From the moment I walked into the leasing off the staff was polite and professional. All of my questions were answered and I couldn't be happier. I was able to see the model, go over lease prices, and anything else I could think of. My move in was seamless. The staff did an inspection with me and anything I was i pleased with was fixed within 24 hours. I highly recommend this complex to anyone.

I do enjoy living here. It is convenient fit work and is close to grocery stores and shopping centers. It is very quiet as well. The grounds are well kept, and I like that the trash is picked up from our doors six days out of the week. The staff is professional and kind.

I have just recently moved in and I love this community! My apartment is beautiful , the grounds are well kept, and the staff is very professional. I worked with Brittany throughout my application process and move-in, she was very friendly, informative, and patient (I had A LOT of questions). Community is great. I have been here for almost two years. Nice place to live. Easy to get to entertainment and on the bus line if vehicular challenged. Grounds are clean and maintenance is wonderful. Washer and dryer in every apartment.

Living here has been wonderful. I haven't had noisy neighbors. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly. Sometimes I think the rent is overpriced for the size of the apartments, but overall I am satisfied.

I love this area the grounds and my townhome. I'm always trying to get my family and friends to move here. To me it is in a very convenient location. Easy to get downtown West Baltimore white marsh Towson right up the street great area. Very low crime if any and quiet.

I loved This community up until now. This was the first apartment me and my significant other move In as a married couple. It was all good until I did a survey and gave them a 3 star. A lady name Diane called me on a Monday asking me why I gave them a 3 Star, I told them my tub had not been unclogged, paint that been chipping off my living room wall was still not fixed. She proceed to tell me I was In violtion because a week prior they did a renewal inspection at my unit, anyways she told me that my husband pet snake was not allowed, mind you before we moved in we made them aware, and said ok, But it became and issue, also we had a small deep freezer to keep somethings in there, far as I’m concern me and hubby pay the electric bill, I was planning to renew my lease, but I think it won’t be worth it for the price and space and the headache, and attitude they have been given us. The place is actually really nice, but it’s probably best for people who don’t have children. I dont understand why all of the sudden they started giving us a condescending attitude, we have been respectful, paid our rent on time. But like I said its a nice quiet place, it’s not recommended for families with small children.

This was the best apartment management ever! If it wasn't for my job change I would definitely stay . Only down side I would say is that the units are a little too small for my liking , but other than that everything was great !

Overall this is a good community. They need to improve the grounds keeping and some maintenance issues. I have had a few issues with mice and spiders, nothing major but still an annoyance. The pool and workout room are nice nice amenities.

I love living here!! The staff has always been very professional and communicate with tenants regularly. Issues are taken care of the next day. The grounds are kept very clean and neat. Trash is picked up daily. No dumpsters which prevent rodents from coming around.

The community was clean and quiet. This was very surprising noting that there are two large universities in the area. I loved everything about my apartment except the spiders. There are so many bugs in the area and it drive me crazy. Also, the hot water in my apartment didn't stay hot for long. I had to spend no more than 15 min in the shower which sucked when I needed to wash my hair. I never reported it to Maintence so I am not sure if they have small hot water heaters or if I'm expecting too much. Either way, I will most likely not renew my lease because I want to get my finances in order to buy a home. I'm still on the fence because I love my apartment, but buying is more important to me.

The community is clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and have always been kind. I have really enjoyed living here for the past four years. The only thing I would like to see is for the kitchen appliances to be updated. All in all it's a great place to live.
