This is still a great place to live. The community is well kept. The staff are very pleasant and easy to contact and talk with. Maintenance are friendly and helpful. I would recommend It to people to live here

    Its a great community, lovely neighbors, amenities are nice, definitely recommend two incomes living here. The rent is very expensive, and its not worth what they're asking for in my opinion. Great staff

      PERSONElL IS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. VERY HELPFUL IN ADDRESSING YOUR NEEDS AND CONCERNS. I LOVE THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHEN AND IF MY SMOKE DETECTOR, THE FILTER, THE SMOKE/FIRE PREVENTION OVER STOVE NEED TO BE REPLACED (THEY ARE REPLACED QUARTERLY. ALL APPLIANCES ARE CHECK AND INSURED THE ARE REPLACED QUARTERLY. THE MAINTENANCE DEPT ALWAYS, ALWAYS CLEAN UP BEHIND THEMSELVES AND ASK IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CONCERNS BEFORE THEY LEAVE.

            I moved here in 2019, still here. I love it and dont want to leave. The community is quiet and clean. I live in a Townhouse and its very spacious with a washer and dryer. I just feel it could be a little bigger but after 3 years of being here with my son, he's grown so of course I feel that way. Rent is a fair price in my opinion, you get what you pay for. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a chill area to raise kids in or to just have some peace.

              My experience in this community has been great. It is a quiet area and the neighborhood is clean. Any concerns communicated are quickly taken care of by maintenance and the leasing office does a good job keeping their tenants up to date with information. The leasing office also does a good job at planning community events in order for people to meet others living in the neighborhood.

                We have lived here for quite a while and we STILL love our home! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The grounds keeping team maintains a flawless outside appearance. Even the sanitation team is wonderful!

                          I've lived at the Renaissance Club apartments for 5 years now and I've had a mostly positive experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will respond to concerns in a timely manner. Now that Covid-19 is subsided I feel the service is even faster. I do feel safety is an issue, but I believe they are working on that. Some things you cannot control, and I understand. I would recommend this apartment to anyone starting out.

                                So far lovely. Everyone is kind. Community feels safe and secure. Just check your pipes and walls for any leak or discoloration that might be a covered leak problem, if ever just report to management and they will handle asap.

                                      I've enjoyed living in this community. it is quiet, and maintenance responds quickly. The customer service representative for the maintenance is very very sweet and kind. The employees in the rental office are very accommodating and sweet.                                           Mice and Trash Galore

                                          Trash: residents leave trash sitting out overnight which attracts rodents (rats and mice). It’s filthy and looks disgusting. Safety: criminal activity at gas station across the street. Police are called often. Leasing office staff: unprofessional and can behave in a vindictive manner. As I stated in my previous review, ------ refuses to acknowledge me when I enter the leasing office. *All of these positive reviews are strange. These must be customers they ask to leave reviews during the leasing process. You can see previous reviews that discuss the mice infestation issues.

                                            Don't do it ! There is a clear insect ,bug, and rodent problem! They come and spray areas you've seen the bugs like that makes them completely disappear. The insects pay the rent I just moved into their place clearly! I can't live like this where bugs are even crawling on my BED where I sleep and lay at! Every day spiders popping out , ants crawling around . The bugs clearly know when maintenance will show up because they seem to go hiding whenever they show up . That's why I've been recording the insects to show exactly how I'm forced to live for the next 15 months!

                                              I've been here for 3 years and it's definitely one of the best places I've lived. I feel like it's very peaceful & quiet. The property is nice, always clean & I rarely have any major issues. If there is a problem, it gets fixed asap. The staff are pretty good people. I would recommend my community.
