    I have lived here for a while and at first I loved the feeling of a complex that was responsive and made me feel like I was receiving great customer service for the money I pay for rent, however over the past few years things have taken a drastic decline and I am now looking for a new place to call home. #1 the mice are a problem for me I have called for someone to come and plug holes or lay traps, I still see mice in my apartment. #2 we are told to leave our trash outside between the hours of 6-730, the garbage collectors sometimes don't come until after 8 or 9 am some days and by that time the birds and other wild life tear though the bags and spread trash everywhere. I shouldn't have to walk through someone's used tampons and last nights dinner on my way to my car. The garbage men often put trash on my door step when they don't feel like collecting it and I always sit my bags out between their scheduled times. i find this HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL #3 The rent increase is ridiculous, for what I pay monthly in rent I could pay a mortgage, I will not be here much longer #4 The property owners of this complex also own the land across the street where we use to have a food market, a pharmacy, ect. now it's just a liquor store. There are lots of elderly people and people with no transportation that needed that resource now they are gone and it looks like nothing will be done with that land. I find it sad and uncaring. It's too bad that this complex has declined and I'm not the only tenant that feels this way, I can count on both hands and toes of people that are ready to break lease and leave.

      Thank you for your valuable feedback and your continual residency at The Renaissance Club Apartments. I would like to apologize for what you are experiencing at this time with a rodent issue. Please contact me directly in the Business Center so that I can have this issue addressed immediately. Our six (6) day a week, at your front door trash pick-up is like no other in Baltimore City or Baltimore County, although we ask to put your trash out within a certain time frame please remember this community is spread over 25 acres of land and at times there will be a delay in removing the trash from the community. Our shopping center will be getting another grocery chain to also include a Subway, and other stores, however; these contracts take time. Our focus is to control costs of the community which can minimize rental increases, with lease terms ranging from 3 months up to 15 months.       So far it's been nice and quiet. Neighbors arent noisy and the quality of neighborhood is good. The amenities are worth the rent. Some apartments are far from apt. building but the walk gets shorter once you have moved in.

        The leasing office conducted themselves in a professional manner and answered questions I had clearly. There is quality resident service. The location is quiet. The apartment has Grade A appliances. There is a sense of security. Be sure not to keep your car maintained or you will not have parking lot access. I had a flat tire and received a notice within 48 hours that if I did not have the tire fixed it would be towed. As a resident I expected a lengthier amount of time to be able to get the car repaired. I did call the resident services and time was extended thankfully. But if I had not been in place to get the car fixed in less than a 7 day period it would've been a issue. They do except students which I' am glad because it allowed me the opportunity to get an apartment. I' am loving the community so far. The standards are high. For Baltimore, this is definitely a great place to live.

          This is a wonderful apartment complex. I moved here from pg county for school, and this was my first choice. All though my first apartment I saw a mouse and I was on the third floor, and kept my apartment clean, the Maintenace team where very helpful and came very Tuesday for 3months. Now iam in a new apartment different building and I just saw a mouse tonight in my closet smh. I'm disappointed in that aspect but other than this nice which is a big deal(I will be getting a cat). The staff is awesome. Also the neighbors are a lil loud in the morning but understandable because they have kids.

            Wonderful!! The staff is awesome, the grounds/areas were clean and neat. There is always someone to answer any question I have.The area is close to work and close to shopping etc. I feel safe walking into the building and theres always parking. The apartment felt like mine since day one!

                I love the apartment and the complex. I would have been likely to renew and stay longer if it were not for the annual increase. Aside from an issue with my window leaking in heavy rain, I have been very happy with the apartment and community and would recommend this complex.

                    The move in was fast and speedy. Everything checkout okay an now I'm experiencing a few minor problems just waiting the items to be repaired. Otherwise I'm happy with the building and location. Wish you could have DirectTv, satellites can now be installed into the ground. Their more cost effective for renters as well and multiple renters can actually operate from one large satellite. I hope in the near close future that their service is an option for renters at this location.

                        My experience at my apartment complex has been horrible. I had pest in my home( centipedes, spiders, drain flies etc) They continued telling me bugs were coming in because of damp weather but seemed as though they really didn't care. worst.

There are many options in area but the Renaissance Club was the only one that met all three of my requirements. When I was met in the clean, professional looking leasing office by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, and treated with the utmost respect, I was convinced that this was where I wanted to live.

                            I am a prospective renter. I actually like the Renaissance Club based upon pictures and most reviews. However I had a question about a rental unit so I called around 4 p.m. on a friday. However I received a message that the rental office was closed. When I look online the hours of operation say Monday through Friday 8:30a.m. to 5 p.m. This throws up a red flag that the staff won't be responsive to me a whole hour before closing time. Not a good sign.

                              We have enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance Club Apts. in Baltimore, MD. The grounds and common areas are very well kept. The maintenance staff addresses issues in a prompt, courteous and satisfactory manner. I would not choose a terrace level (ground level) in the future due to the extremely cold floors in the winter. The office staff has been extremely courteous, professional and helpful. I would recommend this facility to friends and family for future use.

                                Move-in day went smoothly and the appliances worked well. I noticed an issue with my shower head and they replaced it within a few hours. There is always parking available and the buildings are clean and well maintained, both inside and out.

                                  It was ok when I moved in, a step up from my old place but I am ready to get out of here! for one, the neighbors are noisey and leave their trash out on Sundays and at times well before 6am on weekdays. Then, there are entirely too many inspections/pest control/routine maintenence that take place and the communication is horrible. Why can't some of these services be grouped together? I had sent my notice to vacate and requested that I receive confirmation, which did not happen and kept receiving messages via voicemail and text that I was scheduled for a "renewal inspection". I sent Diane from the rental office a message on the Friday before but yet, this message was not checked as I came back to my residence on Monday with a note left by her stating that the inspection went well and my place was in great shape. She then called me back all late saying that she got my message. (Also the week prior to Diane's inspection was another inspection involving the Baltimore City Housing department). Then the office finally realized that I was moving out (my letter had been sent well before the 30 day deadline) and scheduled a "move out inspection". I spoke to Kevin from resident services, asking why I needed another inspection, when literally Diane looked at my place the week before. He said the two offices don't "share notes" r/t inspections and so now he HAS to enter my residence himself? why?? I asked if I could be present, we set it at 10am. He did not bother to show up at the scheduled time and now sends me a letter at my door, blaming me for why the inspection could not take place and to set up ANOTHER inspection. It would be nice if they were respectful of the fact that these are people's homes and to not inconvenience their residents. I am over being here.

                                    So far so good. The accent walls are a great touch. Grounds are clean, and it has been extremely quiet so far. The space is plenty for my needs although I do wish there was a little bit more storage in the unit or on the premises. Need a few maintenance things taken care of a little more promptly but overall pleased so far!

                                      The online leasing process is fast and extremely convenient. I did not have to come into the office until move in day. Everything from signing the lease to paying the security deposit was done online. Move in day was easy as well but I didn't expect all of the verifications that had to be done. Overall a good experience.

                                                  My experience here has been wonderful. The office staff is very kind and helpful; the maintenance staff is extremely responsive; parking is easy; the apartments themselves are updated, clean, and comfortable; and the community is generally safe and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to most people. Nevertheless, there are two caveats. First, the community is quiet and in a semi-residential location; if you are looking for nightlife and walkability, do not live here (though there is a shopping center, post office, and Ruby Tuesday conveniently nearby). Second, the apartment is not overly obsessive, but they do expect you to be clean and put out your trash at the designated hours. If you are messy and dislike following rules, this may not be the right place for you. Aside from these two points, everything here is excellent.
