The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the community is well kept. The pool is very large for an apartment complex and the fitness center is spotless! My only complaint is the few maintenance issues I've had that still haven't been resolved.

    My Experience living at The Reanaissance have been great. The office staff is very professional. maintenance comes in a timely manner. I feel safe in he neighborhood. The area is convenient to shopping stores. The neighborhood is very clean

      Overall the community is safe, clean, and close to shopping and leisure activities. Fast access to I695, I95, and I83, along with main thoroughfares for traveling within the city. The apartments are of good size and configuration with washer/dryer and good water pressure and shower. No issues thus far so no need for service requests or issues needing remedied.

        I have not moved all the way in yet I wasn't able to stay the night at my new place but so far, the staff have been so nice and helpful. My apartment was cleaned and it smelled brand new. However, the rooms seemed smaller than what we thought.

          I was offered a promotion and Baltimore and had to move on a two weeks notice. I knew nothing about the city but took one day to visit and Scout for an apartment. While leaving one prospect and heading to another, bad happened to ride past this beautiful community and immediately knew that I have filed a home. I came in to inquire and made an on-the-spot decision. I am very happy with the choice I made.

            I love Everything about my new place. My only suggestion would be to make some new rules for garbage. I am truck driver I leave at 4am and it makes hard for me to not leave my garage outside in time for the 6:30 am - 7:30 am accommodations. If we could make the rules earlier for certain people that work earlier that would be awesome.

              I love living in this community. I have been here for 3 years and have never had any issue. My work requires me to be gone during the week so when I'm home on the weekends I enjoy how quiet the neighborhood is. Love having a washer and dryer as well. The staff has always been nice and they make it a point to address me by name.

                Do not move into this community. The community itself has a lot of ammenities such as a gym and pool and a washer dryer unit in each home, however I've only been living here 2 weeks and I've encountered numerous problems with my home and maintence still hasn't come. There is a nice infestation that I noticed on the second day of living here, the appliances and home are cheaply made and require maintence work, and the maintence is obviously slow because in the 2 weeks that I've lived here they still haven't come. I will be moving out once my lease is up; the amentities don't make up for the terrible apartment.

                    So far I have had a great experience. All my needs have been handled quickly and professionally. Everyone has been nice, and had all the information I needed given to me quickly. I chose this apartment because I have a friend that recommended the apartment and the pricing was great for a 1 bed/1 bath.

                      Really great apartment compared to a lot of places I've lived. Clean, well made, no nasty pests. Not in a super exciting area but pretty quiet. Staff are super friendly, maintenance always comes on time, and amenities are pretty nice. Rent is very cheap for what you get. The only problem I have is the inconveniences the staff can put you through. They constantly close early and only alert you a few hours before with a text. They only allow certain people to sign a lease with you, who only works certain hours, so it took weeks to try to add someone to my lease. They now have extended hours, but do not do anything during those hours. I came in at 4 just to get a pool pass and was told it was "a long process that had to be done before 3." Most people have a 9-5 job and they make it very difficult to get anything done with their odd rules. Besides these inconveniences though, it really is a great place to live

                        I absolutely love it here! I've lived here since 2014 and I plan on continuing to live here until I purchase a home! The residents and staff are all more than kind and I've never had any issues with the community. They have a lot of community events too and it truly makes everyone feel like a community.

                            I am impressed on the grounds are kept. The pleasure of knowing I no longer have to walk my trash to a dumpster. And how pleasantly quiet it was when I moved in. The Office Staff? OMG! I love them! They make you feel so Special. Always creating a Pleasant atmosphere. And Resident Services are the bomb!

                              The community is well kept. The staff is very nice and professional. The leasing office hosted a community event that had a great turn out. I love my one bedroom apartment and the large washing machine and dryer especially. Overall, I am happy to call Renaissance Club Apartments home.

                                First and foremost this housing society is clean. The area is close to Towson. So big market and all super stores are in a ten minutes drive. Very quite community. Parking is outdoor and you will always find a place to park. Overall I am satisfied with my recent move and I recommend this community to whoever is reading this.

                                            It's a great community. Very safe, and the staff is friendly. The gym is a pretty good size and very convenient. The only thing I don't like is the fact that I live on the bottom floor so bugs are a problem.

                                                It's been ok. I recently had a mouse in my apartment, but maintenance came in and laid traps. The rodent and the extremely small bedroom closets have made me want to move. I feel like I've outgrown this space.
