Really nice and worth the rent. I was attracted to this community because of the ability to customize my apartment home with an accent wall. I haven't had any service request in the first year of renting. My only complaint is that a mouse has gotten into my 2nd floor apartment home and extermination techniques have not gotten rid of the problem.

      I like it other than the cost as I stated other tenant are paying less. I know getting apartments rented is critical in this business but I think older residents should be continued. I think the older tenants. Rates seem unfair for older tenan

        It's been a wonderful experience! I really like liking living here! The staff is friendly and courteous and service is quick and reliable. The community is clean and well kept. I would love to see assigned parking and more lighting by Waverly way.

          When I chose The Renaissance Club Apartments I knew this was it. I always wanted a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The staff is very courteous and polite, everything is within your reach, the market, dry cleaning, postal office. Overall I love it.

            Extremely love this complex and the maintenance and ground keeping, one of the best complexes in Baltimore. Daily trash pick up is very important to keep good sanitation. Hoping tha in the future they will recycle. The office staff is very friendly.

              My experience so far has been excellent. I wish the apartments were painted with vibrant colors. The apartment just does not feel like a home - it is someplace to stay. I wish I could cannot hang curtains and various pictures on the walls to really personalize the apartment. The windows are very, very drafty in the cold seasons.

At this time we currently offer 11 custom color wall options for our residents to choose from. If there is a color choice that does not suit your needs you can place a request along with the color sample for approval. All we ask is that you change the wall color back to its original color. We love when residents personalize their apartments it is your home, and you can hang TV's, paintings, and curtains. Please contact Resident Services for your drafty windows.                 I love it here. I Just wish there was more closet space. The place is lovely. I like the fitness center but do not like where it is located. I do not like going down there by myself. that is really my only thing with the apartment. Very Nice. Very Peaefuk

                  My experience in this community has been quite beautiful. The neighborhood is really nice, the community is well maintained, the staff are friendly, and the maintenance men are quick to fix any problem the residents may have. The trash pick-up is very convenient. I don't have to worry about taking my trash to the dump. I just sit it on the doorstep in the morning and they take care of it. No washer and dryer facilities needed because we have our own in our own apartments. This is the only community that I know of that actually has events for the residents to fellowship and get to know one another. This community is exactly what I was looking for. I'd highly recommend this community to anyone.

                    The office staff are really awesome. When we were looking for an apartment in the area, they made us feel at home and were more than willing to work with us and our hectic schedules. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner and notice us left when jobs are finished.

                      I've found the staff to be friendly and accomodating. The groundkeepers are very hard working. I truly appreciate the strong security presence in the community. I am also impressed with the level of community engagement and social events, though I have been unable to participate as of yet. The only slight would be non-complaint residents and the environmental concerns created by improper trash removal. This has been a very frustrating matter, especially since I'm a health inspector and I am responsible for enforcing said issues on a daily basis. This isn't the sort of thing I want to come home to.

We strive on having all trash removed from the community in the early morning hours. While there will always be those not in compliance of the rules and regulations set forth we are always making an effort and checking the perimeters of the community to combat this issue. If this remains a problem in your area I encourage you to contact me directly or Resident Services so that we can address violators immediately to remedy the situation.                         Nice, quiet area. Close to everything. Cute space to live in. Not a lot of storage but is very livable. The gym is okay gym is okay wish there were more equipment and we could pay for how many pools passes we wanted without limit.

                          The town houses are spacious and well maintained. I love have a washer and dryer in the property. The landscaping and grass is maintained. We enjoy the pool and the activities hosted by management in the summer. My son love swimming in the pool

                            Rent increaaes are not affordable and loud neighbors. The apts are clean and convienent but not worth the rent. Parking is horrible. Handicap spots were taken away and never put back. Security use to walk the grounds. Dumpsters are needed.

                              I find this place is better than average Baltimore city environment. most time quiet and clean, parking lot and in unit laundary is great to have. close to towson mall for shopping and eat out and post office and grocery shop is cross street, walking distance.

                                The staff is excellent. The community grounds etc. are very well maintained. The apartment excels with being spacious, clean, light flooded (all rooms with window) and having a washer-dryer. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and people are very friendly.

                                  I've lived at this apt complex for 8 years and the Manage Ms Alecia has been wonderful, and also professional. I've never complained about this until one year ago about that something has to be done for paying customers such as myself to have assigned parking spaces the rent is expensive and I want my monies worth and for my safety.

                                        The location is convenient. It's in a safe area never really had any issues. Rent is a little expensive. Maintenance is quick and responsive. The grounds are excellent. Everything looks good, the apartment community is well. They pickup trash early in the morning, so if you miss that time lot you'll just have trash bags piled up in your apartment.

                                                  We have enjoyed our time living at Renessaince Apartments. It is convenient and close to the city, yet feels like home. The quality of the service is outstanding, and all staff members have been very helpful and professional. The apartment itself is clean, renovated, and the few issues we've had have been dealt very promptly without any issues.
