Love my townhome and the maintenance staff are courteous and swift. The concierge trash pick up is clean and convenient . Everything exceeds my expectations. So glad that I chose to live here. The accent walls are a plus as well!

Safety Issues

The grounds are well-maintained. However, there are safety concerns. There have been issues with multiple car break ins and theft. An exterminator was sent to each unit in my building recently for issues. Although the complex has hired a trash clean up crew, there are still issues with littering/trash. The kitchen, bathroom, appliances are outdated for them to be charging these prices. Recently, several tenants have been evicted due to the high increase in rent. I live around several vacant units, which makes me feel less safe. This is an honest review for this property.

Safe and quiet community! Community is safe, and maintained very well. Resident parking spots are always availlable. Especially, during the daytime. Maintenance crees are always professional, and get the job done correctly!

I love my home. The property is well kept. However, I wish there was a playground in the community instead of the doggy stations that dog owners seem to disregard. My son plays in the grassy areas outside and often comes home with poop on his shoes. There has also been quite a few car break ins on multiple occasions and instead of installing cameras in each court the opted to buy new fancy electronic door keys. It's nice and all but the community needs a sense of security not just inside the home but outside as well. We need CAMERAS, our children deserve a nice place to play ! Rent has skyrocketed over the past year/2 years. We understand property taxes but not $200 in increases over a year span that's ridiculous.

So far I've only been here a week, but I genuinely really love it. The space is nice and it's conveniently near a shopping center. My neighbors are really quiet. This place was meant for me. I hope this place never changes.

The community is well landscaped and is close to most Baltimore City ammenities... Schools, College, Hospital and recreation centers. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the TOWSON BIG MALL for extravagant shopping at MACYs, Nordstrom, and fine restaurants. Most definitely, we will recommend this community to our circle of influence who will join in the ambiance of the Renaissance Club!

I have lived in this apartment complex for three years. What I love the most about living here is that the property is well kept, the trash is picked up six days out of the week, and friendly and professional staff. The property is conveniently located, and the area is basically quite.

Very quiet and friendly staff. Convenient location near grocery stores and shopping. Maintenance staff has been helpful on the very few occasions I have needed their assistance. They do fun things for kids like holiday decorating contests with prizes. All in all it's been a really nice home.

This is a lovely community with plenty of trees and open spaces. The grounds are well kept. It is great for taking walks without having to go to a main road. The staff is professional and courteous and the maintenance staff is knowledgeable.

Great apartment and community, lots of green space. I am in a 2BR and appreciate having my own entrance (instead of going into an apartment building). Some safety concerns regarding the parking lot, but other than that, it's been a good community to live in. Staff are helpful and available.

Honestly, this place is nice but the appliances are outdated meaning they aren't energy efficient as advertised. However, if they were as advertised I would be in love with my place. Also, concierge garbage is a great idea but the neighbors put the trash out whenever they want and it's gross. Maybe a designated spot away from each building would help. That's all I have for you.

The office staff are courteous and helpful. The community is clean, there is a crew that cleans everyday. Trash is collected every morning except Sunday and holidays. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and the maintenance crew are friendly.

We are very much satisfied with our stay here. The community is clean and quiet and we never had any issue or problem. The maintenance people are quick to respond and act when needed. The leasing office is very welcoming and responds quickly to our queries.

I hwve lived here in this community fot 14 years.The years i have lived here speaks for itself. I love this community. I would love to make this my retirement home. I just had my apartment renovated. I love it. I am so happy with the way it lookd. I am taking my time decorating. I am recovering from a stroke, but, I am blessed to be alive and back home where i can recover quickly.

This was a great apartment community. They landscaping was great. We had someone clean our building every day during the week. Maintenance was always prompt and fixed things right away. The appliances in the apartment were great. Overall I loved living at this community.
