My experience could have been a whole lot better, that I will say. It was overall rushed I feel like and I am just wishing things could turn around for the better, because I truly love the area, community is great I also love my Neighbors. I am looking to call this place home for awhile.

This is a great place to live. The staff is top notch the maintenance team gets 15 out of 10 the grounds are beautiful. Only one negative. The residents who have recently moved in trash the parking areas by simply dumping left overs from carry out food on the ground which the staff work so hard to keep clean? somebody needs to figure out how to find offenders. I'll be it's young men!

I love my apartment. It's peaceful and my neighbors are amazing. The property is always clean and the grass is always cut. I love to sit outside my home and just relax. The community is very easy going.

Good but some issues on moving in- washing machine faulty, toilet leak,and later Electrical outlet failure. Neighbors are often noisy far into the night esp weekends. Smoke leaking into my apt from vents. Items were fixed but Still waiting for outlet to be fixed.

The grounds are clean, office staff, is very professional, they are timely on fixing any situations u may have, . Maintenance does a wonderful job at fixing, maintenance issues. I feel safe, outside while walking my dogs. I'm near all stores, plus the mall. I don't have to leave the community.

Meh

I don’t know what’s worse the maintenance or the office staff. I tried my best to give them the benefit of doubt but it’s not working in my favor. As of lately, every service request that I’ve put in has been ignored. I thought when someone puts in a request the documents are supposed to be printed and assigned or maybe I’m wrong. Nevertheless, my requests are clearly being skipped over. I called the manager in resident services and she’s unaware of it all; ok! I’m so over the back and forth with these people, I’m over writing reviews, I’m just over it all at this point. It makes me so sad because I just renewed my lease.

Move in process went smoothly. Centura and staff walked me through the application process and made sure all my questions were answered. Centura made extra efforts to ensure the apartment was cleaned prior to move in. Overall a beautiful and quiet community however the apartment walls are very thin.

Overall good experience. The staff was amazing during the move in process. Trash was on time. Some maintenance requests weren't fulfilled, but I'm sure they will get to them soon. The apartment is a great place to live overall

Maintenance responds quickly. Only 6 units per entrance and 2 units per floor. Neighbors don't bother me in the 1 bedroom buildings. Location is very conveinent to Baltimore city and county. Staff are friendly.

Lauren at the leasing office is so helpful and she doesn't stop until you are 100% satisfied and happy with your new place. So far I have no issues with noise, appliances, or timely feedback. Service requests are taken care of promptly and professionally and trash removal process is convenient and stress free. I love my new place!

I have never had any bad experience with anybody. The environment is safe and well protected. They have the interest of their tenants at heart. I can't forget a day my daughter came back from school and met nobody at home, she went to the lease office and they allowed her to stay until someone came for her. Mrs Jefferson took it upon herself to stay with my daughter even when she was supposed to go home. They are really wonderful people to reckon with
