The apartments are roomy but you can hear everything that goes on with your neighbors both next door and upstairs. The maintance guy is very friendly and nice. The problem ca me when I was working out of town and they took my payment that I paid online out after the due date. They started eviction procedures even though it was on the portal to come out and did come out of my checking on the day they filed. Since I was out of town my mail was on hold until I got back so I did not know they had started evection procedure. No phone calls or emails nothing. Also I had called them about the rent before they did the filing askin why my payment did not process and was told just pay the late fee and it would be ok. So when got back to apartment after transfer I see eviction notice so I packed my stuff thinking that I was bein evicted. Now they are try to say I broke my lease which I did not agree to new lease one was never received. No one will return any emails that I send but they send a bill stating pay this amount in 14 days or we will turn over to lawyer. They will cheat you out of your money.

Everything has been great so far. The only issue was my hot water was not working properly and maintenance came to fix it by the end of the day. Washer and dryer is nice to have and the overall layout of the apartment is very nice and makes it feel even more spacious than my last apartment (that was bigger). Huge windows make a big difference as well!

I've lived here for 4 years. Today I got an eviction notice due to late rent. Going back over my 12 month payment history, this is the first time I've been late in the entire past year, since it just unfortunately happened to slip my mind, because I'm a full time dual major student who also works 30 hours a week, and it's not unfeasible that might happen once in a while. Like... once in the past entire year. The last time I was late with rent was April or May 2018, and only because I had just renewed my lease and was waiting for them to update my prorated rent online so I knew how much to pay, which they didn't do until after it was already considered late, and then charged me a late fee before they even told me how much I owed. I'll pay the late fee. That's understandable, and I accept it. I paid the late rent weeks ago as soon as it was brought to my attention. Anyway, I just received notice that I have a court date in 3 DAYS. That's how much heads up you'll get. Almost no chance to reschedule the date or anything, so hopefully you don't have any major events going on then like I kind of do. So, it's the end of the semester, and I'm about to be homeless right before finals because of one late payment that they couldn't simply email me about sooner, because immediately making it a legal issue is apparently the more reasonable option. Aside from being upset about that, my apartment is directly next to an elementary school, so there's constantly the issue of children screaming, or people vacuuming in the hallways which is essentially right outside your bedroom door fairly early in the morning, or lawn mowers just going nonstop outside your window. The buildings all looks the same, so occasionally expect some random sketchy person to come turning the knob on your back door in the middle of the night saying they thought it was their apartment if you live on the bottom floor. I've had some maintenance issues with the wallpaper randomly bubbling out in my apartment, which I was told someone would be by to address annnndddd... that was a year and 9 months ago... Anyway, my point is, anyone who's looking for an apartment, you can definitely find better. This place is right on the line between the city and county. If you go just slightly further out, you'll be able to pay county taxes instead of city taxes, which will be cheaper for you anyway, without having to live at a place that almost seems to go out of its way to screw its residents over.

I just moved so I do t have much to say. My move in process went smoothly. There were minor things such as paint residue and a something on the kitchen floor. Maintenance came over and cleaned and mopped the floors for us.

It was easy and the staff were very helpful. I felt at home as soon as I moved in. I have only been here for a few days so I am not sure how maintenance handles things but I'm sure they are professional.

This community is the best community I've ever lived in. They ALWAYS keep the property clean. The pics aren't fake this is a lifestyle. The maintenance team are not only qualified but experienced and gets the job done w/out multiple visits. The leasing agents know this property backward and forward. Centura was awesome I love her. They also give you options as far as what they think is best for you so that you can afford it. The fact that I don't have to go outside the comforts of my home to wash clothes is an amazing feeling. The plus about the laundry is water is included in the rent! You pay gas, electric, cable (if you want). The cherry on top is this community is in a prime location. We are close to literally EVERYTHING. The gas station and the post office across the street in walking distance, malls, eateries, grocery, etc. you name it. Such a blessing to be here! Thank you Renaissance Club for the best experience so far!

Maintenance is excellent. People are friendly. Rent is so reasonable. I looked for an apartment for a long time and did not find anything as nice in my price range. Apartments are clean, safe, and secure. The noise level is minimal.

I enjoy living at the Renaissance Club. My building is fairly quiet. The maintenance staff is very quick and professional (I utilize them often). There is trash pick up daily, which is wonderful. Every now and then I have difficulty finding parking and have to park my car on the side of the street. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Upon first finding the property and making the decision to apply for a unit I had no issues. The process was easy and efficient. I applied on a Monday early morning. Received approval by Monday afternoon, and signed lease via online, paid deposit, and moved in by the Tuesday following. The process was the easiest I have ever experienced. The staff was both friendly, informative, and efficient.

This complex has affordable rent and great service from the office staff. It's a safe environment. I see security serveilling the area frequently. The walls are very thin and you do have the freedom to anonymously complain about noise levels. Maintenence is responsive for the most part. The pool is a great perk and the community activities are awesome. A great place to live.

Pros: Front door trash pick up Ample parking (no worry about guests being towed) Quiet/clean neighborhood Spacious apartments with lots of natural light Washer/dryer in units Cons: Small water heater (guests cannot shower back to back unless they don't mind cold water) You have to be sure to stay on top of things (policies, needs, requests, fully assessing the condition of the apt at walk-through etc..) or you will get blamed/miss out on enhancements If you're used to the amenities of newer apartment communities, this one may seem a little dated (one computer kiosk, no security cameras, gym equipment, no community room)
