dryer in my apartment also make life much easier. The staff is always polite and extremely helpful. Every maintenance request is answered quickly. I love that I have a private entrance and large windows. It's makes me feel safe to see security here patrolling. It's also perfectly located; it's a quick drive or bus ride to Towson and a quick drive downtown or Whitemarsh.

                                              So far my experience at this community has been ok a couple minor things need to be clean and I had a problem with the toilet but I called maintenance and they came right out and fixed the problem but the staff is very pleasant and will take care your needs
