Like my apartment and the neighborhood is quite and unfortunately have had a serious problem with the heating system here and my place has been really cold over the winter, I asked the management to look into the issue and they did but the problem is still there

Tour of Property

I came in for a tour and the property was beautiful. Teresa was a delight. Soon as you walk into the office, she greets you with a smile, offered me coffee/tea and a snack. There was other 2 beautiful ladies in the office who were also polite and courteous. Teresa gave me a whole tour; fitness center, couldn't go into the pool area and we walked around the property. Thank you to her I am considering placing an application. Thank you to all 3 ladies.

honest review

New office management are working hard! Changes in staff have occurred and my maintenance issues have been resolved since the change. It was ROCKY in the beginning, but customer service is back. Yes, I waited a while for my HVAC to be fixed, but once new management made office changes its like a miracle happend, and they were nice to give me a credit. Im realistic and understand everything will not be perfect, but this new company is surely trying hard!

An Honest Review

I think it’s great that so many people have had positive experiences living at AC. I wish mine was the same. I have only been here 4 months and have had consistent HVAC issues. My AC has been set to 59 degrees for the past 2 weeks yet the temperature in my apartment is 84 degrees. When I left my apartment this morning, it was cooler outside than it was as inside. The staff has been giving me the runaround about when it will be fixed for the past month. They do not pick up calls or respond to emails. Also, I live in one of the 2 bedroom private entry apartments and the bugs are out of control. Ants, spiders, earwigs and centipedes. Keep in mind thatI can’t even store an opened bag of chips in my cabinet for fear that it might attract ants. Keep in mind that I just moved in 4 months ago-this had to have been an issue before I moved in. The model has ceiling fans, but your apartment probably will not. Be prepared to purge a lot of your belongings before you move in because the closets/cabinets are small. My unit has a large closet in the hallway, but I can’t use it because it is where the HVAC is housed-the HVAC that has not worked efficiently since I moved in.

It's still new but I like the area. The management is great. The area is quite my neighbors are cool. Parking is crowded but it's cool. I haven't tried the gym yet but it look like a cool place to workout.

I love my experience so far. Everyone is so nice and welcoming to the neighborhood. The office staff are efficient and kind. It's clean and well kept through out the complex, the gym and pool are always well kept up as well.

It's not a lot of closet space. Not enough parking the appliances are outdated . They do a good job keeping to area clean. Maintenance response fast to request but does a sloppy job. The people in the leasing office are nice

This has been a good place to live. Its safe, reasonably quiet, and all my neighbors have been considerate. You get a decent amount of space for a good price (at least in a one bedroom). Maintenance is very responsive and online bill pay is very convenient.

I am very happy with my apartment, the community & the staff here at the Renaissance. It's very quiet, maintenance keeps the ground clean and well groomed. Trash is picked up daily except Sunday. Everyone is so pleasant and professional!

Its been fine, a few noisy neighbors over the years but no real issues. Maintenance has always been quick and efficient and great at what they do. Snow removal and ensuring the sidewalks are ice free is also done well.

Best Customer Service & Best Tour Ever!

I was given a tour by Patrick and the customer service was amazing! He gave me a great tour, answered all my questions, and he helped me feel confident in making my decision to apply the same day to my first apartment. The tour looked even better than the 3D view online, the fitness center was clean and just right for me, everything he said made sense, and he was willing to break down every step of the process even without me having to ask. All the reviews were positive and true. I even got to take the tour an hour early which was very helpful. Thank you Patrick!

Great neighborhood, but I think Baltimore City/ state Employees should get discounts on rent. The apartments are nice but just not enough storage space. I like the fact it's on a regular bus line. The only thing is we need a grocery store in the shopping center since Mars closed I have to travel on the bus to go to the supermarket and it's quite an inconvenience.

It's kept clean I like having a place to park rent is reasonable there is a pool and exercise amenities along with a place to recycle. However not enough closet space and I need a second bathroom. I would like to be offered the luxury patients for a similar price.
